Wow! This place is so cute. Upon entering I felt welcomed and couldn't help but admire the wall art. I was visiting from out of town wanting a good yummy coffee. I decided to go with the fall menu item the French toast with oatmilk. The coffee was perfect taste between sweetness, and espresso. Would definitely return! :)

This is a cute spot. I love the back work area, the decorations are great, and the coffee is good. WiFi isn't crazy fast but it's whatever. If you're looking for coffee nearby, this place will do.

Stopped into SONA today after grabbing lunch nearby. Met the owner who was so sweet, and let us in on the fact that this place is inspired by the coffee shops in the PNW. Since I was visiting from Portland, I knew there was a reason I gravitated there! She was super sweet and clearly put a lot of love into her store. Great coffee and lattes with fun options (I got a honey cinnamon oat milk latte). Oat and almond milk options if you need milk substitutes. PS they also have cute products in the window like sunglasses and stickers. I left with a cute scarf as well! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

#fatjared say...GIVE THIS LITTLE SHOP A TRY!!! It is tough to not give 5 stars here, but I have to be fair to my grading criteria, and unfortunately there is not quite enough to warrant a perfect rating. I am very strict about my grading criteria. If I have ANY complaint whatsoever you can't be 5 stars. Along with getting 5 stars you have to truly stand out and be spectacular. I did love Sona. It is owned by a couple who wanted to do a business with friends and fmaily, and you can tell it is a very caring and friendly staff, who loves the relationship side of having this place. I will start with some small complaints I have about this little shop. I think it is a bit cramped, I wish the baked goods were made in house, and the menu is very very small. I know it sounds petty and I am pulling hairs, but those were things I was like "mehh" about, and that means I can't give a perfect score. BUT my wife and I go to a different coffee shop every week. We both know what exceptional coffee tastes like. I can tell you this is up there with my favorite cold brew I have had. I always get a cold brew so I can judge evenly across the board, and they have a different bean source than most use. It is much more earthy, and a much more distinct flavor, which I think they do a great job in their roasting process of celebrating that flavor. My wife gets a latte, and she loved it also, and the oat milk option is always good. We ended up learning all about the place, meeting the owner and having a great time. You will have fun and be taken care of when you come here. Sometimes I regret grading the way I do, but I have to stay true. It was not a perfect experience so I can't give a perfect rating. All that to say, I highly suggest trying this little place out. Tough to find, but totally worth it when you go!

Such a sweet coffee shop in the blue dome district! We decided to take a walk around our city and decided to stop into Sona. The inside was on the smaller side but super cozy and inviting. At first, I almost did the banana pudding matcha (my fiancé got it) so I decided to try something different. I know it has a name but I can't remember lol but it was a brown sugar espresso with equal parts oatmilk. My coffee drink was very good and definitely got me going in the morning. The matcha itself was weak on flavor but that banana pudding flavor was amazing. As a whole we loved Sona and we cant wait to try more menu items! read more

i've been coming here for a few years now & one of the main things i looked forward to are their seasonal menus. this time around, their rewards offered a free 12oz signature drink with a purchase of any 16oz drink. with that being said, i got two seasonal menu items: the wedding cake latte & strawberry matcha. i drunk the strawberry matcha first, it was incredible. the strawberry sits at the bottom so the more i got to the end of the drink, the more strawberry kicked in. sometimes, matcha drinks can take a minute to wait on, the wait on this drink (along with the other one) didn't take long at all. i got mine iced. before deciding to roll with the wedding cake latte (iced), there was a french toast latte that i've decided to try the next time around on my next visit. the wedding cake latte had a nice balance of sweet & bitter. i switched the dairy to oat milk (there's also almond milk available). all of the lattes i've tried at sona have never let me down (the first one i tried was the coffee cake latte). every visit, whoever is on staff are always nice. i've come across a handful of people on the clock that i didn't notice previously so it shows me that there's a lot of consistency in the hospitality no matter who it is. speaking previously on the wait of my matcha not being long, my waits aren't long no matter what. every visit has been a good experience. read more

Great spot for studying with a decent amount of seats. I also like that they have an upper-level. The music was a bit loud though. Service was okay, the barista was a bit distracted when we came in. There were a lot of fall specialty drinks. I had their French Toast latte. It was okay, the coffee had a bit of a burnt taste to it. Still, I do like this coffee shop, we would come back. read more

We were in Tulsa for an Eric Church / Stephen Wilson Jr show at the BOK. The next morning, we searched for a quick coffee before we left town. ChatGPT recommended Sona. My vanilla latte was perfect (for those who go to Starbucks? I don't get it. . . it seems like the espresso drinks there are always bitter). This one was perfect. Sona is always a good choice. Solid coffee if you want a standard cup, but also really wonderful handcrafted espresso drinks. I love all the different seasonal drinks I've tried here. It's never too busy, and compared to other downtown coffee shops, the line (if it is there) is always short. Staff is friendly and relatable. They do a great job to know patrons. Clean facility with a cool loft above a spiral staircase. Don't miss this great little coffee shop! read more

I had the opportunity to visit SONA in the afternoon one day and got to take advantage of the well lit interior on that sunny day! The interior is beautiful and modern and offers a ton of natural lighting. The barista was very nice, and I tried a latte off the fall menu. The late wasn't bad but didn't leave a big impression on me. I do, however, love the ambiance of this coffee shop, as it is both a great space to meet others or to have a solo study date. I didn't get a chance up look upstairs but from the photos, it looks cozy! I'll definitely be back to try some of their drip coffee next time. read more

What a delightful cafe! We decided to try it today on the recommendations of the Google reviews, and it did NOT disappoint. I am a bit matcha lover and I was so excited to see FOUR featured matcha lattes. I got the white chocolate matcha with oat milk, and it was perfectly balanced, with both the white chocolate and matcha coming through equally. My partner got a coconut mocha, even though I wanted him to get the special blackberry mocha so I could try it, but alas. That was excellent also. The barista was SO friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a cute selection of stickers, pins and other items, so we grabbed 3 stickers for $5 also. With a 20% tip it was $20 including the stickers, which I felt was really fairly priced. We will absolutely be back! read more

When I want to go to a coffee shop this is the perfect vibe to have. Very relaxed and low key. There's a really cool upstairs lounge if you want to brave the stairs. As a former Seattle resident, this reminded me of the local coffee shop back home. The coffee itself had plenty of flavor. If you want to avoid a corporate coffee place like a Starbucks, this is a great location. read more

Nice spot and friendly baristas but the coffee was very bad. We really wanted to like it but we just had to throw out our drinks. We got a latte, maple latte and cold brew, but everyone agreed that it was no good. The coffee had a strange aftertaste and we wouldn't recommend. read more

I love this place. The coffee is great but it's the atmosphere that gets me. It has an upstairs nook with a couch and table and chairs which makes for a perfect meeting place or laptop work day. I probably shouldn't even be talking about because I'm selfish and won't it all for me, lol. But this place truly amazing. Shelby is always friendly and helpful. Her customer service is 10/10. I hope other people take notes because this is him you run a great coffee shop. Why go to a lame Starbucks that is corporate when you can go here and support a local business where the money stays in the community. read more

This is an adorable little cafe! Conveniently located and easy to find. Their cookie dough latte is just as delicious as it sounds! Friendly service by I'm assuming are the owners of the cafe. They have really cute merchandise for sale too. Seating is upstairs or downstairs and it's nice for a little peace and quiet upstairs. I'll be back next time I'm in town! read more

The Collab has such a cozy community environment that invites you to stay a while and get some work…read moredone or catch up with an old friend for hours. This is especially true after their recent renovation that includes beautiful murals and more open seating, not to mention the amazing patio to soak up the sunlight! The drinks are terrific too and Collab has an inventive menu for their specials. I like their drip coffee and they have this really spectacular drink called the Sunny Spro (lemonade, sparkling/tonic water, lavender, and espresso) that took me by surprise and became one of my all-time favorite drinks! The staff are also very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about their menu and offerings. This is also one of the few places in Tulsa where you can order a bottomless drip for those days where you do decide to stay a while. I love the Collab and highly recommend you give it a shot! (5/5)

I will be trying to recreate this at home for sure. Not sweet but lots of flavor. The espresso here is excellent, not sour or bitter, very smooth. The blueberry muffin was truly the best muffin I've had in my life, and I do not say this lightly, I am quite picky about muffins. Fluffy and moist, the blueberries were not mushy. And the jalapeno scones was shockingly good and it was even gluten free. It was more similar to a shortbread in texture, which I preferred over a scone actually. Very buttery and tasty, not spicy if you're sensitive to that. It was $17 for these items, so higher than expected, but spot on for unparalleled quality. Friendly service, and very fast. Can't wait to go back, this place is just doing everything right.
