I've been to Evergreen Coffee many times and often meet friends and clients there -- it's a lovely local spot with great atmosphere and friendly staff. However, I recently visited the drive-thru only location on Garnett and had a disappointing experience with unclear pricing. I ordered the Fall in Love Latte (20 oz) with half the pumps and was surprised when my total came to $8.21. The posted signage lists 20 oz lattes at $5.25, with "extra flavor" for $0.25, so I expected something closer to that price. After speaking with the manager, I learned that this particular drink includes two sauces and one syrup, each priced separately -- and that "half the pumps" doesn't affect the cost. The manager was very kind and even mentioned that she finds the pricing confusing as well. I completely understand that specialty drinks may cost more, but the current signage and specialty menus don't clearly show how those prices are calculated, which makes it difficult for customers to know what to expect. I also reached out to the owner (on 10/23/24) to share my experience and suggestion for clearer pricing but haven't received a reply as of this review (nearly three weeks later). I'll still stop by Evergreen occasionally -- I do enjoy their drinks and atmosphere -- but in the future, I'll make sure to clarify prices before ordering. Hopefully, they'll consider making their pricing a bit more transparent for everyone. read more

We were driving through and spotted this place. i had a sticky toffee Breve and there is nothing smooth about it. The coffee is very bitter. My husband had a Milky Way Mocha and it was so strong you can barely drink it. The young lady was nice and we didn't have to wait very long for our order. I would not try this place again. read more

They have order ahead which is pointless because you either have to wait in the long drive through line or go inside and wait in line as there is no mobile order section. I placed a mobile order one Sunday morning and arrived in the store and was told I needed to wait in line to get my pickup since they don't do a mobile section. I just saw this place when we went for jo boos BBQ. (Mudslingers is in a trailer in the parking lot.) I decided to drive a bit out of the way this morning to check it out. The order window is quite high and a little cumbersome if you're in a car and not a truck. But, service was quick and fast. Had a latte with an extra shot and it was MUCH better than Starbucks. This place never disappoints. (The downtown location) We usually come here early Saturday or Sunday mornings before church and we are in and out, as long as there's not many people there. I usually order a Golden girl americano with sweet cream foam and my husband the Caramel macchiato with sea salt caramel cold foam. It's our top favs!! Last time I got a White chocolate mocha w brown sugar cinnamon & vanilla sweet cream foam and it was delicious! I would probably order without the cinnamon next time tho. 10/10 would recommend this coffee shop! Also a bonus they have a super cute boutique inside with such cute things!!! PT. 1 Absolutely love this place. First off love that it's a local coffee company and love their special menu drinks and items. They always have something new and a drink special every day. Also their menu is MASSIVE. ASK FOR THE DRINK MENU. They have so much more than their menu on the outside. PT. 2 ALSO apparently punch cards are a thing there. We've been there multiple times and DIDNT know but thanks to Haylee, she hooked us up! Also!!!! We've never had all the stops pulled for our spritzers...meaning the candy or the umbrella like pictured. It made me so happy! THANKS AGAIN!! PT. 3 My family recently came into town and my sister wanted to know where I kept getting all these amazing drinks. We drove to evergreen and at first it was packed but by the time we got to the window it had died down. There was a girl getting training and she was super sweet and making conversation however I believe it was the manager also named haylee, who woke woke up on the wrong side of the bed...the staff is amazing and today was the first time where we all felt like a bother. She was short and never smiled until we paid. We tried ordering a tigers blood spritzer but she said that drink doesn't exist...when it's clearly listed on the menu. Also my sister had tried ordering a gusher red bull and she was quick to say it's a lotus, when on your instagram it clearly says Red Bull. Also not gonna lie, I love when you all go the extra step to make the drink look more presentable or just fun with the candy or umbrellas. I ordered the caramel Apple Red Bull based on the photo from Instagram and was a little disappointed that there wasn't the sucker like it showed in the picture. Ok, so this littlee quaint drive thru coffee shop isn't too shabby. I am not a fan of coffee that just tastes too much like coffee, but this place has a pretty decent middle road. Plus add in that no matter who you get at the window you feel like part of the family... that always goes a long ways! I wanted to try a local coffee shop for coffee and breakfast, I should have just stuck with the coffee. I ordered a breakfast burrito ($4.95), my husband said the taste was good but to me it seemed to be a $3 burrito not $5. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich ($3.95) and asked them to remove the sausage. I didn't think it was possible but the croissant itself was soggy and tough to eat, the egg was thin and had a hard outer edge, and I'm not sure what happened to the cheese? The iced caramel macchiato and the hot chai tea latte (with oat milk) were really good but the food ruined this little drive through coffee shop and was not worth $19.03 to me. The best coffee in Owasso!! Staff are friendly and know my order by heart. Just a note about the window being high. There are two sides. The side that faces the street (west) is higher and perfect for trucks although I still use it if someone is in line on the other side. But if it concerns you, if you pull in to the east side that faces the store, it is lower and level with my van. Hope that helps! read more

I kept going back out of convenience after they bought the old Owasso Coffee Co. location. It's super close to me. But after my last experience, which was number 3 of terrible customer service, I don't know how I can support them any more. On my first visit, I met the owner, Haylee (not sure spelling). She was there to help with the transition, I'm sure. She was the. most. unfriendly. business owner I've ever met. She seemed to be put out to take my order and answer questions about the menu. I thought, "she's having a bad day"...new business...it's hard. Until the same thing happened a few weeks later. Then fast forward to last week. I ordered 2 drinks. One didn't look right, so I questioned it. I was told it was what I ordered. I get home and the person I bought the drink for said it definitely wasn't right, tasted terrible. I took the drink back for a replacement... very politely explained the situation.... I HAD TO PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT! I guarantee you even Starbucks would've replaced my drink for free. I know it's the culture the owner has put in place. Customer service industry is hard! I know. I don't leave this review lightly. Hopefully the culture of customer service will change at Evergreen. I LOVE Evergreen. Dare I say I'm addicted? I've loved every drink I've gotten from here and the baristas are great at making suggestions based on your preferences. I tend to order iced americanos, but I've tried several other iced and hot coffees that were all delicious. Make sure you ask to see their specials menu! So many options! read more

I'm giving this 4 stars only because they just don't come in big enough sizes for the money. I'd love this place to have Starbucks sizes because you pay as much as Starbucks and more and the size is a fraction of the size of a starbucks, other than that the service is excellent and the coffee is to die for read more

Wanted to try and support something local so came here this morning. It was pretty busy but I wanted to give it a shot. I was rudely greeted by both girls working. A short blondie and the other one was brown headed. I asked kindly what they recommend and they both looked at each other in annoyance and laughed. DO NOT GET HOT COFFEE FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They don't give cup sleeves and will ignore you if you ask for one. That girl gave me 2 piping hot caramel macchiatos with no sleeves than ignored me when i asked for sleeves. I had to hold one of the cups by the lid well the lid popped right off and very very hot liquid spilled on me. The coffee is just ok. Starbucks will keep my business. read more
