3Natives in Owasso has recently reopened with new owners who own another 3Natives location in the Tulsa area. This location was always consistent in quality, taste, prices and atmosphere. The new owners have upped their game and have improved on the history of service and food received. I do not think the current online menu is accurate to what is offered in-house. They do not have a drive-thru but I do believe they offer food delivery through popular services. They also offer a loyalty program. I visited on December 12th and though I do not remember the exact name of the wrap I ordered, I do know that it was excellent in taste. I have been wanting to try 3 Natives for quite some time, as I've heard excellent things about their Protein Toast, but just hadn't had the opportunity until recently. My daughter loves avocado toast so I knew I needed to take her whenever I went to try the protein toast. We went in one afternoon a couple of weeks ago and the girl behind the counter asked if we had any questions or needed any help. She gave us a run down of the menu and told us what the most popular items were. I told her we had come in planning to share the Protein Toast and an açaí bowl but that my daughter wasn't sure about the Feta or red onion on the Toast. The employee quickly said they could put those ingredients on the side so I could still enjoy them with my half. Fantastic! They have recently added a Nutella açaí bowl and we are suckers for anything Nutella so we knew that was our choice! We also got a bag of sweet onion chips. The food came out quickly and looked amazing. The Toast tasted fantastic and my daughter ended up trying some with feta and onion and liking it! We got the large size açaí bowl and felt like it was a great sharing size but would be a little much if just one of us were enjoying it. We saved the chips for another time and when we did get around to trying them we agreed that they were just as crave worthy as the rest of our food at 3 Natives! They were kind and offered suggestions and spoke to us about how their ingredients were prepared fresh everyday. I ordered an Estes Bowl and my mom ordered a Chicken Cesar Wrap. The Estes bowl was delicious, I ordered the small which was big enough for me to enjoy as a meal. The fruit was all fresh and flavorful and it was filling. I loved it. My mom really enjoyed her chicken Cesar wrap and said the ingredients were fresh and the chicken was well seasoned. It was big enough that she took half of it to go for her dinner. This place gets my orders right! I like to order online for pick up because I could customize things how I would like without the hassle. I've ordered 2x and it's made just like how I wanted. They're fast at making orders. I got the Southwest wrap "hot". It's wrapped so well and pressed on a grill. Hot, fresh veggies, lots of meat and balanced. I ordered Buffalo ranch to eat with it instead of the avocado dressing. Not too fond of the avocado dressing. Comes with chips. My husband got the tuna wrap "Cold". He said the spinach wrap is very good! But the tuna is the "Healthy sort" meaning it's just the dry tuna meat. It's not your basic tuna Mayo sort of wrap. Which he said was good, especially if you're cutting out the extra fat from the Mayo. This one also came with chips. *Drinks are not included with meals. *Whoever wraps those wraps should be awarded for their wrapping expertise! I had never heard of 3 Natives before. We were in Tulsa visiting and found the reviews and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! We had The Farmer (hot pressed) and the Avocado Toast. Just wish we'd have had time to try the other yummy items on the menu. Hopefully there will be a 3 Natives near us soon. One thing we found odd was that for a place that emphasizes healthy eating, they push packaged chips with many of the sandwiches. Why? They are over processed, over packaged, full of salt salt and other unpronounceable ingredients. It makes no sense. I also wish that they didn't use so much single-use plastic!
