The sandwiches are amazing! The jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich and the French dip were so good! read more

Always super tasty. Friendly people and the a/c is icy cold! It was 90 degrees today :) Probably visit a few times a month. Sry ate food and no pic! Lol read more

I had not been to this location (since they've moved from where Big Biscuit now is). I will remedy that. Service was great from ordering to order delivered to table to getting more iced tea. I had half a spicy turkey sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich was amazing . Sometimes the bread is too tough on sandwiches here. This was just perfect. A huge shout out to Kyle who made sure we always had exactly what we needed!! My only complaint is that they did not have a tomato soup on the menu I'll have to check back in. read more

I called in a to go order because I felt like I needed to pick me up since I had literally fallen on ice. Leaving my vets office lol. Their cookies always make me happy. I picked a choose two half Savannah chopped salad and half a savory smoky chicken sandwich and they're amazing Cinnabon cookies. The employees were pleasant on the phone and always so nice in person. They triple checked I had enough dressing before sending me on my way. The food was so good! Thank you guys /gals. read more

Took the opportunity to take The Kid to lunch a few weeks back, and we decided to go to McAlister's Deli. In the spirit of full disclosure, The Kid works here a couple hours a week during school as part of a work studies program. That said, it has nothing to do with my review. I'd shied away from McAlister's for a long time, mainly because I thought it was too "Panera-ish" for my tastes. I'm a meat and potatoes kinda guy, not the foo-foo organic sprouts and field greens on a brioche bun sort. So, I had mistakenly lumped McAlister's into that slot, for reasons totally unknown to me. I do dumb stuff like that now and then. So, shortcut back to the topic... we arrived and placed our orders. The Kid went with the cheese pizza and chips, as is her usual when nachos and taco salads aren't available. For myself, I went with a sandwich with pastrami and corned beef. Can't recall the name, but that's the one, with a side of chips. The Kid had Dr Pepper (it's in her DNA, as with The Wife), and I decided to try the world famous McAlister's Sweet Tea. (Being a southern boy, iced tea is in MY DNA). The food arrived pretty quickly in spite of it being right in the middle of the lunch rush. The Kid's pizza looked suspiciously like a Red Baron personal pan pizza, but she liked it, so that works for me. At least it was priced appropriately for what it was. My sandwich was well done, with a generous amount of meat all around. Too many times I've seen sandwhich shops slap two wafer thin slips of meat and a half pound of lettuce on some bread and serve it, and that annoys the hell out of me. McAlister's did it right. Well toasted and decently sized, it was a good lunch-worthy sandwich. Gotta admit... I wasn't a fan of the sweet tea, it being a little overly sweet for my palate. But I can see where some folks would like it. And the people, every one of them, were great. Friendly and welcoming, from the GM, Katie (who stopped by to say hi to The Kid) down to the guy who brought our food. Now that I know the straight skinny, I plan on adding McAlister's to my lunchtime rotation options. read more

Workers more worried about giving my dog a treat than getting my order filled correctly. I shouldn't have to check my pick up order in the parking lot everytime. Last time i purchase food from your location. Missing items in order I live 20 min away. People don't do their jobs anymore. read more

Ordered online for a family and was quoted meal pick-up in 10 minutes. It was ready in that time and the order was correct. We walked in, gathered our food sacks, asked for and received our drinks, and were out in under 10 minutes. And this was during the evening dinner rush. read more

This location is always so fast when I do an online pickup. My orders are always ready in less than 10 mins. I hope they continue to be this fast. I ordered the Orange cranberry club. It has such a nice sweet sauce that balances the cheese and salt from the meat. I love it! It may look small when cut up like this, I promise you it's not. It's so plentiful. I always pair it with some chips and a half sweet/half unsweetened tea with lemon yum!! But this time, I ordered the mac and cheese so my toddler could enjoy it too. Definitely good Mac and cheese! Creamy and cheesy!! read more

My first time eating at McAlister's and it won't be my last. The restaurant itself was very clean, the wait time very little, the cashier was incredibly helpful and the menu is abundant. My Rueben sandwich was stacked high with corn beef and was served nice and warm. It was delicious!! Having just moved to Owasso, this will definitely be one of my favorite local restaurants. read more

They sent me a free entree to make up for the bad food the first time and I must say it was fantastic Got a roast beef and cheddar sandwich and Mac and cheese with a lemonade and Cinnabon cookies, my husband ate the cookies but it's my go to meal I just wish when you order via app online this meal was an option Please update your app :) I never order because I have to walk up to McAlister's and what I like isn't on the menu but 10/10 would order again read more

After a pretty rough experience at another location, this one totally redeemed it for us! Great service, awesome food! Despite how busy they were, they kept up with orders and cleaning in a totally impressive manner! We'll definitely be back!! read more

My favorite go to for soup and sandwich, you can never go wrong With the club & potato soup. My favorite! StAff is always friendly and quick. To go orders are always accurate and ready upon arrival! Tomatoes are soggy but that's also why I get on the side to inspect first, soggy tomatoes can ruin a sandwich haha great for the kids, groups, lots of seating. read more

I've been to a few different locations and owasso is probably my hands down fav location. They let me order off the kid menu with no fuss as I cannot eat large portions. Emma took our order and was sooo sweet!! She was super pleasant to everyone before and after we ordered! You can tell she enjoyed her job and the people. I generally don't always leave reviews for "chain" restaurants but Emma deserved some recognition for her positive attitude, quick service, and the food was superb!! read more

We always look forward to our weekly trips to McAllister's. The food is great and service is exceptional. All the staff is friendly and courteous and greet you with a smile. A special thanks to Tina who treats us and the customers with a friendly smile when we walk in the door. Thanks to everyone at McAlister's. read more

Snowmagedon hit Owasso Oklahoma. Everything was closed except for McAlister's! This is a deli style restaurant where you order food, then find a seat and wait for someone to bring it to your table. The man taking our order said they were lucky to be open as other locations weren't able to. The dining room has tables marked unavailable in order to allow social distancing and masks are required. Once seated we only waited about 10 minutes for our food. We both got the choose two. Half a sandwich and a cup of soup. The sandwich was decent and had adequate toppings. The tortilla soup was the highlight. It was a perfect temperature and had a little bit of spice. This is restaurant is a great choice when you want something fast but not necessarily fast food. read more

McAlister's Deli - Pick 2 - Salad Near Me - Owasso, Oklahoma

Food is okay. Soup is never hot enough when I get it and it takes awhile to get your food. When I order ahead and pickup, I still have to wait even though the time says it is ready. Only come here if I have to. read more

Went into McCallister's Sunday evening to pick up an order I had placed online. As most everyone has said service is very slow. It was a little busy but nothing bad. I waited about 30 mins before showing up and when I picked up the order, they tried charging me again. I had to show and prove I had already paid for it online. Then when I got home and checked my receipt, they for some reason are now charging a service fee! No reason why and can't be because of a recession because they prices have went up on the menu items already. Will not be returning to pay for a "service fee". Too many other choices in Owasso that are not charging extra for nothing! read more

The quality of my food was terrible. The lettuce was bad on my salad. Asked for no cheese and there was extra cheese on my salad.. the potato was over cooked and had lettuce baked into it. read more

I had gone to this McAlister's and had been waited on by the rudest manager ever!!! I would not ever come here again. She threw the drinks at me and nearly spilled them And no have a good day!! how is this place open with a manager that treats customers like this. read more

Great staff, variety of food choices to include vegan choices, prices reasonable and can order via app.

It's a nice place to go I like the pecan berry salad that they have. People are nice and welcome, The only thing I don't like is when placing online order you pay for extra sauce you never get it. Other wise good place. read more

I got a 1/2 chicken spud and tomato Cookie just the right amount of chewy and crispy. Soup excellent. Potato - not a lot of chicken but very filling and flavorful. No table service, but also no tipping allowed. The staff are all salaried. For the price, this is an outstanding restaurant. UPDATE: I went back again, today. This time, I had the Pick Two: Southwest salad and the tomato bisque soup. For dessert, I had the carrot cake, which is to die for! This cake had everything you could want in carrot cake - plenty of crunchy carrots and coconut and creamy icing that has just the perfect sweetness! read more

Not as good as the broken Arrow branch. Sandwich had barely any meat, and most was hanging out the side. Staff was a little bit short with me when ordering. What I did get meat on the sandwich was good. Salad was OK bit more brown than should be. I will be going to the broken arrow place again but might skip this one in Owasso. Edit: I was contacted by a rep from McAlisters Deli Corporate. They are going to take steps to remedy the issues I had and were really nice. Moving my review up a notch since the company seems actively involved in their customers experience instead of just out for the money like most places. Thumbs up for that! read more

First time here and I know how a good pastrami is supposed to look and taste! I'm from Cali so I thought I could get the quality over here! Nope! Food was cold, sandwich wasn't juice or tasty! Potato cold as an ice box. Won't be going back ever! Three stars because the restaurant was clean, (that's a plus) the young lady that brought my food out wasn't welcoming, and the quality of food was mediocre. read more

McAlister's contacted me several time apologizing for the condition of the location in Owasso. They said they would be addressing the problem. read more

I think this is a local eatery. If not, I was lied to!?!?! Anyhow, the food here is good. Decent, cheap and tasty. It falls in line of half fresh and tasty and half processed deli food. The portions are generous and the food here is worth trying. The sandwiches have good flavor, although everything seemed a bit salty to me. No worries though! You have the ginormous sweet tea drinks that you can have to wash all the salt down. Everyone says this place is famous for the teas...it's pretty good. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Food is decent, so it's definitely a good place to go when you want something besides a subway or quizzno's. read more

Dirty! With the amount of employees behind the counter they should have some cleaning full time. If the dining room is this dirty, I would hate to see the kitchen. read more

Just moved to Owasso... Arrived and they seemed busy, but not overly busy. I counted 18 people. Yes I counted because of how long I waited... They were out of sweet tea. Ordered soup and a sandwich. Took over 45 mins. I got a refund and wont be back. Bartlesville was always on point. read more

Went there place my order told the person I was sitting at the table across from the counter. Heard them call the name of people orders. But never mines. The past and a hour I asked if my order was ready I was told it was sitting there but no one had let me know, ask for manager he act as if he didn't care at all. No I am sorry or nothing I will not be going back. Use to love eating there no any more. read more

Potato was ok. Drink price listed is tricky. They list one price for drinks on the board. When I asked did that price include lemonade. The cashier said no. Then she said the price on the board is only for the kids drinks. All the other drinks have different prices...yet not listed on the board. Shenanigans. read more

Best kid menu prices. My kids love their mac and cheese. I love the McAlister club its delicious. The chicken tortilla soup is really good too. read more

The food and service is always great! Haven't regretted anything I've ordered from here.

Edit: Someone with McAlister's contacted me to make things right, I really appreciated it. Ever since then I have been back and the store has really stepped up their game. I now take my son there on the weekends sometimes. I would recommend this location now, they've fixed the issues and seem to truly care about the customer. I was not at all impressed with this location. I like McAlister's but this location is just not run well at all. When I went in on a Saturday night during dinner time, the workers didn't seem to want to be there with monotone voices and just a look of sheer boredom, it was not an inviting atmosphere and really turned me off from the moment I walked in. Then, I went to place an order, I was craving a nice big spud which they are known for, and they were seriously Out of spuds, during dinner on a Saturday night. I couldn't believe it, that is a clear sign that a place is not being run well, when they run out of one of their signature items before the dinner rush starts on a weekend night. They really only offer a few main items, sandwiches spuds and soups, so to allow one of them to run out is just poor management and kills any trust I would have that they would do other things properly, and the poor management probably has a lot to do with why the employees all looked like they didn't want to be working there at all. read more

I eat salads from McAllister's every week. Thank you for putting the salad in a spill proof container and placing it in a bag every time. When your hands are full with kids and dogs that is appreciated. Unlike two other places in town that I recently got salads from last week #HideawayPizza and #Smittysgarage. No bag, just a small flimsy styrofoam container that popped open in my car and went everywhere. What a mess. From now on will just drive a little farther and go to McAllister's. Thank you!! read more

Food was really good and the service was great. I had the tuna sandwich. Place was packed for lunch.

We go to this McAlisters often. There have been several issues in the past. I ordered online and still had to wait 20 minutes after order should have been been done. They have forgotten side items but I usually have caught before leaving. Today yet again side items were forgotten for all 3 sandwich orders. Then they added pickle spear (as requested) to all but one order. I didn't check order until I was home so I didn't want to go back for side items. This seems to be an ongoing issue for this location. read more

Went in this afternoon about 1:45pm. Ordered a plain baked potato with butter and sour cream. The potato came out cold and the sour cream was actually frozen. I ended up taking half home, but had to approach the counter to ask for a box while two workers chatted away. Despite having ample staff I waiting about 15 minutes at the end of my meal for a refill bc only one person was actually working, others saw me but continued about their Merry way of talking with co-workers. This location definitely needs to work on customer service. read more

I like the sandwiches here. They usually have a new item available and that's most often my choice. Today I tried the blt with avocado. It isn't my favorite for sure. The bacon was a little tough. But it wasn't horrible. The staff always seems attentive and helpful. I love their cookies too. read more

2 stars because the food was pretty good and they have gluten-free bread. Panera is better, but they don't offer GF breads. The guy at the register was quite rude. My husband leaned up against the counter and it was covered in soda. When I told my hubby, he wiped it off his arm and the guy just looked at us and pretty much rolled his eyes. Like it was our fault there was soda all over HIS counter...where he puts people's drinks. Quite rude. Then the girl that brought our food acted like it was such an inconvenience. There was one young girl who refilled our drinks and was bussing tables that was nice. I will probably only return if I have a strong craving for a sandwich since I can get GF bread. read more
