I ordered the new & limited-time croissant sandwich for take out. The Croque Monsieur to be exact; with "ham, Provolone and Asiago, with a caramelized onion and Gruyère spread". I was so anxious to try it and would feel bad about the low star rating, but it seems on par with others. Not the first time I've said, "But this looks nothing like your ads". Apparently I never learn, and amidst the disappointment I forgot to take pictures (but there are plenty online) I Maybe it's just me, but I'd swear Panera used to be better. What I received was a toasted sandwich. Period. It's no surprise complaint number one is the carelessness in structure. Yes, I'm the one who rearranges the beef in an Arby's to level out the layers of beef. You cannot rearrange a multi layer sandwich and this one really needed it. I'd forgotten about Gruyère/onion spread until nearly the end of consumption because it wasn't spread throughout. When I hit that layer I was taken aback and now understand why it is also offered on the side. (The internet will say this isn't so, but it was an option when I ordered). It's pretty potent. But since Gruyère isn't "tangy", perhaps the pungency was the Asiago. And as others reported online, I didn't detect any onion. They describe the product fairly accurately, but a Croque Monsieur it is not. But I'll give them a pass as it's fast food. Mine wasn't ooygooy, it was rather hard toast with ham and cheese. Picture a piece of toast from your loaf of bread, with the *only* difference being the swirls in theirs. And perhaps a tad sweeter. It did taste better than my usual low calorie whole grain slice. People often complained about the price. I rarely discuss prices because that's too subjective. A.I. prices the sandwich take out @ $10.29, admitting that prices can vary by location. Don't forget you get an apple, chips, or mini baguette with it. I opted for the bread so we could have it for dinner. I don't like take out on the principle that it'll be thrown together because you're not there to complain or send it back. But it seems that more and more, present or not, there's a much lowered work ethic of just doing things right. read more

I'll be generous and give them two stars but it really should be one. I went with a friend and had a very nice lunch, but no thanks to the food. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich. What I got was a lettuce, tomato and onion sandwich with a smear of tuna salad. It was absolutely pathetic how little of the main ingredient they included on the sandwich. I'm not a huge fan of Panera, and I didn't pick the restaurant, but if they were hoping to win me over, they failed miserably. After my prosthetic appointment, the hubby wanted to stop by to get a snack. After figuring out the parking situation around the building, we placed our order, based on what was available according to the app. Well, I got a text, and I went in to pick our order up because it said it was completed. I go in to pick up the order, and then I find out they don't have any of what I ordered. They offered up another option, though, for a replacement. I ended up with a blueberry scone and chocolate chunk cookie for the hubby in lieu of the chocolate chip muffie and orange cranberry muffin that was the original order(which worked). But, I would have appreciated a text saying we are out of what you ordered before walking into what I came into. The customer service skills in this location need to be worked on so things can run as smoothly as possible, and customers are not one left in the dark, and two are disappointed. read more

If you order your "rapid pick up" sip club drink on the app, you have to wait behind people ordering food at the cash register just to ask for your cup. They used to have the cups out where you could just grab them, fill up your drink and go, but now it's a whole (inconvenient) thing. read more

Mixed feelings. Things are a hit and miss. Their Rapid pickup is also a hit and miss. Most of the time, it works really well, but there are times where my order is missing and I have to stand in line. Most annoying response: "Oh, here's your order (as he picks it up right next to the register. It's actually been ready for a while." Thanks.... Went into the store to buy bagels for the team. Establishment was clean, all were wearing masks correctly and appropriately. Keisha was friendly, easy to deal with, and accommodating with a slight change in the bagel pack that was ordered. As she was getting my order done, another worked kindly asked me if I'd been helped. The bagel assortment is good, and they are freshly baked with very good tastes, particularly the everything and choc chip. The cinnamon crunch has always been a favorite. While not like those in Manhattan, these do quite well, and it was great they were open at such an early hour (before 7am) and ready to go. read more

Today I got the Toasted Tuscan grilled chicken & The chipotle chicken avocado melt from the pick 2 menu. My order came out fast and was really good. Those two are definitely atop the best items. Also, their tea drinks are pretty good as well. Sidenote, sign up for Panera online. The rapid pick-up is convenient when you don't have time to sit and eat. For signing up online I think I also got a free pastry which they have the best pastries in town. I have been to multiple Panera locations over the last month and all of them have been very clean, fast with my orders and the food has been amazing. read more

Absolutely love Panera! This is a great place to study, grab a quick breakfast, grab bagels for a group, or have a lunch date. The service is always good, and all of the breads are made fresh every day! My favorites here are the cinnamon chip scones, asiago cheese bagel with honey almond cream cheese, broccoli cheddar soup, chicken ceasar sandwich, and the bacon turkey bravo. Good coffee too. Frontega chicken panini also deserves a shout out. Make sure you get a MyPanera card because they will give you free drinks and treats if you just give them that card every time you eat there. read more

I'm done with Panera. Their food is awesome and I loved eating there but no matter which location I visit they seem to be out. My dad and I waited in the drive thru at Tulsa hills 2 nights ago for 20 minutes and they didn't have anything we wanted which was a bravo sandwich and French onion soup. As far as Panera goes, this location is pretty good! There are some great workers here - I've always been greeted when I've come in. I have to give extra compliments to the morning staff - they've helped me choose an assortment of bagels to take to the office, and they've slipped me extra cream cheese in my order (what what!). On a couple of occasions when my to-go order has been delayed (or missing), some workers have given me extra pastries. As for the food, it's standard Panera quality, so everything I've had is pretty fresh. They also have their own parking lot, which is super welcome for a Cherry Street business. read more

As much as it is a chain food restaurant it is always fresh and very tasty. My three year old loves Panera so we are here a lot more than I care to admit. However, I have always found the people that work here to be very friendly and the food fresh and delicious. I always have the pick 2 with the steak/cheddar sandwich and the scrumptious broccoli cheese soup. The have free wifi too so it is a great place to hang out, get some food and connect with others! Let me start by saying we use to LOVE Panera, but we can no longer go to ANY location in Oklahoma or Texas. Have had the order incorrect more times than I can count, with in store AND online orders. We have been overcharged, and left on hold for WAY to long(even when the store is not busy). And even after speaking with management we were NOT OFFERED A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT or to simply make the order correctly. On top on incorrect orders, we have even received bread that was basically a tunnel (outside of bread exits but when you open it is hollow), not sure how they can get away with this especially after calling themselves a bakery/bread company... Don't know how they can screw up so many times and not fix the issues within management. Sad, but we will not support this restaurant group any longer and I urge other conscious customers to do the same. read more
