Great spot just off 169 north of Tulsa. This spot was worth our detour for lunch! The service was great, friendly and attentive. They were very accommodating of my gluten allergy and the gluten free bread was great! The ambiance is casual with a wonderful outdoor covered patio .... With fans!! It was perfect for us to eat some lunch as we are traveling through town. We were too hungry to take pics but will visit again for sure on our many soccer trips to Tulsa! read more

Oh my goodness! We ordered a pastrami sandwich (2) $28 ! We have NEVER seen a skinnier sandwich in our lives. It was not late, so I can't imagine they were trying to stretch out their meat. We've been here a couple times and with the owasso bill & ruths gone this is a close 2nd. The workers are always so nice and friendly. I was actually craving the bill & ruths chef salad and they made me one! It was a little smaller and missing the hard boiled egg it was still amazing! The creamy Italian dressing was by far the best I've had. I ordered the large Italian for my husband and he said it was very good! Fantastic sandwich. Did a phone in order (which is what I would suggest even if you're wanting to sit on the patio). We picked ours up to go. Very friendly person took our order. These are totally made to order so have in mind what bread, veggies, cheese, dressing and other toppings you want. There's so much to choose from it can be a little overwhelming. If it helps, this is what we recommend: 6" Italian on wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, banana peppers, provolone, spicy Italian dressing with salt and pepper and oregano sprinkle. The bread is soft and they make a super delicious sandwich. Ours was ready to go when we arrived. Giant Subs is one of those restaurants that you kind of forget about UNTIL you are reminded what a great place it is when you take that first bite! Very nice people and really good food. I really like the Turkey Reuben but everything I've tried there has been good. One downside is most seating is outside but completely shaded. there may be times of the year where it isn't feasible to sit out there. This is my favorite sub restaurant in Owasso. read more

This place never lets me down. The staff is always friendly and gives great suggestions, they are also quick without making you feel rushed at all. Everything is fresh and full of flavor. The Mitchell is my go to but the chicken salad is amazing too. The Mac and cheese is spicy and creamy.. I could eat is every day. I've been on a sandwich kick lately because it's hot out and was in the area for a class so I decided to try out Giant Subs and deli. Everything on the menu looked good, but two people in line said the Turkey Reuben was their favorites I tried tried that. It was amazing. Turkey, Gouda, chipotle sauce and sweet cole slaw. Never would have put those ingredients together but wow! Also got a side of their Mac and cheese, which was delicious and slightly spicy, and a brownie. Can't forget to mention the friendly service! Great local family owned sub shop . The fresh made bread is soft and good flavor, the sandwich meat is sliced to order, and the veggies are always fresh. In fact just recently tried a salad from there and it was great. I don't mind paying more than subway it it is a good sandwich and Giant is most certainly a good sandwich. Also the mac & cheese is about the best in town. I would put it up against many sit down places around town. The staff is always friendly and most often recognize you when you walk in. The prices with 12 inch sandwich and a large coke with a 2 dollar tip was 15 dollors, so prices are above average, food was fresh and quick service with friendly environment. Popped in here for a quick lunch on the way to a friends in the area. Talk about fresh friendly service! Coleslaw fresh was so yummy! I like how the dressing on it was not thick mayo but thinner and sweet in flavor. Bread was light and fresh. Meat sliced to order. My daughter and I got the large Italian sandwich split in half.
