I ordered my breakfast, 2 eggs sunny side up, bacon and hashbrowns, both crisp with a biscuit and gravy on the side. It took me a while to find it on the menu. It is called Something Lighter, if you can believe that. My wife went with what I call a salad omelet. Fresh spinach, bell pepper, onion, mushroom, tomato and cheese cooked up in three fluffy eggs, perfect hashbrowns and a biscuit and gravy on the side.
