I love this location in BA! We stopped in for lunch today, and it was great. I ordered a sub in a tub, and mine took a little extra time because it was cooked on the flat top grill. But it was delicious and made perfectly! The cook asked me extra questions to make sure he had it exactly how I wanted it! It's clean inside, and I love that they carry Pepsi products. Got a free sub for my birthday thru the app and thought I'd give it a try, it was great! The subs are amazing, better than any place I've had around BA... but this is only if it's made correctly. Past few visits we have had to babysit and make sure all of the ingredients are added. Have to ask for the sandwiches to be cut. But the biggest issue is finding hair in the middle of the sandwich. Mixing with the lettuce. The staff may have hair tied back or a hat but the hair is still loose enough to be somehow getting in the food. Three times now this has happened. I will begin by saying I wouldn't eat here if I didn't have a coupon. The bread was kind of stale on our visit, and it was moderately busy so I figure the bread hadn't been sitting there all day. None of the workers acknowledged us when we got up to the counter (a wave of people came in after us, but no one was in front of us) - didn't ask us what we wanted, they just stared at us until we ordered. This was mine and my husband's first visit so we have no idea what "Mike's Way" is, so when I asked the worker what that meant she looked at me like no one had ever asked her that, ever. The meat tasted fresh (I got a turkey and provolone), but the price was more than what I want to pay for a sandwich. BOGO coupons are the way to go here in my opinion. I have gone to a few different Jersey Mike's but it's my first time here. They where very friendly and helpful. My husband ordered the number 31 and I ordered the number 17. The subs where well made. First time here and really enjoyed the sub. Bread was fresh and the turkey cut right in front of you deli style. Got the fixings Mike Style less the onions and it was very good. Daughter got the buffalo chicken wrap and watched the chicken grilled right there. All in all a pleasant experience. Will be back soon. read more

The place was packed which was great, but when it came to my order, lack of product knowledge and not accommodating to my request since I don't eat meat nor much cheese, I was skipped TWICE. I waited at the register for a good 5minutes (felt like 20) before even the cashier made a comment to me again. Then when I gave her my order for the second time, nobody even took the initiative to make my sandwich. I'm very disappointed in their lack of customer service. - As for the sandwich, it was completely thrown together and doused in dressing to where I couldn't even consume the sandwich. My new favorite sub place! It's a little pricier than average, but worth it, I believe. I've always gotten good service from the guys, and they are very proficient in cranking out the sandwiches. The grilled pastrami Reuben is my favorite, but the Philly is also very good. The only cold sub I've had is the Super. I love it too. Try it "Mike's Way", but probably light on "the juice". Being from California, I was really excited to see a Jersey Mike's open up in Tulsa... I was having a hard time finding a decent sandwich shop since I have been here. Freshly cut to order meats and fresh baked bread is unbelievably fresh and full of flavor. And don't forget to get it Mike's Way it just puts the sandwich over the top. Only real complaint is on the bread there was way to much semolina/cornmeal on the bottom(which can easily just be brushed off but it is a tad messy) and it wasn't quite chewy enough for my personal preference. read more
