Had no idea that asking for a new sandwich after it was soaked in mayo (mayo wasn't even supposed to be on this sandwich) meant that we "didn't know how to order a sandwich properly", were "low lives" and "trash" LOL. This is what we were called after I specified that Paige and Brittany, the complete incompetent and immature managers, worked at a sandwich restaurant and looked ridiculous throwing a tantrum over fixing a sandwich which they messed up. We weren't even mad, just wanted a remade sandwich, smh. After Brittany verbally assaulted us and called us the unprofessional and heinous names we were called, she then told me that I was a child (I am an adult, this was meant to try to degrade me) and told me to "shut up" and then attacked my mother by saying that she "raised horrible kids" and to "do better" following by her saying we are never allowed in 'her' restaurant again. If asking a sandwich maker to fix a sandwich leads to misconduct and verbal assault onto paying customers, there's a problem in their life. Hope they get better soon and find happiness. read more

Pros: the meatballs at firehouse sub are my favorite. They have three different meatball sandwiches. The original, that sweet and spicy, and a pepperoni one served on a garlic bread. The workers are really dismissive and never even give a smile. They are rude and don't listen if u ask for extra anything. Been here multiple times and it's the same thing. For a chain sandwich shop it knocks most others out of the way. Its good, not amazing, but WAY better than subway. I usually get the hook and ladder but today I tried the Philly. It was good and I would try it again. I know there are better Philly subs out there but the point is.... this one is not bad. I've read so many negative reviews here, but especially I can tell you about the Broken Arrow, OK location on Lynn Lane. I'm so disappointed to see that it hasn't seemed to improve since our family and local business quit patronizing it. We kept giving them our time and money SOOO many times over about 2 years and never had a good- or even fair - experience. If we revealed our disappointment we were treated rudely and/or actually scorned! Also never compensated one time! Horrible management. This store's products are very inconsistent in quality and quantity. Tonight I ordered a Hook & Ladder Salad and got it home to discover the container was mostly meat but very little lettuce. Also, if you order a sub from them online and substitute types of cheese or meat, you will be charged as if it were additional cheese or meat. I have brought it to the attention of management more than twice in the last 6 months but nothing has been changed with the online ordering.) That doesn't happen if you order in person, but that defeats the purpose of ordering it online and having it ready when you arrive. read more

It is time that this Firehouse Sub's location gets its fare due! The first time that I visited this place, I was not impressed. However, I recently visited this location again and was very impressed not only with the new management/leadership but the food as well! I ordered the Cajun chicken medium sub and I was not let down! The sandwich was a perfect temperature, as it had been lightly toasted before coming to my table. When I bit into the sandwich my mouth was filled with amazing flavors and textures that played off of each other! From the first bite the light crunch of the bread yielding to a soft center was very pleasing to my pallet. Then the Cajun spiced chicken hit my taste buds followed by the tangy peppers and creamy jack cheese. This all married with the Cajun mayonnaise. This sandwich is now my favorite and I can't wait to get another one! I see several bad reviews from 2018. Folks things change with time and it appears this to be the case with this location. I have salads from Firehouse many times and they are delicious. They are normally full of cucumbers, tomatoes and all the toppings. I just ordered two salads to go from Firehouse in Broken Arrow and they were very disappointing. They barely had any toppings and the tomatoes were diced so small you couldn't really see them or taste them. I called and the manager told me she had made them herself and assured me they were correct. She finally agreed to remake them. This meant I would have to make another trip. There was no apology, but she continued to say " that's how they are made". The remake's were slightly better. However, we found a hair in both salads. I will not be back to this store. read more

When attempting to place the order, I attempted to customize my sub and the female crew member taking the order snapped at me and abruptly cut me off saying "you have to answer my questions first. My mom then order the exact same sandwich as I, where she too was rudely and abruptly interrupted. As we proceeded to get our drinks several of the flavors didn't taste right, which included a couple of flat flavors. When we got our food (which should have been two matching sandwiches) my Mom got the correct sandwich and I received a smoked turkey instead of ham. I checked on the receipt and sure enough the wrong sandwich was chosen. My mom went up to the counter to try and explain I wanted ham, as I have a turkey allergy. The female crew member quickly snapped at her saying "you're going to have to wait". As my mom tried explaining again the female crew member fired back stating "when I read you the order y'all didn't say nothing about it, so it's going to take 7 minutes". Yet interestingly enough she never repeated the order back to us. Then on top of it the remade sandwich had ham, but was still NOT the sandwich I ordered. Coming from an individual who works first hand with individuals on the worst day of their life I would be immediately written up and/or fired if I displayed such disrespectful and rude behavior. I really enjoy the food but the last two experiences I had were frustrating. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich the menu states that comes with grilled chicken,lettuce onion, Cajun Mayo mustard, cherry peppers and pepper back cheese . I nicely asked to take off lettuce and the mustard on my sandwich they listened but then put these spicy green peppers and tomatoes on the sandwich when I told them I didn't want those on the sandwich and the menu doesn't state that it's on there they looked at me like I had 3 heads. I give it three stars because the food is delicious and the staff ended up fixing the issue and giving a coupon for a free sub but I feel they shouldn't throw on random ingredients that aren't on the menu especially for people with allergies. read more

This is the most disappointing Firehouse visit. We ordered 5 orders on the online ordering system and all but one were made incorrectly. The sandwiches were sloppy, and stuffed with excessive amounts of lettuces We requested ranch and got some weird sauce that was not pleasant. I love Firehouse Subs, it's a great restaurant. I think it was just this location that was a miss for me, this was my first time eating at this one.My steak and cheese sandwich had way too much mayo on it, I ended up having to take some off. Also, I ordered their chili for the first time, and it was so greasy. There was probably a tablespoon or two of grease just floating on the top, I couldn't take more than 3 bites without feeling sick. Maybe I'll try it again from a different location. read more
