My friend and I placed an order here and not only are our sandwiches very different sizes, we did not get the chips we ordered with the combo. It also took over 30 minutes to be delivered, I understand it's lunch time but this location is less than a mile away. Don't promise freaky fast if you can't deliver.

The biggest reason to keep going back to Jimmy John's is the bread. Their bread tastes really fresh with a great flavor and texture to it. The sandwich ingredients also taste like a much higher quality than Subway. My one complaint is that the meat is a little skimpy and as far as I can tell there is no option for extra meat when ordering online. If I could double the meat I would be inclined to eat their more but I kind of just feeling like I'm eating a loaf of bread sometimes. The service is good and the store appears clean.

Brookside brought us a quick and reliable sandwich joint! Colin and I needed a good/ fast/ healthy meal and haven't tried this new Jimmy John's but we were smitten with the one in Norman so we gave it a shot. We were handsomely greeted by patient workers as we stumbled through what sandwich would be best. Within what seemed to be a split second, our sandwiches were ready! Although we had to take them to-go, we'll be back to dine-in. It's a bargain to get to sit in this hip place with tastefully sarcastic phrases on the walls and enjoy a $5 sandwich. I had the #2 on wheat and devoured the generous amount of roast beef on the sandwich. Thanks for a quick fix, JJ!

This is my sandwich go to spot when I need something quick and tasty! They staff are always friendly and the store is always in great shape as far as cleanliness goes. My favorite sandwich is the Hunter club with extra roast beef, and when paired with the jalapeño chips and a diet coke... Incredible! It really is freaky how fast these guys can bang out a quality sandwich that doesn't look like it was sloppily thrown together. They are usually done preparing the sandwich and putting it in the bag by the time I can grab my chips and fill up my diet coke!! I am literally in and out and back on the road within 5 minutes from the time I walk through the doors! The service is equally as awesome for delivery, so if you are lucky enough to live nearby, keep them in mind if you don't wanna get out and about. On a side note, we used them a lot when catering large orders for the medical school, and everything was always on point there as well!

A $6 delivery fee (used to be $2), and regularly over an hour to deliver 1/2 a mile away. Half the time the order is also incorrect.

As the sandwiches are listed on the menu, you're asked (at the register) if you'd like whatever fixings that go with the sandwich. I got the Turkey and Cheese with lettuce & pickles, I added jalapeños & jalapeño sauce. I liked the creamy Italian sauce too. The sandwich was stacked. Plenty of turkey, plenty of lettuce, plenty of pickles and jalapeños. The sauce was there and wasn't an overload, just the right amount. The sandwiches come in small or large & I'm glad I got the small. The combos come with chips and a drink, they have one of my favorite chip brands, Miss Vickie's (Spicy Dill Pickle is an automatic pick for me). I wish I got the name of the dude who took my order. He was super cool, laid back & nice. He asked me if it was my first time in & I said yes (I always ordered pickup) and got to choose between the 3 cookie options they had for free. Their oatmeal raisin cookie doesn't taste like your average, see for yourself. *Side Note: Did Bill & Ruth's specialize in mainly cold sandwiches? The reason why I ask is because I never remembered being offered between wanting my sandwich cold or hot.*

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The food wasn't very good in my opinion. I chose the turkey sandwich. Although the turkey was real turkey breast, not deli meat, it didn't have a lot of flavor. There also weren't a lot of toppings, and bread ratio was too bready. There isn't an option to "build your own" like Jersey Mikes or Subway, so you're kind of stuck with what you get. It wasn't awful, just not that good. Service made up for mediocre food.

I pulled all of the let out of the sub. Leaving me with a bun that was falling apart. Torn off about half of the top and bottom of the bun. Flavor of meat was okay at its best. The spring rolls were tasty too, though a little on the smaller side. The star of the visit, though, was the Saigon coffee. It's Vietnamese-style coffee made with espresso and sugar, and wow! It was STRONG. Highly recommend if you're a coffee lover. Service was great. The cashier was super sweet. Plus, when I came right at opening (11am on Saturday), it wasn't busy at all, which was a nice bonus.

The greedy part of me thought I shouldn't review this place because the food is so good I don't want the quality compromised by too much customer service but the food has literally compelled me to write this. Friday evening 6:30pm: the place doesn't have a single chair available, tabouli is sold out. Plan accordingly. The Mezza Platter & the Shish Kebab are winners! The tenderloin shish kebab was the best I've EVER had! The tzatziki cucumber yogurt dip was perfectly thick...not runny like other inferior restaurants. The cabbage roll was surprisingly pleasant. I liked the herb olive oil dizzle over the hummus and eggplant dip. I also enjoyed the subtle hint of charred eggplant in the background of the dip. The place is across from Natural Grocers so it's perfectly located for multiple shops and stops. Will I come back? Definitely! Honest review & not paid by anyone to write these words.
