I love the Choose 2 (1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad, 1/2 spud, 1/2 soup) at McAlister's Deli for $9.89. I always get the 1/2 sandwich with the 1/2 soup. The spicy southwest sandwich is my favorite sandwich. It was absolutely delicious but you have to pay $1.25 extra (absolutely worth it). The broccoli cheddar is my favorite soup at McAlister's Deli. Takeout orders are fast, about 10-15 minutes wait. Dine-in option is available and they have a small dine-in area. Most orders are takeout though. McAlister's Deli is one of the few places nowadays where you could get a meal for $10 and the food is great. read more

I do not recommend this location. I have given them multiple opportunities and every time it is a great disappointment. Staff is completely incompetent. I'm not sure who the manager is there but they need to take a lesson from other McAllister's locations. The bathrooms are always filthy. Food at this location is never as good. The attentive young lady behind the counter asked "Would you all like to have those refilled before you leave?" That was Lucy. I have dined at several of the McAlister's Delis around Tulsa. What I especially like about McAlister's Deli is the variety/options on the menu and not having to eat my sandwich from a paper lined plastic tray. I have yet to have a negative experience at McAlister's. I came here the other day with my uncle and mom for lunch. Here's the long and short: Pluses -Everything you order is always fresh, which is much appreciated -There is an awesome array of soups, salads, and sandwiches -PICK TWO! I always mix and match a sandwich and salad and love how many options there are. Minuses -Honestly, can't think of much here. For reference, their lemonades are ginormous, so just be aware of that if you get one (and there are unlimited refills). My mom and uncle ordered The Big Nasty, which is a huge roast beef sandwich with gravy. They both enjoyed it, although I would definitely say it should be two meals. I had a half turkey sandwich with avocado and half salad. Everything was solid, as usual. I wish there were a McAlister's (with Oklahoma prices) in D.C.! read more

I've been a regular at the Broken Arrow location for quite some time now but I was near the memorial location and decided to give it a try. I ordered the jalapeño turkey crunch and the sweet chipotle chicken sandwich, my sandwich was a mess, there was no avocado and either sandwich (which is a big part of the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich) the turkey in both sandwiches were COLD, the meat and cheese were just slapped on there ( not even centered on the bread) and with a layer of mayonnaise about half an inch thick. I've never been so disappointed in a meal. To top it all off, when I went inside to pick up my order, a teenager came out from the kitchen WITHOUT A MASK and proceeded to talk to another guy by the counter and cussing about how he didn't want to work there. McAlister's has always been one of the great restaurants in my life, and this location is mostly the same. I didn't like that one of the workers was not wearing a mask at the ordering counter. However, the staff was polite and friendly. I got my order, a broccoli cheddar soup cup with their famous iced tea, more quickly than expected. When they have enough counter help taking orders and servers bringing out the food they are awesome. Today not so much. Had one young lady taking orders and she did not want to be there. She was very slow and acted as if the twenty people in line didn't exist. After 15 minutes a young man went to the take out counter. Our young lady yells (no it was a belt out)to everyone in line that, "half of you all need to move to the other counter if you want to order any time soon!" Stay classy. Food came out quick. Best place to get brewed tea in town! They sell it by the gallon as well as large plastic cups. Decent prices and they have a loyalty tea club card: if you buy 9 teas, you get the 10th for free! The food is good, and there are lots of good options. I also like how many dessert options they have compared to other delis. I got the ham and cheese toastie with mac and cheese which was delicious and comes with a pickle. My husband had the beef pot roast spud which is just what the name sounds like and is more than one person can eat! It was delicious too! Though next time I might get extra gravy. Will be coming here for to go food again for sure because this is the first place I've been that anticipated what silverware and condiments we needed, included them, and packaged everything in a way that wouldn't spill. It felt we waited a bit too long for our drinks but after we sat down everything moved quickly. The food was delicious. I dined on broccoli soup and chicken Caesar salad, dripped beef with potato salad and a spud max. We were served quickly. We had to go back and request a knife and to go packaging. Pretty good food at fair prices and I love the sweet tea. But I must say, the service is lacking compared to other McAlister's stores. My wife and I have gone to this location a dozen times in the past year and not once has someone offered us a refill, then it takes standing at the front with my empty cup for several minutes before someone reluctantly offers to help. Also, when taking our toddler, I have to wait for someone to help me get her a highchair as they are in an employee only section. I had lunch at McAlister's last Monday. I ordered a warmed 10oz New Yorker with mayo, not mustard this time. It comes with very lean, sliced corned beef and pastrami on rye. The last couple of times I have been to this location, many of the tables have been dirty. Plates and food sitting on a majority of the tables inside and outside on the patio. We love to eat out on the patio, but not when flies are buzzing on the old food right next to us. There is not lack of service and the manager seems very involved. However, the staff seemed lazy and annoyed. I asked for something from the server who brought the food, and it never came. Luckily the manager was there to bring me my request. But, she didn't do anything about the un-bussed tables. We were there for about an hour, and the tables that were dirty when we walked in, were dirty when we walked out. Unacceptable! From Uber Eats, I ordered online from McAlester's Deli. My loaded baked potato was very good but my husband's Italian hoagie was not. First of all, the picture online showed the sandwich as cold but when we received it, the hoagie was cooked liked a panini. The lettuce was wilted and the meat was burned. No where in the description was it stated that the hoagie was cooked hot. The next day I stopped by and spoke to the manager who told me she wasn't familiar with the company's website but did state that their Italian hoagie is cooked hot. I know what a panini is, and a hoagie is Not a panini. The manager could've be nicer and offered to make a cold Italian hoagie. I will not be frequenting McAlester's Deli. read more

I've been here before and food was great. Today was free tea day so I understand it's extra busy but I didn't just get tea, I ordered food to go as well. My daughter peanut butter and jelly was very sloppily put together and the last time she had gotten a bag of teddy grahams with her meal, maybe I paid extra last time and didn't realize it but did not get those. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and did not get dressing with it. My fault for not checking before I left but these are pretty standard things not special orders or anything.
