The order was all kinds of messed up. They aren't using the right ingredients. The chicken is suppose to be deli style and they put a shredded rotisserie chicken on the sandwich. They crushed and smeared some black been patty on my other sandwich, instead of putting it on there like they have for 15 years. They are clear just cutting all the costs and way over charging. Bread was burnt. Put the sauces on the side because they forgot to put them in the sandwich. And when trying to call them the won't ever answer the phone. When trying to go in, they close early. About 5 years ago Whichwich personally affronted my wife bahving putting spicy mustard on her turkey sandwich. It was a to go order and there was no way to get a replacement. I've let things settle down, and now that we have kids, have placed Whichwich back on the rotation. They make some good sandwiches. The kids like the the roll up meals and enjoy sitting in the little kids area. I personally like the egg salad, but really the ability to customize your sandwiches with a variety of toppings not found at other sub places is the main draw. Crispy onions, yes please. Recently tried their pork Bahn Mi. My expectations were low, but I was suprised. They really pulled of a decent Bahn mi. Maybe the pork could have had a more Vietnamese flavoring, but the spice and the veggies were there. Server There is no server to speak of. Although there are lots of people working here. There is no table service. Ambiance Kinda like a 2000's update of what subway could be. It would be like Quiznos, firehouse, and subway had a baby. Decent music playing at a comfortable level where table conversation can still be had. My husband and I ate there the first month it was open. We really liked the ordering concept and the atmosphere. We visited so much that the staff started to recognize us lol. We introduced all of our friends and family to Which Wich, and everyone loved it. On one particular trip though I had some mold on my bread, so my husband brought it to the manager's attention. The manager acted very unprofessional and was basically like well what do you want me to do with it? He asked for a refund and the manager finally gave it to us after my husband reminded him that we were in there all the time and we always brought one or 2 people in there with us. That was not a good day for my dad either, the sausage from one of the breakfast sandwiches made him really sick. So needless to say we did not go back for a long time. Fast forward to a year later, we returned to Which Wich and found the same, comforting sandwiches, minus the mold, and new staff. Back to loving it! Oh and they started a new promotion for their punch cards (which I recommend getting and using) on Tuesdays - 2 punch Tuesdays. The kids there are friendly. The price for what ya get, not so friendly. I do like the cool little way of ordering, filling in a little bag order form. Well done there. Tons of different options for sub style sandwiches. You order by picking a paper bag off the wall that has a type of meat labeled on top. From there with a sharpe you check all the options you want then give that to the person at the register and they will make it. I choose the chicken. It's good quality chicken. From there I add bacon, pesto, feta cheese, Parma cheese, spinach and then have it baked. My wife gets the one labeled as The Wicked. It starts off with 5 meats and 3 cheeses them you can build it from there. They also make shakes. I love the pineapple shake, it's amazing! The interior of the restaurant is clean and organized.
