Firehouse is always a great go to! I love when they do the name of the day. Super fun!

Firehouse Subs is one of our favorite places to eat while in Owasso. I highly support their contribution to firefighters. There is plenty of parking. The restaurant appears to be clean. There is a large selection of sub sandwiches to choose from. You can choose between 1/4 , 1/2 or full size sandwich. I usually choose the medium size. They put lots of meat on vegetables with a dill pickle spear. On this visit my wife ordered a medium prime steak sandwich with a bag of chips, I ordered the medium Firehouse hero with chips. My wife said her sandwich had a good flavor. But the meat was to tough to chew. I tried a piece of her steak and had to agree. My Hero sandwich was the good quality I am accustomed to from this establishment. While we were eating a employee came out to restock the chip counters. We were shocked to witness this person actually crushing the bags of chips in order to get as many as possible in the rack. This location is rather good. They have a parking lot which is always a plus. I ordered 3 sandwiches and they took about 10 minutes to make and get to-go. They weren't very busy so the 10 minutes felt too long. The woman taking my order was very thorough, asking me which veggies I wanted or didn't want, and they got it all right. Their place seemed rather clean and it's all decorated as a firehouse theme. I super appreciate they don't use plastic in their to-go items, their containers are a paper material. My favorite is their Turkey Bacon Ranch and my husband always gets the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. I would definitely be back. read more

Lately I've been really enjoying firehouse so this is a very disappointing experience. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch which is usually a nice balance of the three but today there was barely enough meat to even call it a sandwich plus the entire first bite was drenched in ranch. It's a sad day when you experience too much ranch ( absolutely disgusting had to spit it out) after that I opened to find there was pretty much nothing on my sandwich. First time I had a 3 inch sub. My wife ordered a small sub with chips and a drink, and her sub was 3 inches also. Our bill was 18$ and some change. Sandwich wasn't bad, I had the steak and cheese. Service was slow. But I must admit, I have never seen a small sandwich so small. I really thought it might be a joke and I was getting a sample, you know like the one they give in Sam's or Costco. But know, they actually make a sandwich so small and sell it to you, 7$ for a 3 inch sub. I'm still in shock that this is possible. Someone is ripping someone off. Great subs, great service. This is a good location with plenty of parking available. We ordered several subs, some to eat in the restaurant and some to take home. The person taking the order took great care to note which was which and they were packaged accordingly. When I couldn't finish my other sub, the team kindly gave me a box for my leftovers. The store was clean as well as the restroom. They do catering services too and I wouldn't hesitate to use them! read more

Found myself parked in front of the Owasso Firehouse Subs location right at lunchtime, so I told myself "Self... you haven't been here yet, hence you don't have a Yelp! review for Firehouse".... and since Self agreed, we jumped out and ventured inside. Despite being lunchtime, the place wasn't overly busy, so I was able to figure out what I wanted and get it ordered. Nice menu selections, not so abundant that you get all angsty trying to make a decision, but ample enough that there's something for everyone. I opted for the Firehouse Steak and Cheese Hot Sub, hold the 'shrooms, please. The medium sub, drink and chips rang up just north of $11. That seems to me to be a little steep for a sub lunch. That said, I'm always good with a hefty price tag is the meal backs it up. This one really didn't. Let me preface that this wasn't bad.... I just think it's a little overpriced for what I got. The sub itself was hot, fresh, and the whole wheat bread was nicely done. The meat was bland and lacking pretty much any flavor. The description called for sauteed sirloin steak, but this had little to no sauteed flavor to it, rather it seemed to have been steamed. The peppers were nicely done with just a little bit of crunch. Again, not a bad sandwich, just nothing special. It basically filled a hole in my stomach. Firehouse has a nice assortment of chips and the staff are as pleasant as you'll ever find. I'll come back and try a couple other subs, just so I don't let one off suggestion sway me permanently, but overall, I wasn't too impressed with the food. read more

Can get a gf bun with any sandwich!! However they are hit or miss on if it is in stock. Always nice service as well.

The food has been good at every visit (That's why I go so often). Service has been fine - nothing extraordinary. On my last visit the men's bathroom needed some care. I would give it a B-. Overall my experience at the Owasso location has consistently been good. A little bit of attention to cleanliness and service could make it a 5-star for me. read more

Great sandwiches, customer service was fantastic, I did a mobile order and it was ready when I got there no wait at all.

The menu at Firehouse is just unappealing to me. Although, the quality of sandwiches seems to be good if you enjoy it. Sandwiches taste fresh and use quality meats. The options are just higher in calorie than I personally prefer for a sandwich shop. I also don't enjoy the flavors of several of their meats and breads. I always end up having to order a very specialized build your own sandwich and I am not at all a picky eater. Everything comes, as they say "fully loaded" which includes mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, and an abundance of white onions. All that combined with a very average customer service experience leaves a lot lacking in my book. There are too many other sandwich shops in Owasso for me to bother with Firehouse. read more

Sandwiches are OK but not so great that it warrants their prices. A large hero and soda cost me almost $14.00 the other day. That's ridiculous for a fast food joint. Guess they feel that their claim to support the fireman allows them to charge more than any other place for a sandwich. The funny thing .... I've yet to see firemen or police in this restaurant. This is a good little sandwich place. I work out in Owasso so this location is great for lunch. We came with a large group but we were still able to find a table to accommodate everyone. Since it is the new year and I'm on the resolution train, I was very pleased to see that they had sandwiches for under 500 calories! I got one of those with no chips and a water and it was very affordable. The sandwich was good, though I'm sure the sandwiches over 500 cals are much better ;) My coworkers raved about the brisket sandwich and it looked amazing. I eat at Firehouse Owasso often. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They know me by name and even remember what I like to order. Jessica seems to go out of her way to get to know her customers and makes them feel like family. Customer service is very important and often sets a place apart from the others, and people like Jessica and Weston make it very easy to come back again and again. Did I mention the food?! The subs are soooo good, try the meatball! And don't leave without a brownie, you won't be disappointed! read more

Great variation on the sandwich concept. I love the New York Steamer "fully involved" - they really pack on tons of meat with a soft fresh loaf of bread and top it off with fresh veggies. They steam it which gives it a unique style. Give it a try, it's one of my favorite places to go. read more

The food there is adequate. However if you are going to try to use their rewards point system be prepared for them to screw up . Every single time we have used it the cashier does something they're not supposed to and we don't get our points. We then have to deal with management. They swear they can't do anything to fix it and we have to talk to corporate. Don't offer reward programs if you don't know how they work! read more

Ordered a New York Steamer sub. Paid $9 for the meal. Could barely see the meat. The sandwich was all bread. Not worth the money.
