I don't typically eat noodles or rice, so I always get the Super Greens at Panda as my side. They ran out. At least they gave me a discount at the register which was nice. However, my Black Angus Steak was supposed to have "baby broccoli" in it. The only green vegetable in my entree was several hard green stems which were completely inedible. And this from the entree that I had to pay an extra premium for. I wasn't even sure what green vegetable was supposed to be in it because I could not identify the stems. I had to ask an employee what it was. These local employees were doing their best. Corporate needs to do some quality control on those entrees. read more

Service was great and friendly, Food was great and fresh. The place recently got remodeled and looks much better than it used to. Soda machine worked perfectly and there was plenty of lids and forks for everyone. They were out of cream cheese Rangoons but that's what happens you have good food! 10/10 will eat here again read more

If you are going to order Kung Pao chicken, take a copy of the website picture with you and tell them this is what it is supposed to look like. The slop that I received was nothing more than a generalized bucket of a chicken (?) melange that they must use for every chicken dish. There was no hint of yellow, only a muddled brown color with mushy vegetable and one excuse for a chili. I ate about three bites and became afraid of it. I don't know how this place stays in business except that they are in no man's land for Chinese food and maybe most people don't know or care what Chinese food is supposed to look or taste like. Combined with the fact that they continue to not have items that are on the menu and are too lazy to change the menu after all of the other reviews about the same topic, it is clear that they don't care and they are probably laughing at every customer that comes in. This place is a joke, if you don't care for the story then just take my word for it and don't waste your time on this place. I will never be going here again. I just tried to order online but the option wasn't available for some reason, I decided to call to place my order that way. A worker answered and informed me that the dining area is close so they aren't taking orders, but the drive thru is open; he seemed completely disinterested and bothered that I was even asking. I asked they if they are still making food could I just place my order with them and pick it up in the drive thru so I didn't have to wait 20+ minutes in a drive thru, basically the same thing, he seemed super confused by that and just kept refusing and stumbling through repeating they aren't taking pick up orders. We went round and round with that a few times and it became clear he wasn't getting what I was asking and I didn't want to waste any more of my time so I decided to drive up there and wait the long wait for drive thru food. So I get up there, wait in line 20-30 minutes, go to place my order when the attendant interrupts me to tell me they don't have over half their menu. He actually just listed off what they did have like I was supposed to remember it, completely change my order, then select from what I had remembered. I tried to order 3 items and they were out of every single one, basically they just had scraps left that not many people order. I was beyond frustrated and just left to an actual restaurant that always has their entire menu, like most places do. I thought it was pretty rude and thoughtless of the guy who answered my call before I drove up there and wasted at least 45 minutes of my night on nothing to not let me know that more than half their menu was gone and let me know what little they did still have so I could've made the decision not to drive up there. This place clearly doesn't care about their customers or providing good service. There are plenty of restaurants in this area who understand how to run a business and genuinely do care about servicing their customers to the very best of their ability, those are the establishments that will continue to get my business not cut rate places like this. Most of the tables were dirty, a/c was not working well.was not even busy and we had to wait to be waited on.then of course there was no rice. So he put our entree order in the container and set it aside? I asked if it would get cold and her said he would make us new. After more than 5 min the rice came out, then of course the were out of the string bean chicken, it would be another 5 min. I passed by here after a long day, and I was craving some chinese wontons and orange chicken. I went through the drive thru, and they told me that they ran out of wontons and I had to wait five minutes. Turns out, they were wrong, my wontons were ready by the time I got to the window, about 2 minutes. The chicken and chow mein tasted great, as usual, and the wontons were hot and crispy. Food nowadays costs way too much for a restaurant to mess-up the order like this Panda Express in Owasso did ours this evening. Ordered fried rice, but got home with white rice in the take-out order. Additionally, the Sweet Fire CHICKEN BREAST we ordered WAS NOT MADE WITH CHICKEN BREAST!! They had used CHICKEN THIGH MEAT!!! It was disgusting... and it was VERY DECEPTIVE for them to do that. Using cheaper, dark meat instead of the white meat, chicken breast that this dish is supposed to consist of... that's pure deception. We've been here before with no issues, but for whatever reason this visit today was the worst I had ever experienced with this franchise. Two separate employees chose to make what they had done wrong worse by being beligerant and just plain rude when confronted about fixing their mistake. Ultimate I requested a refund and the store representative, not manager because they were not onsite, decided I needed to give them my driver's license in order to get a refund from them but didn't ask got my debit card. No where is it posted and they sure didn't need my driver's license to take my money, therefore I called them on it. Again they became aggravated with me because I wasn't going to just give them my license, and they refunded my ordered. It's unfortunate that they handled the situation so poorly and decided to make the entire ordeal last over 45 minutes from when I first received my incorrect order, to me driving home, to me driving back and asking for them to correct it. The last few times I have gone here, I get to the ordering box, and I'm told one of three things; that they are not open(an hour after posted opening time or an hour before posted closing), that they don't have their computers working and can't take cards or even take orders at the time, or that they are shortstaffed and can no longer take orders. 0/5 stars. Always out of everything, so we were told to wait 10 minutes, and to pull into the front parking lot. We did so, and then we waited 25 minutes. Multiple cars that also waited after we had placed our order, all got their food before us. When the server came into the lot she looked confused and blustered around the lot until my boyfriend decided to pop open his door and catch her before she ran back inside, to ask if she had an order for three bowls and she handed it to us finally. We got all the way home and it was the wrong order, so now we're back with the receipt to get the right order. And we of course, are waiting once again and it's been another 15 minutes. According to the receipt, we placed the order at 6:18 p.m. in the drive through, and it is now 7:20 p.m. Boyfriend told me they did other multiple customers orders right in front of him (the customers ordered after my boyfriend), which is why we had to wait another 20 minutes to get the right food. This has happened several different times throughout this year and last year to my family and I. All in all, don't go here. They obviously couldn't care less about their customers. read more

Food quality can be hit or miss depending on time of day. If ordering takeout, I highly recommend eating the food as soon as possible as the moisture builds up very fast in their to-go boxes and negatively affects flavor. On the topic, dishes are average tasting with no real standouts. It may be a little pricey, especially if/when the serving size is slighted. However, when all the stars align, it is a decent experience for a quick Chinese stopover. read more

After several years of patronizing this eatery I will never go back to it or any other Panda Express. On September 23rd I placed an order online, paid and drove two miles to pick it up at 2:00pm, as I had done many times before. When I went in there was an employee sitting at a table and no one behind the counter. He asked me what I wanted and I told him I was there to pick up my order. He very rudely told me that they no longer did online orders and that they were actually closed. I asked him about a refund and he told me I had to contact the corporate office, which I did immediately. He got up and locked the door behind me after I went out. My payment was finally returned on September 25th, with no apology or explanation. Apparently they do not care that they have permanently lost a loyal customer of many years who will tell their friends not to give them any business. Good thing is that I am now saving over $40 a month and will try out the other Chinese food vendors in Owasso. read more

The parking lost was clean as was the front entrance. The restaurant was very clean despite having just endured the evening dinner rush. The serving line was very well stocked. We were greeted immediately by a very pleasant young man and offered samples. Our meal was nice and hot and pleasing to look at. The meat in our entrees was tender and veggies were perfectly al dente. While we were eating our meals, we noticed that the serving line seemed to move at a very good pace. We've eaten here several times and were always pleased with the service, the food and thought the prices were fair. We have recommended it to some of our co-workers who have visited other Tulsa metro locations. read more
