This place is awesome I always come here to get the sweet and spicy burger, It's a pretty big burger so sometimes I do tell them to go single patty on that . If you want to go there after 10 o'clock be ready to make a line hahaha . My favorite place to go after having a couple drinks taking some food home. I would definitely give this place five stars but they keep messing up and putting mustard on my burger when I tell them not to put it on hahahha . I also realized while I was waiting that I forgot to add cheese to my husband's burger, oh no! As soon as I walked up to the register to see if I could add it and pay for it, they were bringing my order up to me. But I told them what I accidentally did and asked if they could add a slice of cheese real quick and I would pay for it. We love Whataburger, but the Owasso location service has seriously dropped. I understand shortage of workers, but when there are 3 people standing at the registers and they have to call Matt to help them.....come on people. Management at this store is apparently gone. This restaurant is pretty slow anyway but today the fries we got were ice cold. The salad that they were supposed to put blue cheese on they were out of. They subbed it with cheddar but there was hardly any. I just get tired of cold fries and mistakes at this location. I frequent the 41st and Sheridan Tulsa, OK location and never have these issues. We love Whataburger but this location needs improvement. Cold fries is not okay and it's always like that in Owasso and wait times well they are really bad. Uh... after eating at nearly every location in Tulsa we decided to stop here for an early morning breakfast. We always get the same things: Bacon BOB with extra bacon, Egg Biscuit with an extra egg, My absolute favorite, Chorizo, Potato & Egg Taquito and a medium Coke. Now, after just looking at our food we could tell something wasn't right. It's like it isn't even a real Whataburger! Our biscuits were flat, crumbly and doughy at the same time. The eggs tasted old and the bacon was paper thin, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. The taquito was nowhere near the quality as the ones I get every week in Tulsa. The egg and chorizo were more like a mush that had been rolled tightly. You could literally cut slices like it was a loaf of egg and the chorizo had no flavor! I was going to give two stars but just can bring myself to do it. I wish I had taken pictures of the food but it was dark in the car and a tight fit at the time. Anyway, definitely won't be coming back unless I see positive reviews. Stopped in at Whataburger to grab some quick lunch and was met with 2 lanes of others in the drive-thru. It went pretty quickly, but I was really impressed with the young man running out to operate the credit card swipe machine and make the delivery of food to the 2nd lane of cars. He was so pleasant and polite (which is uncommon nowadays) that I decided to give him a tip for his extra efforts and pleasant attitude. He looked shocked and said, "Thank you mame, but you don't need to tip me." I then INSISTED he take it! This type of customer service is not uncommon at Whataburger. Whataburger fills that niche between the trendy overpriced burger joints like Red Robin and those mom and pop 'greasy burgers cooked on a flattop that's older that God' places. By that I mean their presentation is definitely clean, manicured and has a corporate seal of approval stamped all over it. It's consistent, reliable and they deliver a good product. I've eaten several of their burgers, from the patty melt, to the mexican cheese melt, to the basic bacon cheeseburger. The are always freshly made to order, arrive in a decent time, and always look good on the tray. The service is always top notch, very friendly and helpful people and I have yet to have a bad experience with anyone in the front of the house. They deliver a consistent, well done product every time, in a reasonable timeframe. While the Tulsa burger scene was a lot of world class places, and not a few mediocre ones, Whataburgers stand out as a moderately priced, above average, consistent burger that won't leave you wishing you'd eaten somewhere else. read more

We had the displeasure of visiting this establishment 07/21/23. We decided to get our order to go, so we used the drive through. We sat in the drive through so long that we decided to just turn off our engine and wait. It took about 30 minutes and when we received our order. ( 2 Whataburgers with cheese and 2 small orders of fries, no drinks) , we left to eat at the sams parking lot next door. We had our dog with us so we couldn't leave him in vehicle to eat in restaurant. The burgers were seriously cold and almost inedible. The the lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle were refrigeration cold and the meat was not even warm. It was pretty disgusting and after a couple of bites we threw them in the trash. However, the fries were hot. I used to think Whataburger was my favorite burger but I have now decided to move it to the bottom of the burger ladder. read more

At 2:20 I asked where our food was and it finally was brought out. during our long wait we observed six tables being occupied by employees...one at each while customers were trying to find seats. We'd never been to whataburger and we were pleasantly surprised. The burgers are pretty big and they use mustard as their spread on them. The jalapeño burger had slightly grilled onions on it and it was really tasty, my only problem with it was that the sauce and pickles weren't spread out evenly. Cold Wet Soggy Burgers and Rude Customer Service. I ordered a whataburger without cheese with no salt on my fries, 2 Whataburgers with cheese and no salt on the fries and 3 plain burgers. All of it was wrong. There was a chunk cheese on my no cheese burger, all the fries were salted and lukewarm. The plain hamburgers had condiments including cheese. The burgers were cold and soggy. Like, how? Do they dunk their buns in ice water for added moistness? Service was bad. The cashier had an attitude and the restaurant was empty... He was clearly agitated about something. I completely understand it's 1am and that's when you have to deal with rude customers but there was no one in the restaurant and trust me when I say this, I politely ordered as I usually do. I was in a Whataburger over 20 years ago and didn't remember how wonderfully juicy and delicious their burgers were. I had the double burger and it was cooked perfectly. Not dry but still well done and oh so moist. I'm definitely a fan. It's too bad they don't have one of these in Las Vegas. There really wasn't any line up and they brought the food to the table pretty quick.
