There were a few times where this Raising Canes has been better than most other chicken places around including other local Raising Canes and there have been other times where they weren't so great... but you know, it is what it is. Unfortunately they simply don't have consistency down pat yet. The hours are also pretty confusing. I had previously wrote a negative review because one time we tried to visit, they were closed and they weren't open to 2 AM, even though the lighted sign says that they are, but I guess it's only open that late Fridays and Saturdays? So my mistake. Anyhow, we were pretty upset about this and they contacted us right away to try to make it right so I think they definitely are trying to make sure they have good customer service experiences and that's always really nice to see. read more

I am obsessed with Canes. I have been to many Canes restaurants in my days. Unfortunately, this is my least favorite one. I always substitute my bread for extra fries, but they have only ever given me extra fries just one time out of many (and I mean many) times. My husband has the same amount of fries as me, but he also has a bread. The chickens have also been super small here compared to other Cane's. I will still go back though. I am a loyal and true Cane's fan. The service is great. They have a lot of young people and are training them all the time, but they are doing a great job. I have apparently been living under a rock, as I'd not even heard of this place. The people with me questioned my worthiness to live, but ultimately tolerated my presence. We had to do takeout because none of us knew there was no dining in (who's living under a rock now?), but holy crap, this was some delicious chicken. The fries were great, too. Well, 3:30pm probably wasn't the best time for fresh food. There is a very simple menu with bulk options. The food was warm, I like it hot and fresh. The chicken was tender and fried nicely. Crinkle cut fries. Cole slaw was ok, some kind of spicy mayonnaise dipping sauce. Coke products. Most of the tables were cleared, but dirty. The overriding impression is if the 70s disco ball and loud 80s music is your fav, this place is for you. This Canes is my favorite of all the locations, the staff is always so friendly and the chicken is juicier here. They do have a consistent problem of not keeping tables clean but the friendliness of the staff makes up for it. I'll just wet the napkin and clean my own table. read more

If you like sweet tea and chicken tenders you'll like canes. They specialize in tenders of delicious chicken and basically besides bread and fries that's all you're gonna get here. They do a great job of making the food delicious and juicy. Oh and the sweet tea...... dang it man I love it. This location was super busy when i walked in as a bus loaf of students popped in. the staff handled it well and delivered yummy chicken quickly and friendly. Once I was done, they came over with paper towels and walked on by since I had already wiped it down. We dined in and got a large amount of chicken fingers, yet nothing to eat them on until we went back up to the counter and asked for plates! This Cane's is the one closest to my home so I eat here probably about once a month. Let me preface this review with, I love Raising Cane's. I've tried and failed to replicate Cane's sauce. As for this particular store, I've never had any problems. The staff is always very friendly and the drive-thru has always been quick. It's a little hard to get in and out of being right at the junction of Kenosha and Lynn Lane but, luckily, there are several parking lots to cut through. read more

The chicken and fries taste good with their signature sauce, but you aren't given enough of it to last through your meal. The restaurant was very clean, even the bathrooms. New location that recently opened. I've never eaten at Caine's before so I thought I would try it. I did a walk in, carry out order. Wait time was great. Maybe 5 minutes but no more. Staff was friendly and place was clean. I ordered the The Caniac. 6 fingers, fries, toast, coleslaw, and a drink. The coleslaw was pretty solid. The fries were disappointing. They tasted and looked like frozen fries from a bag. Nothing different than what I can get from Walmart. The chicken was good but could have been flavored a little more. The outside was crispy and it was cooked well. Had good texture and was juicy. I could have used more seasoning though. It was just shy of bland chicken. I'm not a fan of relying on sauces to add flavor. Speaking of the Caine sauce. It was alright. Mayo mixed with Ketchup add some spices. Pretty standard dipping sauce nowadays. We each got a gift card for a Box Combo. We had really put it off for months but finely on a budget friendly date night we enter the Raising Cains chicken colosseum. Were let down when we saw chicken fingers as the only option. We ordered and awaited a sure to be dry meal. Well the blonde haired young man behind the counter was friendly, even bubbly. The manager on shift was well mannered as well. The chicken was FRIGGEN AWESOME. I am a cold slaw lover and the cold slaw here is spot on. Love the lemonade as well. Good job guys. read more

GO TO CHICK FILA!!! I have never written a bad review, but this place deserves it. It all began 3 visits ago when I ordered 3 pieces of toast. They told me to pull forward so I did, then I lost track of time and 30 minutes later I still did not have 3 PIECES of TOAST. The next two visits I showed up 30 minutes and 45 minutes before close and they were closed. I will never be returning to this place, and I highly recommend that if you want fried chicken go to Chick Fila or any other fast food chicken over this place. read more

I was very disappointed in the service, quantity of food and cleanliness of this location. I have ate at several Raising Cane's and by far this was the worst experience. When you pay $8 and get 10 French fries something is wrong. The manager didn't even care when I shared with him my concerns. I predict this location will be closed within 12 months. Cane's originated in Louisiana, and as a native Louisianian, I've tried lots of different Cane's restaurants. This restaurant just opened and they're off to a wonderful start! Though I stopped by in the middle of their lunch rush, I was greeted right away. Because the restaurant was busy, there was a slight wait for my food, but when I got it, it was hot and fresh. Well worth the wait! They offer your usual drink selection, but they also have wonderful sweet tea and made-fresh-daily lemonade. The staff was quite friendly, and someone was even walking around picking up trays as guests finished and offering to get condiments/napkins/etc. The restaurant was very clean. I watched as crew members immediately cleaned up water that had dripped from someone's cup onto the counter. I even commented to the manager on duty that this restaurant far surpassed the Cane's in my hometown. Overall, my visit was quite a pleasant experience. read more
