Probably the worst service through the drive through. Takes 30-45mins to actually get your food. They'll also leave items out of your order. Should be a fast food place but it's more a restaurant. Poor all the way around this place read more

Food here is without a doubt great. Unfortunately after more than 5 attempts to see if service time at the drive thru would improve, no go. Didn't seem to matter what time of the day or how many cars they were always SLOW! It is a shame since they have such a good product. read more

Whataburger is my go to for late night meal. I've had a few bad burgers there but it didn't bother me too much. Their fries are delicious! It's usually what I go for anyways. I recently found out that they make nuggets as well.... OH BOY! Tender, juicy, yumminess dipped in ketchup! This Owasso location though has its ups and downs. Clean place but when you come late at night, the staff can get rude like they don't really care and just want to go home. Sometimes you'll get a good night though! read more

We came here last Friday morning, after work and service was fast and respectful. Very clean as well.

Ordered curbside at #285 San Antonio. Two sandwich meals with a few mods but nothing special. Total appr $22. Ordered 15 minutes before pickup. Arrived 5 min early as suggested. Checked in with the pickup spot noted and waited. 15 minutes later after watching drive-thru customers come and go, I finally went inside. I had to wait while another walk-in customer ranted about how his order was messed up. I then identified myself and the order taker yelled back "he's here" . What's the point of checking in. So I walked back to my car expecting someone to bring my food. Nothing. I went back inside to meet the same lady with my bags of food. I said, " you really don't get this curb-side thing, do you?" She responded, " Have a nice day!" The former irate customer was still there and said, "enjoy your cold food". Finally home, the food was indeed cold, no napkins, no added sauces requested. Won't do this again, just drive-thru or eat-in, or maybe just go somewhere else. Ate here three times in the last two weeks, the one before being similar but not this bad. Always lauded Whataburger as the best, but beginning to wonder. read more

The service at this location is incredibly slow. I walked in to order 3 breakfast sandwiches to go and I waited almost 20 minutes. Not one employee apologized to me for the long wait, and to top it off the biscuit was so crumbly I couldn't even hold it in my hands to eat it. I usually avoid this place all together because of how slow they are, but after not coming so long I was hopeful the service would have picked up by now, unfortunately this was the worst service by far and I will not be back. read more

It's been several years since I've eaten at Whataburger, and now I remember why. We live 3 miles from this restaurant, and both of our meals were barely warm, bordering on flat out cold, and it was 95 degrees out with 103 heat index! The warmest and best part of my meal was the lemon pie. I ordered an Avocado Bacon Burger with grilled onions, a medium onion rings, and a hot lemon pie. What I got was a room temperature, thin patty with a paper-thin, limp piece of bacon, something resembling avocado slices, and fresh, UNgrilled onions. My onion rings had obviously been sitting out a while. I had to look for the bacon, and the avocado was so mushy, it was more like guacamole. My dogs loved the burger, though! The prepacked lemon pie was hands down the best part of the meal. Looks like it'll be another few years before I forget and go back! read more

I was very disappointed in my experience tonight at this owasso location. I pulled up and ordered a #1 with cheese and went to the first window and paid. Then at the second window I waited.. And waited.. And waited some more. There was only 1 car ahead of me and I sat there for close to 10 full minutes. They weren't even busy at all. They had very obviously really screwed up the lady in front of mines order. When they finally got her out of there I was the very last thing they cared about. They gave me my meal and drink and when I opened it the fries were scorching hot and drenched in grease.. Like they hadn't even drained. They were terrible and soo covered in a nasty salty grease I couldn't eat them. The burger wasn't any better.. Mind you I really enjoy whataburger, I've never tasted a gross soggy cold burger from here. The vegetables were so cold and soggy they made the bun mushy and soggy. The meat wasn't warm enough to even melt the cheese. I only took 2 bites and It was terrible. read more

To be fair, the manager gave us entire meal for free. The restaurant was clean and busy. However, when I picked up my burger the bun was so wet from grease it fell apart and half of it slid through my fingers onto floor. I can't eat a hamburger so covered in grease that the bun becomes a sponge and the onions disappear into the bread. Usually when you order a burger, it is placed into a steam pan to drain.
