Food was great! We had chicken chunk dinner and chicken fried steak dinner. Portions we dramatically different based on who made the dinner. One young lady gave the smallest portion of mashed potatoes. Was disappointed in that, but the food was very good! Wish we had one in our hometown! read more

This place is stupid. You put an order in for a whole rotisserie chicken and when you pick up your order you just get what you get, right? The chicken place ran out of chicken so they used four dried up legs and thighs lol...."deal with it, paying customer! You'll find out when you get home!" And why should they have any chicken? It's not like anybody's in charge there. You got a bunch of high school kids screwing around, blabbing about anything but work, unprofessional kids who evidently need their mommies there to get their ish together. This was my first and last visit to this dump. read more

Great place for some home style fried chicken and gravy. My Uncle recommended and my family enjoyed the great taste. Service was fast and friendly. Looking forward to visiting here again read more

Charlie's Chicken is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. They always have delicious, home-style food, with a wide variety of choices. They make the most EXCELLENT carrot cake of any restaurant I've tried, including bakery's that are known for their cakes. They always have very quick service and the friendliest and most courteous employees! That's what keeps us coming back year after year. read more

Good food, reliable and consistent. I have yet to be disappointed with anything we've gotten at Charlie's. My only comment, and it's one shared by The Wife is the ordering. For some reason I have yet to ascertain, ordering takeout at Charlie's is like trying to lasso an octopus for me. I can't explain it, but getting through the process of ordering just wears me out. I think part of it, at least for ordering indoors is that there are so many people behind the line taking the order, I get worried one of them will either double up (or worse, not get it at all) on an item, and it just seems chaotic. That aside, I love the chicken, and I absolutely love the potato wedges and gravy. I've been known to make a meal just out of those.... much to my waistline's regret. Good food, always good (if a little chaotic) service, and pretty good value for the money. read more

Love Charlie's Chicken. The pea salad is my favorite and the chicken and dressing is wonderful. Especially with the gibblet gravy. The service is friendly and the Togo is fast. read more

The service here is the best of all CHARLIE'S in the Tulsa area. The food was hot and delicious as always. The restaurant is always clean.

In Tulsa for business. And I asked a colleague where's a good place to get lunch. He recommended Charlie's. Wow. What a hit. The chicken was juicy and delicious. I had fried okra for the first time in my life, so good. The mashed potatoes were awesome. I told the server it was my first time and she gave me samples of stuff. Everything was so good. I would of stayed all day eating but I had to go back to work. Thank you read more

Charlie's Chicken - 3 Pc Chicken Chunk W/ 2 Sides & Roll - Chicken Wings Near Me - Owasso, Oklahoma

I don't know why all the low ratings. We've eaten at Charlie's Chicken for over a decade at several locations (Owasso, Pryor, and Claremore) and never had a bad experience. The service is always great, I'm usually ordering a pretty big takeout order these days (40-60 chunk meals) and they always help me carry it out to the car. Never had a single person be rude or anything either. The chicken has always been great, it's pretty much the best fast food chicken I can think of. I do agree that the mac and cheese is pretty mushy but I don't eat that, my kids do and they seem to love it so I don't really care. I love that they still have fried okra which is hard to find these days and their broccoli salad is really good too. This is not michelin star dining, and you should know that going into it. For fast food this is the best quality, taste and service you're going to find. The leftovers reheat well too. read more

I absolutely love Charlie's. Have since I was a kid. Chunk dinner with okra and mashed potatoes and gravy with a extra roll! Comfort fast food. read more

The restaurant appeared clean and casual. The service was friendly and my food was ready quickly. I had chunk chickens with a broccoli rice and macaroni and cheese. The sides were good and the chicken was great, the cost is a little higher than it could be but I would return read more

Charlie's Chicken - 7 Pc Chicken Chunk W/ 2 Sides & Roll - Chicken Wings Near Me - Owasso, Oklahoma

This is the WORST CUSTOMER service in the state of Oklahoma! Mediocre FOOD and premium food prices ! They have no appreciation or respect for their customers! Do yourself a favor and go to KFC, better food, better value, and way better service! Go to churches or he'll mc Donald's, anywhere but here will treat you better! I've never been treated so rudely by a restaurant manager in my life! read more

We have loved Charlie's Chicken for years but on Sunday, August 1st we were very dissatisfied! The broccoli grape salad was very dry, almost no dressing and the chicken breast and chicken chunks were dry and chewy! This has never happened! We love their food normally! Is there a new staff, chef?!?! read more

Everything at Charlie's Chicken is top tier. Jalapeño chicken, fire. Every side, fire. Sweet tea, fire. Honey on the table, fire. The wonderful employees, fire. The Charlie's Chicken haters below or above me are stupid old people, you reading this... are a smart, wonderful old person. Don't listen to them. Support local business. Go to Charlie's Chicken. read more

Very disappointed with the food we got today to go after church. We ordered a liver dinner and the livers were dry and one of them was actually burnt that it had a charcoal taste to it it was very nasty. Additionally the roles were practically burnt they were very dark brown and not like I remember from a year ago when we ate there last, most likely it'll be another year before we eat there again. read more

It's cafeteria style so you get what you get. Don't go late bc what's not already out of stock is old & cold. Generic cafeteria offerings. The cobbler is nice as is the cake. If you catch it fresh, it's pretty good. Beyond that, good luck. read more

My family of 13 was celebrating my uncles 82nd Birthday on 12-11-21, They only had 2 drumsticks available so I was quite upset that there wouldn't be enough for everyone who wanted drumsticks, the staff cared enough to make sure everyone left with a positive experience, so they cooked several more birds & brought some more drumsticks out to us, so everyone ended up getting exactly what they wanted, the food was delicious, the best chicken I have had anywhere & I noticed the staff was very conscientious about cleanliness, one of the staff even offered to take a group picture so everyone could be in the picture, well played charlies chicken, myself & my family very much appreciate the staff taking good care of us & we definitely will be back again ! read more

Food is good. Service is not. After paying change is pitched on the food tray. KFC is better for less money.

Charlie's rocks. Sitting in line to order with two cars behind me and the store closed and lights went out after I was greeted and waiting to place my order . I noticed it was a young staff. When I got to the window they ere still taking the orders. I was pleased because I noticed the car ahead of me had a huge order and the young man at the window confirmed it. Any business that takes care of the customer even after closing because it IS the right thing to do deserves 5 stars! read more

Went here for lunch with two of the coolest co- workers. I had the baked breast and two sides. Mac and cheese was very cheesy, the baked beans were perfect. The dinner roll was super fluffy and moist. I will be back. read more

I am visiting town and quietly enjoyed Charlie's Chicken. It's family friendly and a nice sit down. I wasn't expecting a cafeteria food line...but the food was very good. Better than expected! read more

My husband picked up Charlie's Chicken last night for dinner. I got a 3-piece chunk dinner with fried okra and mac and cheese. There was hardly any mac and cheese in the container and while it tasted OK it was very mushy. The three pieces of chicken were the smallest chunks I've ever seen. We also ordered extra rolls period 3 out of 6 of them we're almost black on top. A very disappointing experience read more

I thought the food was good for the price. Had Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes. Average quantity and quality...

I love Charlie's food, it's all delicious! However I have had several times where I've gotten chicken chunks and they have been TINY or almost all breading. My order is often not right when I go through the drive through too. Other than that I love me some Charlie's! read more

I got food poising several years ago from CC. Went back tonight because my kids wanted it. Walked in at 8pm. They close at 9. Every staff member was already packing away all the food and seemed put out that we came in at "closing". We left. read more

This place is the bees knees! It's like KFC on steroids and I love it! One of the best carrot cakes I've had in my entire life!
