Pick the Jamaican jerk sauce! 5/5 I ordered the 6 piece shrimp combo with okra, and it exceeded my expectations. Both the shrimp and okra was fried to perfection - not too soft or too hard. The Jamaican jerk sauce is everything!! It had a smoky, spicy flavor to it but not too hot that it's unbearable. I loved it. Service gets a 5/5 for me. Once I walked in, they handed me the menu and said everything is good. You won't be disappointed. They were not wrong. My food was ready in less than 15 minutes. I liked the vibe of the spot too. I sat at the bar watching tv, while they played hip hop in the background. It's the perfect spot to hang with friends and watch the game.

    Eating from the pass.

Wings were so dry I was having to remove them from my mouth which is a gross thing to do in public. Onion rings weren't great and I'm questioning cleanliness as I watch one of the workers eating from the food pass.

Open Container is my job's favorite happy hour spot because it's so close to our office and a such a chill place. We were surprised to find out they don't serve food anymore. Thankfully, Rozay's is conveniently located downstairs, where Sabores used to be. This is their second location and I believe the menu is the same as the one on 11th. They weren't busy at all and service was quick (less than 15 minutes) and friendly. They could tell I wasn't familiar with the menu and the employee quickly shared their most popular dishes. I went with the catfish combo and their traditional wings in hot sauce. The catfish was so good! The tartar sauce was a great addition. The wings were also very delicious. Not very spicy so next time I'll get the extra hot sauce. I like that they're perfectly seasoned but not super wet. Very nice consistency. Their bread rolls are also good but the big revelation was the corn nuggets. I got them as a side and they blew my mind. Most delicious thing ever. Will be back just to get some more. The space itself is simple and clean. Super chill atmosphere. Plenty of seating space.

Oklahoma seems to have a certain pride when it comes to burger joints that keep it simple. Tulsa…read morehas many chains, local restaurants and pop-ups that are familiar and filling. Encroaching on a seemingly crowded market can be tough but somehow Howdy feels like an already-established diner. While many newer burger places attempt to overwhelm the consumer, Howdy Burger's approach seems to be keeping things simple and delivering what the people want while staying true to the "burger joint" identity. I've had Howdy Burger 2 or 3 times through the years. My first visit was likely in/at Mother Road Market but a more recent visit was on October 29th (2025). In the midst of an economic stall (the federal government was shut down for 4 weeks at that point), eating out seemed like a luxury. I visited around 2pm for lunch. The weather was chilly and the staff was readily available. I was greeted and I browsed the menu for about 2mins before ordering. I ended up getting a single burger & rodeo fries. Afterwards, me & the lady cashier had a brief conversation about the state of the world as business was slower than usual. The restaurant isn't huge but it was well maintained. I sat near the West windows and the food came out shortly after. The highlight of the food was easily the burger itself. It was a decent size, the bread was soft, and the patty was just thick enough. Each bite was equally satisfying as they didn't hold back on the toppings. I will say that the fries are pretty standard, even with the extra toppings. I don't think the Rodeo Fries are worth wild but it didn't hurt to try. Lastly, I LOVE the variety of sauces they offer and the staff are happy to add them directly onto the sandwich or place them on the side. I've since returned to have the Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was just as good, if not better, than most famed chicken sandwich spots. I wasn't familiar with Howdy for a while and, as mentioned, there are many other places to get a cheeseburger, sandwich and/or fries. But what I like about Howdy is that they don't try too hard, they know what sells and they offer great service. Considering the price, consistency in their products and good people behind the counter, Howdy Burger is good enough to replace your favorite burger chain and/or fast food spot.

I think it is named after a local ranch so sorry if I butchered it. I asked what was on it... all I heard was grilled onions, jalapeños, and some sauce and I was all in!! The burger came on toast and is very similar to a patty melt if you like that style. Honestly it was a great burger. The wife and I shared some cheese and onion fries... I can't say enough about how delicious it was. My wife ended up getting the class burger which comes with cheese sauce to dip fries or your burger in....i wanted the cheese sauce on everything but I did my best to hold back. Service is always great accompanied with some local brews... honestly this is a great place to eat local beef and local brews!

It takes a LOT of reading before you can figure out what you want. I understand wanting to highlight farms that the beef is sourced from, but it shouldn't be the most prominent thing in the menu. It's super confusing. Last, the truffle fries need reworked badly. I got fries with some truffle-esque condiment squeezed randomly on top. Fries needed to be tossed in the sauce while hot, so it was a soggy mess. 1/5, wouldn't recommend those.
