My family and I ordered $55 worth of food, two chicken sandwiches, 2 Mac n cheese kids meals (that was not actually a meal and did not include sides nor drinks). The sandwiches were sad and the quality was about the standard of McD's. The kids Mac n cheese were basically kraft mac n cheese with chopped up nuggets on top and a very minimal sprinkle of bacon on top. The whole thing was honestly dissatisfying. The part that bothered me the most was that after paying $55 for this, we didn't even get a sauce to dip our fries in, that was an extra cost. And the lemonade in which we paid over $3 for and was advertised as "freshly squeezed" was most certainly not. Over all, I can say we won't come back here for the food.

There's plenty of sauces to choose from, one comes with the combo & I got the Rooster Sauce - which is maybe in the middle on spice level. Each sauce is labeled on the menu with the heat levels at the location (doesn't show online). I really liked the fries. More of a thin cut, nicely seasoned. The Texas Toast was slightly buttered & has a subtle sweetness to it. Speaking of sweetness, the Rooster Sauce is a sweet & spicy chili pepper sauce & paired well with the tenders. There were a few sauces that caught my eye, like the Alabama White Sauce, Comeback Sauce, even the Habanero Oil. The customer service here was really good. I was greeted & my wait was not long one bit, my food was ready in not even 5 mins. The place was surrounded by TVs. I went around lunchtime & it got pretty busy.

My husband tried Charlie's Chicken before they tore it down and rebuilt it. Every time we pass it,…read morehe says that we need to try it. Today we did. It was a disappointment. We both got chicken chunks and one side which cost $6.99. I didn't think it was a good value, but still a better value than the pressed chicken in most fast food chicken nuggets. None of the sides looked good and certainly were not worth $2.79 each. I got instant potatoes and gravy. I asked for extra gravy to dip the chicken in. I would recommend doing this because they don't have any sauces for the chicken chunks except small envelopes of bbq sauce. Dan got 2 chicken chunks and broccoli and rice. He didn't like his side. I noticed they offer a whole rotisserie chicken for $24.99. That sells for $5 at Sam's. I wouldn't consider our dish overpriced if the chicken chunks were larger and the sides were better. We got friendly service and the restaurant was clean.

Two "chunks" of fried breast meat, each about the size of a golf ball along with a side of broccoli-rice casserole. The chicken was very salty and the side was mostly rice. Michael got the #8 meal which was Great 8 boneless wings with no sauce, a side of bbq sauce, fries and for dessert 3 chocolate chip cookies(they had a choice of 1 or 3, so he got 3) plus sweet tea to drink. My dinner was their surf & turf(which is shrimp-southern fried and chicken fingers) with zax sauce, zaxtail sauce, fries and coke zero to drink. My dessert was cheesecake bites with strawberry sauce( yummy for a cheat food). I was worried there would it be many vegetarian options available but the menu had more than enough to choose from. I had planned to order a pizza on our visit but the pizza oven had caught fire the night before and was not operational. I decided on a baked potato with a side of mac and cheese, and combined the items to make my own special potato. The potato came with a piece of delicious corn bread. Our table had ordered some cheese curds for an appetizer and while delicious they were a little greasy. The meat eaters at my table seemed happy with their meals. The prices were a little steep (which yes I know BBQ is usually expensive) so I feel like this restaurant falls in the category of "special occasion place" rather than a restaurant we would visit regularly. We will probably be back on someone's birthday.

When I would never because I hate blue cheese. He then proceeded to argue with me being loud from the packing station and finally gave me the ranch instead. I also told him he could put my third order in the same bag as my first two orders and yet again got mad and said he continued to argue..... mind you this is a grown man talking to a young women like this over a ranch.... i then proceeded to tell him I was trying to make it easier for him to just put it all in one bag but continued to have an attitude. After I got all my food I checked it and said thank you. I Didn't get any "See you later or see you next time" at all. Customer Service was very awful and I do not recommend going here.
