The service is great! Everyone was so kind. I wasn't a huge fan of the food. I had to kind of mix it up in order to make it work. The brisket on top of the Mac and Cheese was really good. If that were a meal I'd come back for that and recommend it. (It may be I didn't look). The bologna was seasoned and I wasn't really a fan. Maybe if it were cooked harder or something I'm not sure. Fun fact: if you want more meat or two meats on a sandwich you can order the two meat meal and just add a bun for $1. I thought that was cool! The baked beans taste like chili beans to me with a little bit of a bbq taste or just like sweet chili beans minus the meat. It's okay... I'd maybe come again to try more of the menu. The people and environment make up for the food experience I had today.

I ate at the OKC location and I was so excited to learn that Tulsa was getting a Clark Crew. We went on a Sunday afternoon and I was really underwhelmed. I remembered a smoked pineapple cocktail from OKC. There were only three cocktails on the menu. I went with the CCB Brew (Frenzy Brewing) and it was OK. Super light beer. We started with the Brussels sprouts and they were the best thing we had. I know BBQ is getting more and more expensive but the size of the servings were smallish. I went with the 1 meat tray with burnt ends, grilled broccoli and the creamed corn. (I remembered that broccoli fondly from the OKC shop.) Corn was super sweet and just tasted like they had mixed in cream cheese. I didn't finish the broccoli. My one meat tray came out with chips too. The other tray we ordered (two meat with okra and a side salad) did not. We both left feeling totally meh. If someone suggested we go to Clark Crew, we would agree but we wouldn't make this a destination. I hate that b/c I had such high hopes. Service was OK and I loved the music selections!

We met some friends for dinner here, and I get the hype now! It was so good. I highly recommend the fried pickles- they are slightly sweet, and super crispy with a panko breadcrumb. Delicious! I had chopped brisket with Mac and cheese and beans. All were very flavorful and very good. The cornbread is so tasty as well. I'll certainly be back! Our service was also friendly and attentive. Good stuff all around.

This adventure starts with an trip to the dermatologist in Muskogee and a lovely drive on a perfect weather afternoon up to Clark Crew BBQ on 71st in Tulsa. After the hubby and I got out of the appointment, he started talking about what one of the guys in the office was saying about a bbq joint he went to. I told him well crap, now I want Clark Crew BBQ now, so we got on the road to Tulsa, made the order, since we got out early enough from the appointment and it was a gorgeous day for a ride up to Tulsa. While riding up there, we decided upon our dinner. I got the appetizer sampler which had deviled eggs&pickles, fried pickles, wings, celery sticks, pork rinds and the dips to go with it. I also picked up a 1/2 lb of smoked turkey and the hubby got the baked beans, Maddi's mac n cheese with a brisket French dip. It made for a nice lupper when we got home, after fighting through all the construction/destruction on the way back home. You won't be disappointed and not go away hungry.

This location is at the corner of a larger plaza with plenty of parking. We went in after the lunch rush and were able to be seated right away. There is lots of seating options, a big open space and a full bar. The service was efficient and it wasn't a long wait from the time of ordering to food delivery. I liked the brisket a bit more than the ribs. I liked the potato salad and enjoyed the beans as they were more like a 5 bean baked bean. The portion size was good.

If I could give a 3.5 that would be a more accurate rating. I tried this for the first time and I ordered a sandwich that I just was not a fan of. The pimento cheese on the sandwich had jalapeños in it and though it was homemade pimento cheese, I would've preferred it to not have jalapeño peppers. The sandwich also had bologna and ham and bacon. I was not a fan of the flavor of the bologna or the ham. I'm not sure if it was the seasoning or the rub, but it was just not a good flavor for me. It was a very large sandwich so great portion for the price. I'm sure some people enjoy the sandwich so I think it was just my personal taste. I paid three dollars to have an actual side versus the chips. It comes with and unfortunately, I chose the fries based on the waitress suggestion, but did not know they were the fresh cut fries which are just not my favorite and these were soggy not a lot of flavor and definitely not for me. There are other sandwiches and of course other food items on the menu that I think I would be willing to try. I really did like the barbecue sauce. They have three kinds and the sweet was definitely the one I liked. I did not try the spicy because that's not my thing and then the original again the flavor was not for me. They did give me a flight of pickles after I asked and these pickles were amazing so that was an amazing thing to enjoy with my meal. I was also disappointed that the waitress though friendly and gave OK service I had to ask about recommendations. I even mentioned it was my first time, but there was no let me answer questions that you have, let me suggest things, I had to keep asking. like the pickles I had to ask do they have pickles? Nothing was offered. Nothing was suggested so I don't appreciate that. This is a semi new place. You should be asking if someone is there for the first time or even if you don't ask that you should always be willing to make recommendations And talk to the customer. They shouldn't have to ask for everything.

The atmosphere is overwhelmingly positive with friendly staff that made you feel right at home. The seating options are great and super clean building. I got the 2 choices of meat tray entree, I was recommended to get the sausage links with jalapeño and smoked turkey, 2 sides that I got was creamed corn, mac n cheese and the corn bread came with it. Let me tell you this was the best fresh tasting bbq I have had yet in Oklahoma as well as awesome choices of different bbq sauces they make. This is the place you need to go and eat with your fam and I promise you will not be disappointed!

Spur of the moment dinner turned family favorite! We made a last minute decision to try Clark while we were nearby. We have high standards for our BBQ, so we were excited to try this award-winning BBQ. Our server was great and gave us great recommendations. The restaurant is super chill, and we appreciated that they had every football game on their TVs. But the food, oh the food...so good! Our top picks were the bologna burnt ends, the sausage, and the creamed corn, but we loved everything we tried. We will absolutely be back!

We stopped for a late lunch and were seated right away, its bright and you can smell the smoke, the sets the stage right away. Service was fast and friendly. We had the best cheese curds we've ever had, light and crisp. I had the knuckle sandwich, husband had the 2 meat tray and everything was good. I loved the house made chips.

The burnt ends lived up to the hype! So so so tender and delicious. Absolutely loved the sides: potato salad, mac and cheese, and cornbread. Great service on a very busy Sunday lunch rush. Will definitely be back!

Tulsa has a new barbecue restaurant and it's called Clark Crew. The ambiance was clean and modern with an attentive staff We ordered a Judges tray. The sauces were not to my liking but good barbecue does not need a sauce. I'll give a rundown of the meats. Ribs are a 7 out of 10 Chicken is a 9 out of 10 Pork was 8 out of 10 Brisket was 7.5 out 10 The sausage was 8 out of 10 The Mac and cheese was 7 out of 10 Potato Salad 6 out of 10 Barbecue beans were 5 out of 10 Cornbread was as good as it gets moist and sweet 10 of 10 I did not care for the chips. 5 out of 10 I do recommend Clark crew as a good family barbecue restaurant

We tried this place based off Facebook reviews which can be hit or miss... this was definitely a hit! Just look at the pics. It's as good as it looks. The places immaculately clean. The servers are knowledgeable and friendly. I got the full scoop about the owner, his family, competitions they've won, how the dishes got their names... everything. I love that. A lot of servers at other restaurants could care less about all that background and history. Their menu is so big that I'm going to have to come back 5-6 more times to try everything.

    Crunchy and delicious pickles.

They definitely have their own twist on things. The sweet potatoes were good but a little heavy on the nutmeg. They tasted like a mix of apple and pumpkin pie. The mac and cheese was really creamy. I really liked the horseradish coleslaw. I'm not a big fan of collard greens but I still tried them and actually thought they were pretty good. For our mains, two of us had the brisket and one had ribs. Both were super good. There were 4 different sauces. I recommend trying them all. I wanted to try the sausage but they were sold out. I guess you need to get there earlier than an hour before they closed. We finished with a couple desserts. The banana pudding was probably the best I've had. Their seasonal cobbler was blueberry and very tasty! I was hoping for peach. Maybe next time. Yes there will definitely be a next time. It was a lot of food so we had plenty left over that ate for lunch the next day. The atmosphere is super friendly and really clean. Like most barbecue places I've been to there is no table service. You order and pay at the counter. Then depending on how busy they are they will bring your food to your table or have you pick up at the counter. For me the cherry on top is their pay it forward meal. For $15 you can buy a meal for someone in need. They hand you a receipt that you pin to a board. Then when someone needs a meal they can go in and grab one off the board. They offer them their lunch special. While I was there I saw a very grateful individual come in and get a meal. The staff were super nice and treated them just like any other customer. Great food! Great service! Great value! Do yourself a favor and try this place!

The beans have a Smokey sweet flavor that is perhaps the best bbq beans in Oklahoma if not the country. The pulled pork was also tender and sweet, expertly cooked. The brisket was tender and easy to chew. The ribs were perhaps the second weakest part of the meal. That said I have eaten worse in most places in Tulsa. While I waited there were other people who came in after me and ordered who received their food before me. When I received my food I was glad to be leaving. Hungry, I got home and opened the bag finding a three day old looking dry as a desert brisket. It's was borderline beef jerky. This place isn't what it used to be. I won't be back. There's other options with better customer service and food.
