Dare I say the wings at Wingstop are great? What's not great are their fries, one of the worst fries. Don't even bother getting the fries, not worth it. This location is crazy busy on a Friday night. There was a 30 minutes wait for 8 wings combo. To be fair, they were several orders before and the kitchen staffs were constantly working. Could have been faster, but understandable. This location is also really noisy, not a good place for dine in. Probably, it's better for to go. Also, there's no trash can so I guess they really don't want people to stay? read more

I went here for lunch today. This was only my second time to a wings stop. My first experience was in BA and the wings were big and fresh and I loved it. This time I was very disappointed. The wings were tiny and last time 10 wings was too much food. This time I am still hungry. I know today was 70 cent wing day so maybe that is why but I was sad about this experience. I called Wingstop Arielle answered I asked her about a promotion for 5 free wings she laughed and said she been working over a year they don't give out free anything. I told her I have an email she was very rude aggressive and unprofessional then hung up the phone. When I walked into Wingstop she was at the register so I asked to speak to her manager because she is very rude unprofessional aggressive and she hung the phone up on me. I told Ronnie the general manager and he did not answer any of my concerns just wanted me to leave and allowed Arielle to yell and continue to be passive aggressive. I highly doubt not recommend the location on 71st and memorial with this new manager Ronnie he does not enforce professionalism and the code of conduct. The customer service was terrible from the cashier to the lead that night. We were trying to place and over and corrected them (VERY RESPECTFULLY) where the lead told us we couldn't be helped and turned his back on us. Had the worse experience at the 61St and Memorial location 8-5-23. Dine placed order at 9:33P ( ticket stamp) waited after :30 made an injury. my simple classic 10 piece order then had to be re input, the cashier then hand wrote my order and took it to the kitchen. After another :25 min ( omg) asked for my money to be returned. Asked the cashier how can this happen? No response, manager returned my money no apologies no " let me offer you a gift card or comp this order, nothing! Best part is a young staff member that had just clocked out asked me ' why I be tripping' omg. " we were busy" I understand, however my order was overlooked. I remained calm and couldn't believe this young employee got involved knowing little about the time that had lapsed. Will not return, very disappointed how this was handle. Order $100 worth of wings at 5:40 said the wait time was 30 minutes. I waited and asked several times for my order and they proceeded to tell me it was being worked on. An hour later after mentioning countless times she tells me they never got my order the receipt machine was acting up. So basically I've been waiting for nothing for an hour. Service is a mess, now they're finally putting my order in. Got my order at 7:20 manager said there's nothing she can do for me it was the printing machines fault. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.
