Visited for the first time time this week and found ourselves back a few days later. We wanted to try a little of everything so we ordered the family meal. Wings were great but the steak bites have us hooked. Try the steak bites in the black velvet sauce.. wheew! The mashed potatoes, chili, and the mac were good. I would love if they offered a vegetable option for the side. The owners and staff are incredibly nice and high spirited and welcoming people.

All I can say is wow! I caught my eyes rolling back multiple times while enjoying this meal--it was that good. The service was exceptional, and everything we had was amazing. They were out of the mac and cheese, so we'll definitely be back to try it next time. The gravy and spicy ranch were absolutely out of this world!

Had the opportunity to visit Piso's today. My son went with the steak bites and mac n cheese, and I went with 6 wings with hot sauce and mac n cheese. Folks are super friendly, and a nice well rounded menu is available. My son's first remark on trying the steak bites was "Oh Lord....". He's no doubt a fan for life. He also loved the gravy that came with it. The mac and cheese was some of the better we've both had around town. My wings were great. The actual wing itself was pretty ordinary in size, but that's chicken wings. The sauce was nicely hot with a good smoky flavor balancing out the right amount of heat. Overall, good food at a reasonable price, so no complaints whatsoever.

I went here to get a shirt and decided to try the food for the first time too. The owner let me know the wings he felt were at 80% of the flavor they usually have and the cook they usually have so he offered to give them to me for half off. I was very happy about this, and I tried the dry rub and the barbecue Sauce. The dry rub was by far my favorite wings. They were still good to me, but I would like to try when he's at his best to see how much better that is. The barbecue sauce was just okay for me. It was a little thick and messy, but I guess that's just a part of wings. The dry rub was good and of course the mac & cheese had great flavor. It was way more food that I could eat in one sitting so I appreciated the leftovers and for seven dollars for 10 wings and mac & cheese best deal ever.

I'm giving this spot 5 stars and I'm going to tell you why. Before you read too much, understand this isn't a place to get dress up and expect a night on the town or a fancy lunch. There's limited seating, no table service and you order at the counter. That's not a bad thing BTW. It's just not how it works here. What does work here is the food they offer that smoked, seasoned well, delicious and comes in portion sizes best described in pounds and impact on your very soul. 2 pounds of mac and cheese has the potential to change how the person views the Earth and all that's in it. We'll start with the mac. It's SMOKEY, CHEESEY, SEASONED and overall wonderful. Some would call it 'slop' as it's put into a tinfoil tray with whatever protien you order with it and OH NO, the foods inside touch! It happens. It's okay, I promise. If that's not your thing, maybe you can request individual foods per tray. There you go! PROBLEM SOLVED! :) The day I went in, I got hot wings with my life changing mac and when those powers combine, I felt like I was limitless in my ability to conquer the rest of the day. Admittedly, the wings didn't have the texture I usually desire (CRUNCHY) but with the thick sauce and overall flavor, I was able to easily move past that and enjoy what was the gravity defying part of what used to be a chicken. Also, fresh made, in house produced BEEF JERKY! All of them are Piso's own original recipes and what I has (original) was fantastic. It's got the texture I expect from beef jerky, just the right amount of toughness and chew and huge flavor! Overall, I advise to get your food to go, be ready to eat it wherever and enjoy. It's delicious comfort food and I think it's got some serious staying power at a good price! CHEERS!

This will be one your weekly go to for lunch or dinner. 10/10 recommend. This was my first time going because I saw a lot of reviews on Facebook. The owner will take your order and he is so nice. He sales beef jerky as well and it's good.

I finally made it here! And It was well worth the trip. It makes a food experience so much more enjoyable when the people making the food and serving you are so passionate about their craft. I walked in and Steve was chatting It up with the customer before me while I gave the menu a look over, chuckling at the commentary going on. When it was my time he went over the menu items and preparation used in the items. After a long internal debate I ordered up the 2meat, steak bites and gravy, the smoked sausage bites in their hot sauce, and I wasn't leaving without trying their baked mac. I'm an okie, we're in Oklahoma so let's start with the gravy....Im not sure words can describe this deliciousness....just throw me in a 50 gallon barrel of this gravy when my days are over and bury me in that! This gravy paired with the lightly breaded steak bites fried in beef tallow are heaven on earth. Before I even left the parking lot with my meal to go I had to pop the top on the Mac and cheese and grab some bites I was starving and everything smelled so good. This is not your blue box runny mac, this is that homemade baked Mac that all the sinners would be begging for the recipe at the church potluck on any give Sunday. Bacon and onion baked into this cheesey Mac with a panko crust on top. The smoked sausage bites were well cooked the casing still had a slight snap to it letting you know this is in fact a real sliced sausage link and the hot bbq type sauce was not too sweet, not too spicy. I would have taken the whole menu home with me but I thought, some other people might want some food today too. Definitely worth the visit and I will be back to try more items soon!

This food totally lives up to the hype! Seriously, a 10/10. I got a medium which has 6 wings and a side. I picked hot wings and Mac and cheese. The wings were perfect- crispy and sticky and hot! The Mac and cheese is a thing all on its own- it's got tons of crispy edge and the perfect amount of well cooked bacon. I seriously have never had Mac and cheese like this. The drink selection is huge, too! Piso was friendly and kind to us. He seemed genuinely happy to be there. We will for sure go back.

They definitely have their own twist on things. The sweet potatoes were good but a little heavy on the nutmeg. They tasted like a mix of apple and pumpkin pie. The mac and cheese was really creamy. I really liked the horseradish coleslaw. I'm not a big fan of collard greens but I still tried them and actually thought they were pretty good. For our mains, two of us had the brisket and one had ribs. Both were super good. There were 4 different sauces. I recommend trying them all. I wanted to try the sausage but they were sold out. I guess you need to get there earlier than an hour before they closed. We finished with a couple desserts. The banana pudding was probably the best I've had. Their seasonal cobbler was blueberry and very tasty! I was hoping for peach. Maybe next time. Yes there will definitely be a next time. It was a lot of food so we had plenty left over that ate for lunch the next day. The atmosphere is super friendly and really clean. Like most barbecue places I've been to there is no table service. You order and pay at the counter. Then depending on how busy they are they will bring your food to your table or have you pick up at the counter. For me the cherry on top is their pay it forward meal. For $15 you can buy a meal for someone in need. They hand you a receipt that you pin to a board. Then when someone needs a meal they can go in and grab one off the board. They offer them their lunch special. While I was there I saw a very grateful individual come in and get a meal. The staff were super nice and treated them just like any other customer. Great food! Great service! Great value! Do yourself a favor and try this place!

I absolutely stalk good bbq places and so I usually don't put too much stock in them meeting me expectations. We grabbed the food for 2 and it was an incredible sampler of all of their meats. And the sides... GET THE BACON CHEESE GRITS. Holy moly rolly poly that little styrofoam cup should come with a warning label because it's absolutely ridiculous. The chicken was so juicy, I was almost more impressed by it honestly. The decor is all about BBQ and blues. This is definitely no corporate contrived eatery. There is a genuine feel of the bluesy barbecue world. We ordered the Nelson's plate for 2. We substituted the bologna and hot link for chicken and pulled pork. The barbecue is the real thing. The beans have a Smokey sweet flavor that is perhaps the best bbq beans in Oklahoma if not the country. The pulled pork was also tender and sweet, expertly cooked. The brisket was tender and easy to chew. The ribs were perhaps the second weakest part of the meal. That said I have eaten worse in most places in Tulsa. They were tender but in my opinion could have been better. The chicken was the weakest part of the meal. It was a bit dry but tolerable. The potato salad was creamy soft with just a slight hint of vinegar you expect to taste in potato salad in a perfect balance of flavors and textures. We ordered the Mac and cheese was very cheesy and included a cheese pull with a slight funk in the aftertaste that makes it very different dish from the standard offering at other places. While I'm not a sauce user I tasted the sweet and the hot sauces. The sweet was very sweet and the hot definitely hit with a sting I normally avoid but I'm sure would be welcome to the well initiated.
