This review is for the restaurant because Braum's locations are a combination of ice cream shop, mini grocery, and fast food restaurant. Though it's broadly distributed throughout Oklahoma, Texas, and adjacent states I never think of Braum's for a meal. Someone else chose our visit today for that. As an ice cream shop it's superb. The ice cream quality and flavors selection are the best. As a small grocery it has must-have items, dairy products, and fresh produce at reasonable prices. As a fast food place it's mundane. Burgers are flavorless, French fries taste from the frozen foods section, and salads are only okay. read more

There will never be a place like Braum's. Their ice-cream is amazing quality and the prices are unbeatable. I have to make the trip out to Braum's every time I am in town. The staff are nice and they are very efficient in getting your order. Ice-cream: 5/5, please do yourself a favor and get it! They also have food for breakfast and dinner. Most people don't know that Braum's has their own dairies here in Oklahoma and because of that fact, every dairy product they have in their stores comes directly from their own milk cows to make their dairy products instead of several different companies that process and deliver it to the grocery stores. Went and got my family dinner. NOT ONE BURGER OR FRY WAS CORRECT. I quit coming here months ago because of the rude incompetent employees. And how bad the food has become. Tried it out again today and wouldn't you know it, absolutely trash. From the person who took my order to the one who gave me my order had attitudes and big shocker my ENTIRE order was wrong. That's it! My niche for the year is the weird ordered item. I went through to order fries, a cherry limeade and a side of onions. Not only did braums not say anything weird but they gave them to me. Service was minimally sufficient: I got my food correctly. No courtesies, and I felt a slight disregard. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese through the drive through. I got through about half of the sandwich before I couldn't finish it because it tasted... off. The ketchup or the meat itself or both just did not taste right. I used to be a manager at this location so this was so pitiful and sad. We went threw the drive thru and asked if they could throw a small order of fries in the fryer for our autistic daughter that has sensory issues and struggles with breakfast foods which she attends a therapy for and was told absolutely not would they accommodate a child that was autistic and they have no way of making fries till 10:45am. Which is truly sad because I've been a manager at this location as well as 2 others and if I was asked this I'd accommodate this request. I am well aware that if you want extra sauce they will charge you but Sharon everytime has to say in the most disrespectful way "do you really need 4 sauces with that?" If you want ice cream, you most often think Braum's. Of the two locations in Owasso, this one is by far my favorite. I mostly do drive thru, but even when I've been in store, the staff are always polite and courteous. Ice cream is always good, food is great and consistent. read more

Always dirty behind the counter and in the dinning room. They should have someone constantly walking around cleaning. Last ice cream my son had on a cone had to be put in a bowl before we got to the table. Looked like mush when they handed it to him. Food is marginal at best even for fast food. read more

Our group of 6 went to get ice cream after a dinner out.  We each got double scoops of whatever we wanted.  I paid a little under $13.  What a deal!!!  The girls who helped us were very friendly and even though they had a line we were helped quickly.  The dining room was packed with other groups.  The tables weren't as clean as I would have liked but I am assuming that was due to how busy they were.  We all left happy! read more

This review is in reference to Braum's Cherries, Pecans and Cream flavor. This has been the only flavor I have ordered for years. This last year it consistently is mostly only vanilla with maybe a half cherry and pecan per dip. So disappointed in Brahm's. read more

I work just down the street and go here several times a week usually on lunch breaks from work. There are no other restaurants near my work that hold a candle to this restaurant. They are super fast through the drive through and friendly and nice. While my order is often incorrect at many fast food places this Braums rarely ever will get it wrong. Their food is really good and a great price. They also have a nice mini grocery store inside which sells local products. If you need a gallon of milk or carton of eggs or some of their yummy ice cream then it's a great place to stop in and avoid the crowds and self-check- outs of Walmart. read more

Tonight myself, my girlfriend and her younger cousin were eating here. There were two other families in the dining area who just sat down around 10:30, one of which a mother who was carrying a baby. The floors were soaking wet from an employee already mopping under our tables, which is an extreme liability especially to the mother carrying her own child. We were asked to leave at 10:59 which is yes understandable if it were necessary, but as neither of the other families had even gotten close to finishing their food, and us having just got done it was not. When we did leave with the two other families, we were stuck inside the building because the door was locked and could not be opened without tripping the alarm. On top of that, a couple weeks ago my girlfriend and I had attempted to grab dinner here and we had come in around the same time, about fifteen minutes before close and we were not greeted by anyone, In fact, it was completely opposite, while the employees were glancing at us and some glaring at us while we waited at the register to be helped for over ten minutes, wondering if anyone were even going to offer to help us. We left very unsatisfied and still hungry that night. I am a night manager at a local sub shop and that kind of attitude towards customers would not be tolerated by any worker. read more

I would have given 0 stars if it had been an option. I work in a restaurant, so I COMPLETELY understand speed being an issue at times due to staffing. I do not however understand how you can mess an order up not once, not twice, but three times and still not have it be correct. The last 3 times we have been there, the food was completely wrong. It's like they took the order and then just threw whatever in the bag. I said last time that I wouldn't go back, but last night , that's what my boyfriend wanted, so i tried. The 1/4th pound burger with cheese, lettuce and mustard with large fries and a drink...sounds fairly simple...nope. First time going inside from drive thru- burger had everything on it, no cheese and my boyfriend's fries were missing; 2nd trip inside, burger still had nasty sauce and pickles, boyfriend had small fries instead of large; 3rd and final trip inside- burger had mustard, cheese and bacon and they gave us a kid fry to go with the small( guess that equals a large). Every time I go in this store, it is dirty and no one doing anything. The manager is rude and condescending and argues when you try to address an issue. She is definitely not concerned with returning guests or fixing the mistakes. I know one person makes no difference, but keep going like this and it won't be one perso, but I for sure will not be back...makes me sad...love the food, but this store is most definitely NOT managed very well!!! read more
