We've been customers of Reasor's since they had the little store where Walgreen's on 86th is located. Staff are always friendly and courteous. If you take the time to cultivate relationships, it can make your experience an even better one. Since I work from home, sometimes I'll do the shopping over lunch, so over the years I've gotten to know several of the front end clerks fairly well, like Sheila and Suzy. We always share a laugh while they're ringing me up. Try and get that at WalMart. Also, Armando in the butcher shop always had a good story to tell, and can always answer any questions I have about cuts of meat and such. We've even been known to trade recipes, so how cool is that? Product selection is always plentiful and quality is usually good. I do have some issues with some of their meat products, specifically pork and chicken, as they seem to spoil pretty quickly if you don't use them within a couple of days. I've bought similar meats at other places and it always seems the shelf life is noticeably longer than Reasor's. Also, another thing that I seriously detest is the addition of the self checkout lanes at the expense of both attended lanes and the express lanes. It really irritates me to see elderly people who only need to purchase a few items being forced to wait in long lines while a Reasor's employee stands by the self check gadgets twiddling his thumbs. I get it, I understand it, but it looks bad. And it just seems one step closer to WalMart. I always appreciated that Reasor's delivered an overall better experience than WM, but a few things of late leave me wondering. read more

Yup, I said it and now I'm going ahead and doing it and to be honest I REALLY HATE that I have to but I'm just not going to pay more money for SHITTY SERVICE! I told you if you can't fix your self checkout lines then I'm gone!!! Who does it benefit more by fixing your self checkout lines???? ANYONE??? Yup, that would be Reasor's because they don't have to employee as many people!! Ok, I'm good with that, just make It efficient for me to come and go!!! If the SHIT doesn't work for my tap cards and you can't tell me how you want me to feed my card and I've got to try multiple ways, COSTING ME MORE TIME!!! WHAT FUCKING GOOD IS IT!! I just want to get my stuff and go!!! You have BY FAR TGE HIGHEST PRICES, I WANT THE BEST SERVICE!!! From now on I'm getting my pajamas and flip flops on and going to Wal Mart so I can blend in!!! So you understand my frustration, I absolutely deplore going to Wal Mart, but I refuse paying extra money for SHIT SERVICE!! The young man working the counter at the deli was extremely rude and short with the customers. The seafood specials they are offering right now were not good. Crab cakes and shrimp were way overcooked. They did not have some of the food that they showed on the menu! I was NOT impressed at all and would not recommend going there. read more

So disappointed in Reason's Floral. My husband bought me some pretty roses from Reason's for Valentine's Day. They were pretty for about 3 days from when he purchased them, before they looked like this (pictured). I couldn't bring myself to ask him how much paid, he just said he couldn't believe how much rose's prices have increased. read more

Used ordering online and curbside pickup for the first time at Reasor's on 86th St in Owasso on 1/5/25. What a GREAT service!! Order was correct, groceries brought to my car by a friendly associate and carefully put in my car. Associate thanked me for shopping at Reasor's. I have concerns for folks in Tulsa, and the surrounding area, when I heard it was one of the largest area in the United States with food deserts-as in, no place to buy their food. Having been to Tulsa a few times in the past, I didn't believe it, until I had an extended stay. That saddens me, cause in Independence, we have grocery stores all surrounding the city. Hy-vee, Price Chopper, Consentinos, Aldi...your choice, short drive or walk. When I got hungry for some cake and unable to make one here, I asked a local resident where they shop for cake or bakery products. She suggested, "The Reasor's in Owassa is close to you. They have cake." It was then that I realized that all this city has is a couple of Reasor's. When I went into Reasor's, I found the bakery department phenomenal. Not just phenomenal, nearly unbelievable that they would have so many wonderful choices, from children's cakes, to small cakes to beautiful cakes and cookies to cupcakes to cookies. Even gorgeous triamisu, and baklava, pies and layered cakes with fresh fruit filling. They have large strawberries covered in chocolate, on one of their cakes. The effort their bakers put in the choices is beyond any grocery store selection I have ever seen. Oh, and the staff is fantastic. They have enthusiasm and love what they do. Plus, it's a semi large grocery store, with offerings as other grocery stores have. The thing is, the only store in this area seems to be this store, and I found that to be true in most of Tulsa. Reasors is great whenever you don't feel like going to a bigger supermarket. It is rarely crowded and even though it's smaller, they have a good assortment of products. I like their plant department. They have great choices for flowers and bouquets as well as balloons. As other people have previously stated, they're bakery is pretty legit and their prices are great! I can't count how many times I've gone here with my grandma and grandpa on ice cream and popcorn runs when I was tiny up until I was in college. I remember how the store looked before the remodeled it and I've still been back about a gazillion times. We'd go here to rent movies (or 4) to watch with my grandparents and I think they're probably their best customers as that's the only place they buy groceries. Their ice cream case is huge and I'd run back and forth trying to decide whether to get the ice cream pop cicles or the cherry, pecans and cream blue bell ice cream. I know that store like the back of my hand and could tell you where anything is there blindfolded. read more

I recently purchased some orchids from Reasor''s floral department. The floral clerk named Emily was so helpful. She was knowledgeable about the plants; fertilizing them, transplanting them, getting them to bloom, etc. Their floral department is always so cheery, clean, beautifully arranged, and has knowledgeable staff. read more

Reasors is quality shopping. Their produce is fresh and displayed beautifully. Their staff is dressed for success with customer service to match. We always have a helpful staff person asking how they can serve us. Best of all is their bulk healthy items, including freshly ground nut butters. The newly updated stores have a delicious dine in or take out deli. Reasors makes grocery shopping downright pleasant. read more

The bakery department of this Reasors is awful! I ordered "Easter Cookies" from them yesterday and was told it would be $10 a dozen for basic decorations and buttercream. They called me the next morning (day of pickup) and said that the "other daytime lady was wrong and it will be $20 a dozen." I asked what the $10 option included and she said it was a plain sugar cookie with whipped icing and that she could add some pretty pastel colors and some sprinkles. She also said it would be easier to eat and make less of a mess for the kids. I thanked her and was alright with that because I was literally just needing basic Easter cookies for my daughters Easter party this Friday. I went to pick them up today. My daughter and I stood there for ten minutes before being greeted with "you need something?" They are extremely rude here. Anyways I finally received the cookies and was so disappointed! All 24 of them were green and extremely overloaded with sprinkles. It was probably to hide the awful frosting job.. some were lumpy and the others cracked. Just don't waste your time or money here. Needless to say, I will be picking up my new order from Walmart tomorrow morning. read more
