I was looking for a specialty health item which I knew they had. Upon entering (and they have super spaced out their items for social distancing), I went to the pharmacy area. I found where I thought the items would be. The pharmacy staff was swamped so I went to the nearby "Health & Beauty" area where there was an associate just looking at the wall. I asked about the item and she responded, "You know you're in Health & Beauty. You need to be in the pharmacy." And with that, she turned away. I may have responded with something like, "I know where I am but the pharmacy staff were unavailable but thank you for the information." Anywhoo, made me mad so I left. One star review here. As soon as I got in the car, I looked at their website and found out I could order the item for curbside pickup the next day. That's what I did. Four star review for the curbside crew. I had to wait a bit for this one item but the associate was very apologetic about my wait (which was about 20 minutes). I was just happy to get the item. 4.5 star review here. My advice.
