The store is usually packed. The parking lot is small. But the friendly staff and well stocked store make up for the small things. Instead of embarrassing a little girl at checkout, the employee recognized what was happening and kindly pushed the transaction through. I saw the incorrect PIN notification on my phone, immediately tried calling my daughter, and we both went back to settle the payment. That small act of kindness and understanding meant a lot. It's refreshing to see people use good judgment, compassion, and common sense in moments like that. Thank you to the team for handling the situation with such grace.
