This is my favorite health food store in the city! They always have great deals, and it's small enough to quickly find what you need, yet they somehow still carry everything I look for in a health food store. I usually come here for tinctures, teas, essential oils, and fresh produce, but I always leave with a few extra items--every time! The team is incredibly kind and helpful. If they don't have something in stock, they go out of their way to let you know when it will be available or when to check back if they're unsure. The family feel here is truly unmatched! read more

A national chain with a great selection of organic, health food, and allergy friendly products. This particular store is awesome because of the crew. I'm always asked multiple times on each visit if I need help finding everything. It's clean and well-stocked. This is as close as I've found in Tulsa to having your typical co-op bulk section. While individually packaged, they have a large selection of bulk style goods for nuts, flours, spices, and more, at really great prices. And, definitely some of my favorite snacks, like flax muffins. The meat and cheese selection is a bit small and because of that I can't do all my shopping here, but there's plenty of good stuff! read more

I've been shopping here for years. Best organic produce in town! Many of the employees know me by name and I know them. It feels like a neighborhood market and you know the food offered supports smaller farms and companies rather than corporate conglomerates. read more

Newly renovated building and turned into a grocery store. It was smaller than I expected. They had a very small fresh veg and fruit section, sometimes it looks good, sometimes not. Very small section of expensive meat. I found a freezer section of fresh meat the last visit. The nuts and quite a bit of flour in refrigerated section. Half the store was vitamins and supplements. They had a section closed off and labeled demonstration kitchen. They have nutrition seminars and cooking demonstrations. I want to try the coming cooking demonstration. They did have the Enjoy Life chocolate chips that I was looking for! They do have some gluten free/dairy free specialty items. They had a small section of Bob's Redmill products. I chose to try here because I couldn't face Whole Foods on a Saturday. I have been back because the employees are so nice! read more

I was actually looking for vitamins and a young lady spent time with me and was so helpful. I was on a fact finding mission as I am not crazy with the buyout of Whole Foods by Amazon. While I found that I still won't be able to get all my groceries in one place, this store will be in the rotation. Here's what I liked: -quite a few organic produce items at a better price -some great sales on things I use, for example, picked up Muir Glen organic diced tomatoes for $1.00 a can! -friendly staff that seemed available if I needed help - huge vitamin/health area that should I be in need of, I will come here..think bigger and more variety than WF - I was super excited to see a makeup line that I use, previously only able to find online -a lot of my favorite organic brands Here's what I disliked: - a lot of things still not priced competitively, but I will keep an eye on sales..too early for me to tell how good they may be - meat is frozen or refrigerated and expensive, so no go on this for me - I asked the cashier how to keep up on sales and all they have is a monthly flyer you can get in store or go to their website. I'd rather sign up for a mailer to come to me or better yet, an app. With all that being said, it's an enjoyable shopping experience and I will be back. Oh and don't forget to bring your own bags! This place has great sales. Their selection of Amy's frozen foods is better than any other place I've been to, and less expensive. When shopping at most other stores, a trip to a second is required to complete my list, not so with this store. The one thing I dislike is that they don't have bulk bins. The produce is all organic and usually less expensive than at other stores around town. The produce has looked good every time I've been. This store has the highest standards of the health food stores around. 100% organic produce, only pasture-raised meat/cheese/dairy, only free range eggs, no artificial preservatives, free public classes, bag-free, and free literature on supplements and dietary needs. For me, I the important things are price and quality But with this location I have to say that the staff became an equally important factor. I actually stopped and many weeks ago when I was visiting Tulsa and I was expecting some sort of rinky-dink mom-and-pop health food store and I was extremely surprised when I realized that it was on the same level as a Whole Foods Market but with a lot friendlier staff. I do about 90% of my grocery shopping here. Great produce, meat and cheese selection. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They recently stopped carrying a few dairy suppliers because they weren't meeting their standards. That speaks volumes to me about the company's integrity. Also, their supplement selection is mind blowing. Prices usually beat whole foods. My only complaint is they don't carry any local products yet, but I've been informed they are working on that. read more

This is a great place to shop for natural, whole foods, the staff is ALWAYS superb. They great you, check with you to make sure you have everything you need. They also are more than willing to talk to you about their products. They have great sales from time to time if you just sign up for their flyer you can get up date news. Love everything about this store! It's small size is just right. I manage to get everything I need without splurging on tempting impulse items. All of the produce is organic so you don't have to sort through "conventional" items (which always seem to be higher priced at natural food stores).
