I tell people that this location is kind of like a hidden gym. I feel like people forget about it because it's tucked away in a very slow shopping center near the mall. It's usually very well stocked, especially if you love to shop the "aisle of shame" for the weekly rotating "stuff" that Aldi sells beyond standard food items. Regularly they have cool seasonal items like decor for holidays, office equipment, household goods, clothing items, etc. , but if you see an item today that you want, don't expect it to be there tomorrow. The same goes for the center freezer drawers. It's a lot of seasonal items. Mexican food during Cinco de Mayo, Asian options during lunar new year, German things during Oktoberfest, but a lot this stuff is just super seasonal. Some things I will stock up on like the mini churros because they are fun to have for parties and only available in April and May for Cinco de Mayo. Aldi's is my go-to for mushrooms, some WUICK airplane snacks and the Winking Owl Moscato! The employees are always so friendly and the prices are unbeatable! The spaghetti squash is always a steal too compared to other grocery stores! The produce is a hit or miss when it comes to quality. Which is why I literally on stick to snacks and the other necessities I need. But all in all, if the weekly ads are promoting a great sale, you can always find me there! They just updated most of the store in the Tulsa area so they have a new urban feel to them! read more

I have shopped a the Aldi at 61st & memorial since it opened and have found it a pleasant and comfortable place to shop. Recently however is appears that a new group of employee has been hired with the only prerequisite being that they must be rude, snotty, and arrogant. They block the aisles with carts when restocking and get pissed when you ask to get past them. After all you are only the customer. At the check out the clerks act like you are putting them out and barely acknowledge your existence. It is almost as bad as Wal Mart where at least I get a plastic bag read more

This is the latest addition of the European chain in Tulsa. Being placed at a major intersection in a huge shopping center makes this a great location. Typical Aldi with mostly internationally sourced goods. Produce was decent and the shelves were well stocked. This being only 2 years old it's still mostly new looking and appeared to kept up. I do enjoy the different selections of produce from the norm. Most things you can find at Reasors but they have a few cool items. There are always deals to be found but it always helps to be aware of prices elsewhere. Aldi is known for being a bargain but many times prices are comparable to other places. Definitely worth checking out. If you've never been to one bring a quarter so you can get a cart. They are refunded at the check out line. Also you bag your own groceries. read more

Went into Aldi this AM and I was blown away by how exited Luis was to help the customers after me, when he had no words for me. He started to bag my food and put the biggest thing I purchased in my bag I asked him to remove it, he just stopped bagging my food all together. if I wanted Cox services I'd just go there. unbelievable. read more

The brand spankin new Aldi is open! It's pretty much like any other Aldi... There's a little bit of everything - dry goods, vegetables, fruit, meat, desserts, gardening equipment. Bring your own bags and be prepared to pay a quarter if you want a shopping cart (you get it back when you return the cart)!! I've been shopping at Aldi's since I was a child. I finally got a chance to go to this location and was very unsatisfied with the cashier that just threw my produce in the cart and proceeded to throw cases of can goods on top. I asked several times if they had stopped training cashiers and was ignored. Then as I'm going over my receipt while loading groceries I noticed that she charged me for things I didn't even buy. I won't be returning to this location until they call me back. read more

I am a fan of Aldi's. They have very good prices on a lot of produce items. The Parkhill line of Bratwurst and sausage is worth trying. Some of the Clancy's brand of chips are good too! read more

People rave about ALDI's and I just don't get it. The prices are some things are pretty cheap ($.69 for a dozen eggs) and their produce is supposed to be excellent, but I really didn't see anything cheaper or better quality then aReasors. They do have their own brand of common canned and packaged items, but didn't feel the need to get anything. Okay for a quick shopping trip, but nothing there if I was going to host a fancy dinner party. Was a bit surprised at their lack of essentials like kosher salt. read more

It's like shopping at a fly-by-night dollar store. They don't have any prepared food items (i.e. bakery, deli, meat, etc), and everything they sell (including almost all produce) comes packaged unnecessarily in plastic and foam. They generally carry only one line of any given item and both times I have been there they have been out of stock on multiple food staples. Thinking about going there because you saw a great deal advertised in their circular? Might as well forget about it unless you shop before noon on the first day of the advertised special...they sell out immediately and it ends up being a "bait-and-switch" advertising ploy. WTF? Aldi is the cousin of Walmart. But the one cousin that is kind of annoying and you never want to see them because they always annoy the crap out of you and never get to the point. Aldi is a great place to get the off-brand stuff. A long time ago my grandma asked me what type of chips I wanted I said "Salt and vinegar chips" she laughed and grabbed plain ones. After this she asked what type of cereal I wanted and I said fruit loops she grabbed Cheerios. I am sad. read more

Had most of the stuff I needed and while the store was a bit random it was very clean and fully stocked!

This company is a joke. Spent 13 weeks in the interview process and after 3 interviews for a manager in training I had already figured out what a terrible company they would be to work for. I continued to go through the process and 4 additional interviews only to be passed up. I ran a multimillion dollar pharmacy as the store manager so if they cannot recognize good talent maybe they should get their noses out of their ass and look at what real talent looks like. Each and every person who interviewed me was prettier and more cocky than the last. Every answer to "what keeps you with ALDI?" Was the same "money. No one else has paid me this much" (not the answer you want out of a potential career) throughout the entire process I was told to learn all about ALDI and be able to recite their values, history, announcements, corporate strategy, and much more before being hired. Didn't know I needed to spend 13 weeks and countless hours of research to be considered for an assistant manager position. They are way too high on themselves, especially when you look at Glassdoor reviews and realize they are worse than most companies. Weird. read more

This was awful. The tomatoes were in containers and all of them were moldy. Half of the boxed items I looked at did not have expiration dates. There were malnourished plants on racks in the middle of what I guess is supposed to be the dairy aisle. Most of the boxed items were a good deal but again no expiration on most. The lettuce was brown and mushy. Just not my type of grocery store, I guess. read more

I was next in line and some older taller man jumps in front of me, I said politely exuse me I believe I was next. and he yells sooo loud! enough to disrupt the entire store! NO WE WERE NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!! (INCHES AWAY FROM MY FACE)I dropped the couple items I was going to buy because this man scared me to death n ran out of the store.when I was walking out the door one of the cashier ladies approaches HIM and opens up a line just for him! Seriously???! He should have been escorted out of the store!! First and last time visiting this location. It was clean. Has a lot of off brands but we saved around 50.00 on purchases we made versus some of the other stores nearby. Didn't see any problem with vegetables...they all looked fresh. Not sure why we haven't shopped their more. After my husband saw the amount of money we saved, he said we are going to become regulars. What we can't get there, we will just get somewhere else. read more
