We had been to a strawberry field the week before that took reservations only and had rows marked that had been picked, so we were expecting organization. This place was a free-for-all. The parking lot was full of cars, even though it had been raining, and the rows weren't marked that had been picked, people were all over the place, so we had to just wander around looking for a few stray berries. We ended up with a few pounds that weren't all the way ripe that will go into pies with a lot of sugar. I feel sorry for the people that showed up the next day. There wasn't much left but green berries. Next time we will go mid week and later in the season, I think going at the beginning was a big mistake. I also wish they were more organized like the other place was, but I guess it has been working for them, so I doubt they will change because of my review. The few berries we found that were ripe were very good. The place was very easy to find and the people were nice.
