They were fine and most of them could have just been eaten fresh. We also bought quarts of three different varieties. The peaches are picked a bit early and so you might need to wait 2-3 days before you can preserve them or bake with them. The market also had squash, tomatoes and cucumbers. Staff was very friendly. On our way back to our car, the owner stopped us to apologize for the parking (they were busy) and we chatted with him a while. Very nice guy! If you want to pick your own, call ahead. Not sure you can do that everyday. I would return!

We had been to a strawberry field the week before that took reservations only and had rows marked that had been picked, so we were expecting organization. This place was a free-for-all. The parking lot was full of cars, even though it had been raining, and the rows weren't marked that had been picked, people were all over the place, so we had to just wander around looking for a few stray berries. We ended up with a few pounds that weren't all the way ripe that will go into pies with a lot of sugar. I feel sorry for the people that showed up the next day. There wasn't much left but green berries. Next time we will go mid week and later in the season, I think going at the beginning was a big mistake. I also wish they were more organized like the other place was, but I guess it has been working for them, so I doubt they will change because of my review. The few berries we found that were ripe were very good. The place was very easy to find and the people were nice.

It specializes in Mexican "antojitos" (literally translated to little cravings) or snacks. There's a good assortment of snack options from raspados to aguas frescas, chips and fruit with chamoy. If you're familiar, you know we really enjoy chamoy, this mix of chilis with a complex flavor palate. Sometimes liquid, sometimes more like a paste consistency, its flavor can be salty, sweet, sour, and spicy all at the same time. You can find lots of chamoy snacks here as well as other options. My favorite is the mangonada, mango sorbet with chamoy and a tamarind stick. There's also great options for aguas frescas and ice cream as well. Will definitely keep this in mind during the summer. There's plenty of seating inside although it seems like most people order to-go. The service is super friendly, clearly a family owned business. They mentioned they make ceviche and sell it on weekends sometime.
