I placed a mobile order and an in person order. The mobile order was placed at 11:52am and the in order was in person order was placed around 12:02am. I did not receive either of my orders receive my order until 12:22. I am not just upset that it took almost 30 minutes to get 2 one scoop açaí bowls. I received my bowls after another customer, who ordered 4 minutes after me, was given his order which was a 2 scoop bowl of the ones I ordered. The after he was given his order, the employee told me I would have to wait a bit longer due to more açaí mix being made.....after I had already been waiting 20+ minutes. If I would've been given my bowls in the order it was taken I would not have waited longer because my order could've been completed with the mix that was given to the customer that ordered after me. Also there were three customers that ordered inside and our orders were forgotten about but the drive thru was being served for about 10 minutes. After those 10 minutes from initially ordering we were re-asked what we ordered and then they started making them. I'm very disappointed in this experience. I don't want to blame the high schoolers who were working, but this is a very poor way of doing things and maybe the owners should educate them on how to efficiently fulfill orders & not to only work on drive thru orders. I've always supported this business over several years but treating customers this poorly does create a desire to ever come back. read more

I drive so far to come here because I love ah sigh e but this is the first time this ever happen to me. I am highly disappointed in this. I purchase two bowls one of them were a 2 scoop and it felt like 1 scoop and the other bowl was 3 scoop and it looked like a 1 scoop majority of the whole bowl was full of granola I paid $23 for both bowls and did not enjoy not one. They have the best açaí in Tulsa/Broken Arrow. Lots of choices to choose from, but I shears purchase the Nutty Professor. It's huge, loaded with their Berry Blend (in the blend is Acai, strawberries, blueberries, dark sweet cherries, banana, unsweetened almond milk and almond butter) over homemade granola (rolled oats baked with agave and olive oil) and then topped with fresh blueberries, banana slices, cashews, almonds slices, sunflower seeds and raw local honey! So nutty and dairy free and refined sugar free! It's deliciousness in a bowl. Fills me up every time. read more

I had the pleasure to try Ah-sigh-e while I was in town last month. Both John and his wife were amazing! Not only was the Acai bowl fresh and delicious but John really showed true "Southern Hospitality." He offered my friend and I "complementary" Cold Brew in which he made that was the best brew I've ever had and sat down and talked to us as if he knew us for years. He gave us some great places to check out (food and hike trails) while we were in town. I wanted so bad to like this place! I'm from out of town and was really craving an Açaí bowl. I saw there was multiple of this location so I assumed it was the go-to spot. The drive through line was long so I went inside. The tables were clean but the floors and booths were dirty and had stains. I got the Sunshine bowl. Stayed pretty basic and was excited as I waited because it sounded really good and I was starving. I payed the $10 for the bowl with 2 scoops. The bowl arrived half full and the Açaí was frozen. I was hungry so I ate it anyways hoping it would get better but then I got to the bottom and it was full of granola at the bottom. Like more than normal amount. I feel like they really cheaped out on their bowl. I'm not sure if I just got unlucky or if this happens a lot. I'm more disappointed than mad. Just moved to the area from Phoenix, and hubby and I were looking for some tasty acai bowls. We found this place close to the house and decided to give it a try...soooo glad we did!! I had the Nutty Professor and hubby had the Red White and Blue with half Acai and half Dragon blend. Both were extremely tasty, you could tell the ingredients were fresh, and I swear the blueberries were the biggest ones I've ever seen! (is that an Oklahoma thing?) Jason was great with helping us choose a bowl, gave us a taste of the in-house made almond butter (which will be a regular addition my bowl from now on), and even gave us a sample of the nitro coffee, which was so incredibly smooth! The first time I went to the new Tulsa location (8/14) was super positive. I think the owner was at the register and he walked my mom and I through the menu and offered suggestions. We got solid acai bowls for a reasonable price. Today (8/23) when I went was unfortunately not nearly as good an experience. I asked to use a coupon for a free bowl that expired two days ago and the person at the register said I couldn't because it was gone from the system. I was disappointed by this, but it is what it is. When I got my bowl, it was the smallest acai bowl I've ever gotten (and I've had a bunch) and I definitely don't feel like I got my $7 worth. My mom and I are visiting family in bixby and as soon as I saw this place I knew we had to go. I am so happy we did! I had the Bora Bora Bowl and it was deliciously tropical. The fruit on top was flavorful and fresh, the granola was crunchy, and the honey was sweet and flavorful. The staff was helpful when explaining the bowls to my mom and aunt and once ordered our bowls came out quickly.
