The regular manager has always been polite and willing to take care of us, which we truly appreciate. Unfortunately, Tracey makes ordering this same item uncomfortable every time, often questioning it and attempting to add different charges depending on the visit. Most recently, when dining with my mother, we ordered the exact same meal. She offered biscuits and gravy during ordering, then tried to charge us for them afterward. The same happened with bacon as a side--something she offered as part of "two sides"--yet we were later told it was a premium charge. Not only that, but the menu lists that upcharge as $1.90, and we were charged $3.99. The inconsistency and lack of transparency are frustrating, but even more so is the attitude that comes along with it. Dining out should feel welcoming, not like you're being challenged or upcharged at every turn. For context, I am typically a very generous tipper--often 30% or more. On this visit, my mother still left 10%, which honestly felt more generous than the service warranted. Jimmy's Eggs itself has always had good food and, in our experience, great management. But I would strongly recommend avoiding this particular server's section if possible. Service can truly make or break a dining experience, and unfortunately, this has been a repeated issue.

I'd forgotten about Gruyère/onion spread until nearly the end of consumption because it wasn't spread throughout. When I hit that layer I was taken aback and now understand why it is also offered on the side. (The internet will say this isn't so, but it was an option when I ordered). It's pretty potent. But since Gruyère isn't "tangy", perhaps the pungency was the Asiago. And as others reported online, I didn't detect any onion. They describe the product fairly accurately, but a Croque Monsieur it is not. But I'll give them a pass as it's fast food. Mine wasn't ooygooy, it was rather hard toast with ham and cheese. Picture a piece of toast from your loaf of bread, with the *only* difference being the swirls in theirs. And perhaps a tad sweeter. It did taste better than my usual low calorie whole grain slice. People often complained about the price. I rarely discuss prices because that's too subjective. A.I. prices the sandwich take out @ $10.29, admitting that prices can vary by location. Don't forget you get an apple, chips, or mini baguette with it. I opted for the bread so we could have it for dinner. I don't like take out on the principle that it'll be thrown together because you're not there to complain or send it back. But it seems that more and more, present or not, there's a much lowered work ethic of just doing things right.

The staff didn't seem to know how to enter the order and had to ask for help. After all of that, I was handed a small coffee with no sugar. To make matters worse, the cup was overfilled. When it was handed to me, coffee ran down my arm and spilled all over the console of my vehicle. This location needs a manager who can properly train the staff on basic orders, drink preparation, and customer service. And then there's the entrance. The design is so bad that it scraped my bumper pulling in. That needs to be addressed. I expected considerably better from 7 Brew in Jenks, Oklahoma. Between the incorrect order, the spill, the lack of basic staff training, and an entrance that damaged my vehicle, this was a huge disappointment.
