Takeout orders are fast, about 10-15 minutes wait. Dine-in option is available and they have a small dine-in area. Most orders are takeout though. McAlister's Deli is one of the few places nowadays where you could get a meal for $10 and the food is great.

I think the couple behind the counter were the only ones working so I can understand that they couldn't get to the tables quickly, but it also isn't the best look when you walk into a facility that isn't kept up very well.
