The staff didn't seem to know how to enter the order and had to ask for help. After all of that, I was handed a small coffee with no sugar. To make matters worse, the cup was overfilled. When it was handed to me, coffee ran down my arm and spilled all over the console of my vehicle. This location needs a manager who can properly train the staff on basic orders, drink preparation, and customer service. And then there's the entrance. The design is so bad that it scraped my bumper pulling in. That needs to be addressed. I expected considerably better from 7 Brew in Jenks, Oklahoma. Between the incorrect order, the spill, the lack of basic staff training, and an entrance that damaged my vehicle, this was a huge disappointment.
