I later learned from their website about their mission of, " including students and adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities in the creation of exceptional coffee". The name of the coffee shop and location suddenly made perfect sense. I'm really glad to have found this shop. It's wonderful to know that each purchase contributes to something so meaningful. I had a few questions and the young woman behind the counter was very helpful to me since I don't usually drink these sort of things or eat the taiyaki.
