Terrible customer service ! Don't go here! I came in and ordered two smoothies. The young lady working took my order with no problem. I sat down to wait for my smoothies 20 minutes later I still do not have my order the same lady that took my order asked me if I had received my smoothies yet I replied and told her no, at which point another young lady came out to tell me that one of the ingredients were required in one of the smoothies they do not have and asked me to supplement. It was clear that they had totally forgotten about my order. At this point, I just wanted to leave with a refund. She then again left the register to go call someone then only to come back and tell me that they could not make a return. The açaí bowls are great and very fresh. The service was super friendly and fast. This time I was finally able to try a bowl with the coconut base after being told they were out of it twice before. I'm glad I tried it, it was pretty good. I'm a big coconut fan and the flavor was a bit mild but the texture was very good. The store is very bright and clean with a little bit of seating. You can do a smoothie, coffee, açaí bowl, bagel, wrap, sandwiches, etc. We tried a bagel with cream cheese, the farmer (wrap), and the protein toast (their version of avocado toast). The food was decent. My order was the protein toast. It was good but lacked seasoning. Thank goodness there is salt & pepper at the table. I liked this atmosphere and the array of healthier options. I've been to 3Natives many times and it is always my go to smoothie fix when I am in Tulsa! I have tried multiple drinks including the Jam, Chuck Norris, the Sunrise and All Hopped Up. I have loved all of them and would order them again. They are flavorful, feel healthy, not too sweet and very filling which makes it totally worth spending $7-8. I've never actually been to the store itself as I've always ordered online/delivery. Both items came with chips and they had Saint James teas... which are my favorite! Service was quick, place was very clean and the staff was so nice! Hello! I would like to preface this with I am not a health nut or gym rat in any shape or form just a girl that loves smoothies. I went to 3Natives for the first time after seeing all of their signs in the grass next to Sheridan. I first tried to catch them open for dinner but they do close around late lunch. The man at the counter welcomed me in and was very nice and helpful. I loved the online menu but the in person menu was a little hard for me to read (I wish you had little menus where you order) but I asked him what his favorite was and got that. It's very good. I do wish the straws where a little bigger so it was easier to drink but I enjoy the color and flavor over all.
