You can do a smoothie, coffee, açaí bowl, bagel, wrap, sandwiches, etc. We tried a bagel with cream cheese, the farmer (wrap), and the protein toast (their version of avocado toast). The food was decent. My order was the protein toast. It was good but lacked seasoning. Thank goodness there is salt & pepper at the table. I liked this atmosphere and the array of healthier options. I am very tempted to give 2 stars because super disappointed in quality and taste but knocking 3 stars down solely for quality and taste seems mean because 1) very clean facility, 2) no mold on fruit, 3) good service, 4) this type of quality seems to be the standard around Oklahoma?, and 5) love the modern decor FOOD: - I went to undergrad in Hawaii and I tried literally every place that offered acai bowls on Oahu (and the freshness is an understatement) - the flavors brought me back to the island - HOWEVER, I have no idea why but EVERY place that I purchased a bowl from in Oklahoma, the bottom half comes frozen (which definitely means they prep everything beforehand and stick it in the freezer) which absolutely destroys the freshness and smoothness that characterizes the delish of açaí bowls - banana was freshly cut - strawberries weren't fresh and crisp but instead soft and mushy - blueberries were small with a few stems (more tart than sweet) but I appreciate the zero mold and zero mush - I loved the honey the most, it had the most flavor and literally drowned out the flavors of the bowl (all you can taste was the flavor profile of the honey) SERVICE: - really friendly service - strange how when I asked what's more popular, the local or the dragon, they had to think (haha) LOCATION / PARKING: - in a plaza with a health club - free and plentiful amount of parking read more

I've never actually been to the store itself as I've always ordered online/delivery. Both items came with chips and they had Saint James teas... which are my favorite! Service was quick, place was very clean and the staff was so nice! Hello! I would like to preface this with I am not a health nut or gym rat in any shape or form just a girl that loves smoothies. I went to 3Natives for the first time after seeing all of their signs in the grass next to Sheridan. I first tried to catch them open for dinner but they do close around late lunch. The man at the counter welcomed me in and was very nice and helpful. I loved the online menu but the in person menu was a little hard for me to read (I wish you had little menus where you order) but I asked him what his favorite was and got that. It's very good. I do wish the straws where a little bigger so it was easier to drink but I enjoy the color and flavor over all.
