i was running an errand & was curious if there was a place where i can get a juice or smoothie & had a feeling there was a place close by. that place was 3natives & they had exactly what i needed. whatever it takes for me to get my greens, i'm going to make it happen & that's when i went with the going green smoothie. going green consisted of banana, pineapple, kiwi, kale & coconut water... again, exactly what i needed. the smoothie did what it was supposed to do & comes in one size. it helped me with hydration & getting my dose of greens. the service was on point. i & the party i was with were greeted the moment we walked through the door. the dude who took my order was very patient as it was my first time & searching for + through the menu. there are a good amount of things to choose from: salads, wraps, acai bowls... there are juices in the fridge as well.

Love it here! I keep getting the açaí bowls every time I am here because they are so good but they have lots of other items to choose from such as smoothies, wraps and sandwiches. The owners and their employees are very helpful and friendly and they remember their customers. They truly are interested in pleasing everyone. I love being greeted when I come in the door and their service makes me want to come back. They have the best açaí bowls around!

Came here to grab a quick smoothie. Ella was a great server, there's some space to actually hang out. They use real ingredients (not just a bunch of powders) and you taste it in the smoothie. Loved what I got, would come back!

This place is a little gem! You are first greeted to a decor of fresh beach vibes. You can immediately tell that the restaurant emphasizes health. The food was delicious. The freshness and flavor of each dish exceeded our expectations. The Southwest wrap was a standout and offered good portion size for the $. The owners are young, friendly and ambitious. They treat people like family and make a real effort to connect with guests. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

In Tulsa for a wedding and looking for a delicious lunch. Didn't want anything too heavy and luckily we found 3 natives! We tried the Veg head wrap and tuna melt. Both items came with chips and they had Saint James teas... which are my favorite! Service was quick, place was very clean and the staff was so nice! Both the wrap and sandwich were so fresh and made with quality ingredients. Everything was so good we might just come back tomorrow to try the açaí bowls!

Hello! I would like to preface this with I am not a health nut or gym rat in any shape or form just a girl that loves smoothies. I went to 3Natives for the first time after seeing all of their signs in the grass next to Sheridan. I first tried to catch them open for dinner but they do close around late lunch. The man at the counter welcomed me in and was very nice and helpful. I loved the online menu but the in person menu was a little hard for me to read (I wish you had little menus where you order) but I asked him what his favorite was and got that. It's very good. I do wish the straws where a little bigger so it was easier to drink but I enjoy the color and flavor over all. My drink came out quick and clean and I overall had a great experience and would go back.

This is where you order and can sit.

As a South Florida native, this tasted like home! The environment was very clean and aesthetically pleasing, the service was quick, and the açaí bowls were delicious. 3 Natives' menu has a lot to choose from: açaí bowls, smoothies, wraps, juices, and more!

Salad and Go in Jenks hooked me up and made a fan out of me. The drive thru lanes were empty and service was friendly and fast! I ordered the Fajita Wrap w/ chicken (710 calories/$6.79) and a Cobb Salad w/ chicken but WITHOUT hard boiled egg (because... ewww ) (780 calories/ $6.79). The Fajita Wrap was massive. No, it was humongous. Some might say is was "transcendent", but I surely would not. The cold flour tortilla was stuffed full and literally bursting at the seams with chicken, lettuce, avocado, black beans, tomatoes, red peppers, poblano peppers, pico, pepper jack cheese, and jalapeño ranch dressing. I could only eat half and I'm already looking forward to devouring the second half tomorrow! The salad was pretty incredible. It was also pretty huge. The greens were a very fresh mix of romaine and mixed greens. There was plenty of cherry tomatoes, fresh avocado, real bacon, blue cheese crumbles, freshly diced chicken, and a packet with just the right amount of creamy blue cheese dressing. The salad was diced to just the right size. I didn't have to wrestle huge pieces into my pretty voluminous pie hole. Overall, the price was right, the quality was excellent, and the freshness was unexpectedly perfect. Not a single piece of wilted or slimy lettuce was found. When you're ready to give your arteries a little break, go check out Salad and Go!

I didn't really like the dressing on the thai chicken salad. Food came out fast, it is only drive thru. I'll probably try one more salad before I decide if I keep going there. The food was about a 5 out of 10 at best. The best part of the meal was the gyro meat, It was absolutely delicious but nothing else was that great. We are huge Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food lovers so I feel like we can give a pretty good review on this. The cabbage rolls were definitely different than last time. They were heavier on the rice and didn't have as much flavor. The grape leaves were not good at all. We actually ended up spitting them out, unfortunately. The hummus was really heavy on garlic, which we love garlic, but that's not usual for hummus. The tabouli was super heavy on parsley with little to no bulgar wheat. I'm hate to have to write a bad review on this place but compared to how it was a year ago, it really has changed. I heard they changed owners, but I can't be certain about it. I also have to say it wasn't the cleanest place and they didn't have any napkins out and a lot of the tables were dirty. I think the couple behind the counter were the only ones working so I can understand that they couldn't get to the tables quickly, but it also isn't the best look when you walk into a facility that isn't kept up very well. I will usually try a place a second time, but this one was bad enough that I don't think that I will.

They have good soups as well.

For our sides we chose the fried & onion rings. The burger was hands down one of the best I've had in the Tulsa area. The meat had such an amazing flavor and the quality was great, you can taste the freshness. The Philly was a great size and fully loaded! The bread was soft and pillowy and overall a great sandwich. The gyro was filled to the brim with meat and tasted so fresh as well, packed with veggies and sauce. The fries had a nice seasoning on top that added a nice flavor. The onion rings were incredibly crisp and not greasy one bit for being fried I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was good, kind staff. We will definitely be back again soon.

The onion rings were excellent -- crispy, well-seasoned, easily the highlight of the meal. The burger was fine, so the kitchen clearly knows how to handle basic grill items. The problem was the sandwiches: * Cheesesteak was dry and under-seasoned * Very little flavor overall * Bread wasn't bad, but added nothing * The chicken cheesesteak had the same issues, so it's not just the beef There was also an order issue: asking for no onions resulted in no peppers either, even though peppers were wanted. That suggests the toppings are treated as a single mix rather than customized. Grill'd seems to do burgers and fried sides well, but the cheesesteaks don't live up to the name. If you come here, I'd recommend sticking to burgers or onion rings and skipping the cheesesteaks.
