My partner and I had a terrible experience here. We waited over 30 minutes for our two smoothies, despite the store not being busy, because management left a single, clearly inexperienced worker to handle the entire shop alone.
They were completely out of Greek yogurt (an essential ingredient for an açai and smoothie place), so we had to have water. While waiting, we overheard a customer asking for a refund. The worker had to call the bosses, who were put on speakerphone for the whole lobby to hear. The female manager went on a loud rant about how remaking the customer's bowl was "losing them money," causing the customer to just walk out.
Shame on management for setting their new staff up to fail and treating customers this way. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more
