Went to smoothie king a few days ago. I placed an order online after I got there as I like my food to be fresh. I sat in the car for a little bit and decided to walk inside. I was greeted as I walked in and then I sat down a few minutes later somebody asked me did I have an online order and what was my name the worker let me know that it was coming up. As my food was completed, I was asked did I want utensils in a bag? Everything was fine for me and everything tasted great. I saw some other reviews, but my experience was fine. read more

I got the $5.00 kids strawberry banana smoothie. It's refreshing, I get fruit intake and it tastes so good! It's also a pretty shade of pink : ) This location is across from OU and the area is pretty busy, but I've never seen this specific store too crowded. In and out super quick, convenient and staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean! They also sell small bags of Simply Elizabeth granola. I want to go back and try their bowls because they use simply Elizabeth granola in them and drizzle honey over it. They just sound really good. To be continued! read more

It's a smoothie. It tasted better than it should have given that I generally love junk food and this was healthy

Store # 4715 I went in to this location at 8:55PM on Saturday night. They close at 9PM. I left the gym early to make here in time. I do this regularly. Last time I came the smoothie bowl was melted. I figured whatever sometimes people are having a bad day. This time they refused to serve me because "they're closed" even though I the doors unlocked, lights are on and the sign says the hours of operation. I figured the owner would want to know about it their employees doing this. I own a business and I would never let my employees refuse service to anyone even second before we close. As much as I love the products at smoothie king I will unfortunately be going out of my way to go to a different location and or business which sucks. It's now 9:05Pm and I am watching the employees make smoothies lol. The girl I assume who's in charge has redid hair and freckles and is wearing sweatpants like she just got out of bed. read more

Everything was great except the atmosphere! No greeting, nothing friendly and one of the people behind the counter (looked like a manager) gave us a dirty look for no reason. No smiles from any staff at all. Another couple came in and the girl at the counter did not even acknowledge them at all! The smoothies are pretty good, but the customer service is sub par. So I ordered my smoothie online in the parking lot, a couple minutes passed when there was no one in the store, plenty of time to start my smoothies. Then a man parks his car and walks inside, orders a smoothie at the counter, and gets his made before my smoothie had even been started.... Unbelievable!!! The man walked out of the store whilst drinking his smoothie, so I walked in wondering why mine weren't made yet. What was there explanation? They had none other than "maybe the computer was slow", which i know isn't the problem here. Smoothie King needs to hire more competent workers who actually understand customer service and that you take orders in the ORDER they come in. Not helping someone just cause they're in front of you. I visibly observed the workers skip over my order to make someone else's simply because it was an online, but I only did online for the points in the first place... truly unbelievable, workers need more training!!! read more

***During COVID-19 pandemia*** When you walk in it very clean and every one is using masks and gloves. I like that they have a variety of options, this is perfect if you are trying to watch your weight. It took a little for them to have them ready maybe there was a a big order before us. Place was clean. Service prompt. Girls polite. I was looking forward to the Pineapple Surf. It's an orange drink. Strawberries are also in the Pineapple Surf, but what you taste is pineapple. Should have paid more attention before I left. What I got for $8 was a bright pink strawberry something or other with a slight (very slight) aftertaste of pineapple. Just put it my refrigerator in case I might be interested in it later. I'm really not up for a strawberry drink that isn't even a good strawberry drink and that has a strange aftertaste. Hadn't gone there in quite a while so I don't know if they're always that sloppy with the recipes. They weren't too busy. I was one of two customers and there were two employees. Update: went back for another Pineapple Surf. Was stronger of pineapple. I enjoyed it. It's no longer orange like it used to be. Still pink, but not strawberry first. I know Smoothie King probably doesn't appeal to the typical Yelper, but I just wanted to give these folks props. They do a GOOD JOB. The store is always clean, the people are always friendly (they knew my name by my third visit), and the smoothies are always good. If you want a smoothie, disregard the fact that this a chain, and instead take into consideration that it is run by locals who are damn good at their job. The end. read more

So this is a new location in town. This is super updated and looks trendy. They have a nice array of snacks inside that are all healthy of course. This being a smoothie King they have a good variety of fruit filled healthy drinks. I must advise it is a tad pricey for drinks but they can double as meals depending on your diet. read more

Cmon y'all, so you have to wait a few minutes sometimes, that's the price of a high quality smoothie. I hate all the competitors out there; if I can't have Smoothie King I'd rather have nothing. I was so stoked to find this Smoothie King. Of all places I could've moved to in OK for the summer this one was right here in Tulsa. If you can't handle a wait order ahead on the app just like you do at Starbucks and you'll be in and out. Personally I've never had to wait more than 5minutes. And the smoothies are perfect each time, consistent to what they should taste like. If you try something new and you don't like it, they'll redo it and make it better. Great addition to the area. I've seen signs for smoothie Kong's in other towns, but never tried one before. It's better than expected and isn't filled with sugar and other chemicals that you'd find at a typical fast food place. Everyone that I've spoken to really loves the place, they run specials and do a lot of coupons too for people that might think it's too expensive. One smoothing for $5 can replace a meal so if you put it in perspective then it's nots really expensive at all. read more

I did not appreciate the hair in my smoothie this morning. Stopped in because I didn't have time to fix breakfast. Grabbed a protein smoothie with added energy booster.
