I enjoyed their food, but the service experience was painful: Their food truck kitchen was the only one serving up dinner at Iron Monk that evening. Their small kitchen just wasn't able to keep up with demand the tap room. Really long wait times tainted the entire experience. ----- Once we got our food we loved the pretzel + dip. I really liked my BBQ style pizza. Others at the table enjoyed their food, too. I hope to stumble across this food truck again. Good food. Good flavors.
