Lets talk about the manager of this establishment if thats what you want to call it; I believe the manager or the person that pretends to run this place is named Samantha??? Yea Samantha! Well.. one she seemingly doesnt have a care in the world about customer service because when I ordered she just gave me rude looks and proceeded to walk in the back and start pointing at me with another associate. Two, anytime I go shes never been like "omg how can i help you", its always, " yea so what can i do for you". Just left here, highly disappointed in the "good customer service" everyone seems to say they have, I placed a mobile order, 2/3 of my things were ready when I got there, the last drink .. I sat for 20+ mins in front of the mobile counter, not once did anyone ask "did I need anything, was I missing anything" just continued working, (mind you I'm the only customer physically in the store) felt completely ignored; anyhow long story short, never got my drink (wasn't explained what happened to said drink), just offered to make It now or a refund. Decided to place a pick up order today since it's the first day of Fall. They were fast and friendly. I got me a pumpkin cold brew with 1 pump white mocha. It was delicious and not too overly sweet. But I would recommend you add some pumpkin sauce into your cold brew. The drink wasn't too pumpkin tasting. So if you want that BAM pumpkin punch of flavor into your taste buds, add pumpkin sauce. Whenever I needed a caffeine lift when I am in Owasso, I would go to this Starbucks to get my fix. They are located at a prime location in the strip mall by the highway back to Tulsa area. Their service meets the par, quick delivery. And their drinks are a-okay as well. This Starbucks has a nice interior design, the wall arts/photos really help to accent the vibe. Stopped by to purchase a quick gift for someone and grab a coffee. The store appeared clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and we received fast service! They were even patient and friendly to my energetic 2 year old who kept asking questions and couldn't decide on which snack he should pick. I ended up trying the gingerbread frap which is a seasonal drink, but I would highly recommend to anyone who likes gingerbread! read more

It's basically the only coffee shop in Owasso so sometimes it gets pretty packed. They do have plenty of seating available including a patio. The service is always fast (especially during peak hours via the drive-thru) and the staff is very nice. As far as products go, I usually stick to what I like... White chocolate mocha with less syrup pumps, cheese croissant (ask them to warm it up!) or their oatmeal which is pretty amazing. read more

We ordered via the app.  When we arrived our drinks were ready.  We love the super easy to use app!!  I also love trying new things!  Today I ordered the Smoked Butterscotch Latte.  I was pretty disappointed.  I couldn't taste any butterscotch.  I even had my bf try it to test my taste buds.  Of course, when I got to the last couple sips, I found ALL the butterscotch.  I am not sure if it didn't get mixed well or maybe it just quickly settled to the bottom?  If I ever order this one again, I'll be sure to grab a stir stick. read more

Possibly the worst customer service at any Starbucks. The manager, Sam H. was rude and awful to customers. My drink was made wrong and this happens quite often. I called and the person I talked to said they would replace the drink. I went there the next day, and told them I was there for a replacement drink. When I got to the window to get my drink the manager Sam H handed me my drink and then proceeded to tell me that they would no longer replace my drink if it was made wrong. That basically it was my problem if my drink wasn't correct. I asked isn't it their policy to make drinks correctly and if it's not they will replace it? She said yes it was, but they will no longer replace it that I have to check my drink at the window before I drive off to make sure it's correct. She was very rude when she was talking to me. No wonder they don't have a lot of business anymore. They got one star because doing zero stars is not an option. I suggest everyone going to the store on 116th in Owasso. The remodel on the facility is phenomenal. Great job. The music is too loud. Not conducive for conducting business or having a conversation. It should be quiet in the background. I tried to take a business call and the Music was very disruptive. The stock of lb'ers was low and my favorite coffee was not put out. It was still in a box. Had to be found and unboxed before purchase. On a high note the staff was very friendly and smiley. There was an abundance of staff too. Maybe some training going on. The staff suggested a change to my standard caramel macchiato which was blond espresso. ...very nice. All in all I'd give me experience a 3.7 but since I'm feeling optimistic today, I'll round up to 4. read more

Today I went into starbucks with my friend because it was her birthday and i was blow away with how good the costumer service was. i was helped out by rachel at the kiosk and she was the sweetest girl ever. she helped my friend figure out how the birthday gift works. she also assisted me with my gift cards. also, the entire time she was helping us she was so so kind and understanding and i honestly have never had a better costumer service experience. in fact, i went out of my way to download yelp just to leave this review about how amazing she was. I am slightly disappointed in Starbucks in general... I have been coming to this Starbucks 3-5 days a week since I moved to OK in August. Over the past few months I have noticed a sad change. When someone pays $6 for a drink, it really should be filled to the top. Lately my drinks have been .5-1 inch from the top. It can't be due to increased milk prices, because I see them dump TONS of foamed milk and blended beverage every time I am there. If they claim it's raised prices on producta, then they should look at the waste that goes down the sink. On sunday, I bought 5 fraps for my kids and their friends... Each one was about half an inch from the top of the cup... Instead of frap, it was filled with whip. This isn't acceptable. If we aren't getting a full cup, we should get a discount. In the past 2 years this Starbucks is continually OUT of inventory. I stop by this location when I am doing business in Owasso so I would say at least 3x stops per month or more. They've been OUT OF Cold Brew, Cloud Macchiato and then this morning A SATURDAY morning they are OUT OF the EVERYTHING bagels! If it is a popular item order accordingly to keep inventory. I also ordered classic oatmeal and roasted egg Souz. If the oatmeal had been any colder my husband couldn't or wouldn't have eaten it. We were beginning our day trip and happily thought let's stop by Starbucks and grab our favorites well, that didn't go as planned. From now on I will go to the Hwy 20 location and will continue to go to the Hwy 20 location . They always have adequate inventory and their coffees taste amazing. read more

This Starbucks is one of the best. Insanely awesome staff and super clean store. Drinks are always prepared correctly (I am that customer that gives them the complicated orders). It can get very crowded on the weekend (because the place is so awesome) by highschoolers, so if it's near finals the place will be filled with tutors and students and study groups. Best nights to go and sit are on week nights. read more

Too bad you cant rate a negative 1 for a review. This Starbucks location is THE absolute WORST establishment in the entire world. Their customer service is terrible - when you walk in, everyone keeps their heads down as to not acknowledge customers. The Speed of service is slower than Molasses in the Winter. The bare minimum you will wait for coffee at this location is 15 minutes (FOR A CUP OF PRETENTIOUS COFFEE). I waited last Sat for 30 over minutes cuz 'someone called in' however, there were 7 people behind the counter talking about NOTHING. One of them was behind the counter flamboyantly expanding a large trash bag all-the-while there were at least 10 people frustrated standing there waiting for their order. It was so bad, even people in the drive-thru were all honking their horns in disgust. The people who take orders at the counter too take their good and sweet time taking orders. This just isn't Starbucks with everything you went. For instance, I don't suggest going in the evening because it has now been three times I've gone and they are out of stuff. Not to mention, by the time you wait in line you want something at that point. My sister and I went to her custom drinks and let's just say it want the right thing. I've gone and they are out of ice coffee, they didn't have venti cups or cold foam today. Let's not forget the time they said they couldn't make me a drink because I they didn't have it In their system. While service is pleasant the mere fact they never have anything is not acceptable. These drinks received today were watery and lacked taste and cost what a grande cost. When I sent the second Starbucks it cost the same as the venti. I'm not excited that I can't come here at the end of the day and not get what I am requesting. Supplies should be fully stocked until the end of the day. read more

This is by far the slowest Starbucks location I have ever been to. It takes 30-45 minutes in the drive-through to process 6 cars and I then watch them make my drink from scratch. This location used to be fast and efficient, I'm not sure if management changed or what? From now on I will go to the location across the street inside of Target. Lights on, 1 car right in front of us. They took that cars order but wouldn't take mine. They said it was 8:00 but we were there a few minutes before closing. So we had to still wait in line behind the other car while they got their drinks before we could leave! I'm visiting friends here in Owasso for the weekend. This Starbucks is the only one in the area, so I went threw the drive through. I ordered a large caramel latte over ice with soy milk. They handed me an iced drink with chunks of white "milk??" in the bottom. I handed it right back! I asked what the heck is wrong with the milk? The barista said the milk freezes. No. It doesn't. The other barista said the soy milk gets hard in the carton and it's normal. No. It's not. You are both gross. Please teach your employees the difference between a good or rotten milk. The fact that they tried to lie to my face with two separate excuses was even worse. I won't be returning. I'm so happy this isn't my local coffee shop. read more

The Starbucks App was down. I received an error message. Tried to re-sign in and still received a "our system is having problems, please try back later." Thing is I have money on the Starbucks App that has already cleared my bank account. I should be able to use that money anytime a Starbucks is open. I called and spoke to the manager, Eric at this location on 96th street. He apologized for the Starbucks App. I called Starbucks Customer Service and spoke to an awesome rep, Fantasia. She had me sign-in to the Starbucks "website." My account balance pulled up and I could see my available funds. When I went in the Starbucks store. The young lady that took my order tried to make excuses for Eric (deflecting). She said, the Starbucks staff does not know anything about the Starbucks App. She missed "the bus." Amazing how restaurant service cycles depending on employees. I hate to say it but this Starbucks has gone from one of the best to one of the worst in record time.
