These are the steak fajitas that I had for lunch. Delicious!

We stopped in Los Cabos on the riverwalk for lunch yesterday. We had never been there before. It's located right on the Jenks riverwalk next to the Aquarium. It was a busy lunch rush, but we were seated immediately. They brought us beverages, chips, and salsa right away. The restaurant is decorated as if it is an authentic restaurant in old Mexico. We ordered our entrees, and they arrived very soon piping hot! I ordered the steak fajitas which were outstanding. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. There is plenty of parking, and the stroll down the riverwalk is very scenic. It is right on the Arkansas river. They also have an outdoor seating area with a full bar which serves as a live music venue on certain nights. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.

It's 3 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon and Los Cabos is packed. In spite of that the server was pretty quick to come to our table but he does seem very rushed. We love the chips they serve when you sit down with two different salsas and the chips are always thin and crispy But today they've got a sheen of oil on them. They're still good. The skinny margarita is not as sweet as the premixed margarita which they serve. For my taste too sweet is not great.

I was craving chips and salsa and we were in the Jenks area, so we tried it for the first time. Chips did not disappoint! Really good. The salsa was too mild tho. Just to get some taste I had to practically submerge the entire chip into it. Definitely super mild salsa. The rest of the food was good. Taco kind of bland, so I asked for some lettuce on the side. The waiter was very friendly!

What a great place! The Mexican food here was delicious! La comida aquí es muy buena. Also, their service is great. Our waiter, Filipe, was very nice and helpful. The inside was clean and well kept up. Great ambiance to the place too. I'm definitely coming here again and I highly recommend coming here if you haven't.

    Veggie fajitas (found 2 mushrooms)

Totally the TexMex vibe! Pitbull music loud and proud, typical decor, fun waitstaff, and tiki hut bar outside. If you are from out of town or have friends coming in, this is the place to have fun. Didn't try the drinks but with more than bar I'm sure it's top shelf ;). Food...meh. I was wanting something light so I opted for the veggie fajitas. Menu said mushrooms so I kinda expected them. I found two. There also no mention of green peppers but there must have been a sale or something because SO MANY! There were potatoes which I wasn't so sure of but why not? Let's try something new! Yeah hard pass. The slightly charred veggies paired with small mushy chunks of potatoes. Not good. Circling back to the waitstaff...they are great. Our guy with curly blond reddish hair was awesome.

Appetizer sampler. Was a good size and fed 2. Ordered a size of queso as well. (Not shown)

It's been awhile since I've been here. Had to come to Tulsa/Broken Arrow for a surgery. Stopped by here for something quick to snack on since I couldn't have any food after midnight . Got the sampler appetizer and shared it. Was good and enough for 2 people. Always love stopping by here when I'm in town.

This is one of my grandparents favorite Mexican restaurants and it's a beautiful spot to hang out on the river! FOOD : This was the first time I actually somewhat enjoyed my meal. Honestly I didn't have super high expectations for it, but it wasn't bad. I got the chicken fajitas and asked for them dry (no oil) and that really made them taste a lot better because they weren't lathered in oil. They gave a lot of veggies which was nice, the chicken was alright but not fantastic (kind of rubbery). Overall it was decent but not fantastic and it had a TON of salt, I was swollen walking out just from Chicken and veggies - agh! Overall it is a nice place to take the family or go on a date, beautiful outdoor patio with a river view which is awesome! I personally wasn't the biggest fan but it definitely isn't a terrible option.

I really wish I remembered the drink I had the first time around, what I do remember is that it was really good. The drink I had recently was the Don Diego de La Ve & it's something I'd get again + would be my usual. Anything tequila, it's automatic (rum is right there at a very close 2nd) when it comes to an alcohol beverage + cocktail. Has addition of ancho reyes, a chile liqueur, that's super subtle in the drink along with lemon lime & agave. My homie looked at my drink & said that's something he should've ordered. *Side Note* I took a look at the menu & I'm convinced I had the Cousin Eddie (when I first visited this place). As I stated that rum is a close 2nd to tequila & the Cousin Eddie has Bumbu (rum) that I already enjoy on its own.
