This was one of my favorite venues to visit on corporate travel and ambiance is still 5 stars in the Mid-Century Auto Bank turned eclectic dining space. It's worth a visit just to check out the architecture and décor which rings of nostalgia and charm that immediately makes one feel at ease. Lunch service was slower with one bartender running the full dining room, but The Auto Bank Salad (fresh spinach, purple onion, strawberries) is bright and nutritious. Easily one of my favorite restaurants in Tulsa. Even though I mainly live in Norman Oklahoma, my boyfriend does live in Tulsa so we decided to go here for a date night. The restaurant itself has a cool 60s feel to it with everything being on point. We had a reservation at 5:15 but got there early which was not a problem. Their specialty cocktails are $11 and my God are they worth it. We asked our server what he recommended for a cocktail on their specialty menu, and he recommended the alimony payment. This cocktail is easily in my top three. We also ordered the mac & cheese as an appetizer which was delicious. My boyfriend got just a simple Caesar salad and a chicken sandwich to go, and both were fantastic. They have seasonal menus, so I got the salmon cakes and they were so so good. We made reservations for dinner on a Friday night. We were seated right away, but it took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by a member of the wait staff. We ordered appetizers and dinner, and then we waited....and waited....and waited while the other tables on both sides of us that ordered AFTER we did were already enjoying their meals. After more than 30 minutes after ordering, we finally received our appetizers....at the same time as our meals. I ordered the chicken, which turned out to be so tough that I needed a steak knife for it, but it took another 20 minutes to get that. We were there over an hour and our server checked on us a total of 1 time. The manager noticed I did not finish my meal and asked if everything was ok. I told him about my meal and he was apologetic and removed it from the check. We left the restaurant and went to another location just so we could eat something edible. Needless to say, we will not be returning any time soon, or ever. read more

I tried the brunch for the first time with a couple friends. Our food was very good. The service was amazing great coffee, good prices and a huge menu where everything looked amazing. the things my friends and I had we truly enjoyed and I'm ready to go back and try something new here. I wanted to experience this restaurant. Since, it was once the worlds largest auto bank. I must admit it is a fun place to have lunch. It was a little confusing for a first timer. GPS landed us on the second parking level. We entered the restaurant on the top floor. There needs to be a sign to direct people to go to the first floor to check in. Once that was figured out the experience was very pleasant. I had breakfast and it was delicious. The service was great. The atmosphere is open and spacious. They left some momentous from the bank lobby. There are some plants on the top level with dead leaves that need to be removed. If you are ever in Tulsa check this place out. read more

I haven't lived in Tulsa for over ten years, but I saw this place on Tik Tok and thought I'd try it while meeting up with a group of friends. Upon arrival I found the ease of parking refreshing and the restsyarant was bright and spacious with plenty of seating options. Once I arrived at my table and was assigned the waiter Jessee things went down from there. He seemed very impatient and frazzled just at taking my order I ordered the two egg breakfast. I asked for cheese in my scrambled eggs and onions in my potatoes. I ordered a shirt stack of pineapple upside down pancakes. There were 6 adults and one child. When the food was relievers yo the table the person that brought the food had no idea who ordered what and couldn't tell which dishes had modifications or specifications. It was like they just threw the food on his tray and he came with a I'll let the patrons sort out what they ordered. I did not receive my 2 egg breakfast only the pancakes which tasted horrible. They weren't sweet at all which is weird for the flavor. They tasted like protein is cakes and just lacked flavor. I told Jessee I didn't get my good and waited an additional 40+ minutes for it By the time I got my food. Everyone else was finished and at that point I just asked for it to go box, but before I box my foot up, I noticed that the eggs weren't scrambled at all. They just looked like someone cracked an egg dropped it in a small skillet and flipped it over so essentially it was an egg patty with cheese just dropped in the middle. I asked for my sausage well done. It was not. It was just regular and there were no onions in my potatoes at this point I told Jesse that he should just take it off my tab for the wait and the incorrect order and he said I have to talk to my manager about that. I said OK we'll go talk to your manager, so he comes back and tells me that all I had to pay for was my pineapple mimosa. Then, when it was time for the check, he puts all the tabs together and then act like he was pissed off because he had to separate it when he separated it he did it incorrectly, which frustrating him even more he put my pineapple mimosa on someone else's ticket and then When I told him that he said he would only make me pay for that. He said well I said you would have to pay for your pancakes. I said I had pineapple pancakes and a pineapple that is not what you said, but whatever I just wanted to get out of there at the service was horrible. The food was horrible. I will never return I again again don't live in Tulsa, but I see that I will have to do more research before I invite France to patron such a horrible restaurant that doesn't mind treating us customers poorly. read more

Great food and location- ordered the breakfast burger. Restaurant is great and parking is awesome! Service was good and value was great! My only issue is the bathroom was a little bit messy and only one stall by the kitchen. read more

This is my and my daughter's favorite restaurant. The restaurant is located in an old bank, hence the name "The Vault" in downtown Tulsa. Beautiful vintage-styled interior with lots of natural light. The north wall features a ceiling-to-floor window with a view of the skyscrapers downtown. The food and service are even better than the incredible environment. The drinks are always perfect and the bartenders and waiters are great. The Korean Meatballs, The Bruschetta Three Ways, and their lunch specials are too good to miss out on. Overall, The Vault provides a delightful dining experience at a reasonable cost, making it a must-visit destination in Tulsa. read more

We had to wait for an hour for our food, only to find out that our ticket had been put in their system for 20 minutes prior we were asking for it. They didn't apologize or acknowledge the situation. The Vault is a small room hidden behind a bright white vault door with a yellow backdrop. It's available for daily rental.  The front of the door has the upcoming schedule posted.  What a great idea for a small business crafter to get some foot traffic!!  Unfortunately the vendor on our visit had to cancel because of all the virus closings.  Love this idea!  Maybe we will catch it next time! read more

Happy Easter from this review. Honestly, I came to this place for the first time and had high hopes. This is not the place to be if you don't have time, have high hopes or are expecting a good service. I had a horrible experience where I had no food and got overcharged, but at the end of the day. This is not a place I would recommend based on my experience. Give it a try and after you do, don't tell you weren't warned. I'm giving this review two stars for you to take it seriously. read more
