I have been to this location for the evening Shaky Jake's menu but had not tried it for Bramble. Had a brunch-work thing here. It was not too crowded and we were able to meet and work. Service was adequate but not overly friendly. I had the BramBowl and it was OK. A lot of gravy. In fact, were were laughing about all the "healthy" items on the menu. I would return especially to try what looked like Bloody Mary and mimosa flights. I do love that they kept part of the church architecture. read more

We came in hungover in sweatpants and were treated terribly, we ordered orange juice and were served lukewarm sunny delight and they told us it was the only orange juice they had available. Waited over 20 minutes for our food and were told that they wouldn't serve us WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION and said they would give us a gift card to try their other location. We were told the gift card had $50 - FIFTY FIVE ZERO- on it to match what we had ordered, when we arrived at the riverside location the gift card only had $15 on it. The first time I visited Bramble, I was disappointed with menu selections. One of the items we ordered was the quinoa breakfast bowl that seemed to lean a little too heavy on the quinoa versus having a balance with the other ingredients. Overall, the food, while still good, just didn't quite meet our expectations. I decided to give it another try, and the next visit was a hit on the target. Although there were plenty of workers on hand, most were in the kitchen very loudly having a great time lol. They were so loud in the kitchen throughout our visit, it was Hard to hear one another. The ambiance for the holidays makes this establishment a fun weekend choice for some very tasty food. I had the shrimp and grits. Very tasty, good twang for flavor but was bland as it really needed salt, my opinion of course. We ordered the breakfast tacos and omelette. Our server promptly brought our waters and frequently checked in with us. The restaurant was decorated very nicely for Christmas and looked very seasonal. The breakfast tacos tasted great, were packed full, and seasoned perfectly. The omelette was packed full and also seasoned perfectly. I would have liked for the veggies to have been sautéed and a bit softer and the ham to be cut a tad bit thicker but the flavor was great! It has been over 5 years since our visit. Last time breakfast was the Monte-Carlo Benedict for me and a French Toast Breakfast for my wife. Same thing again for my wife today. The plate of food looked and tasted as it did 5 years ago. Eggs cooked perfectly, delicious French toast, and well, the bacon. This time, I went with my usual, ordered as usual, two sunny side up, bacon crispy, hash browns crispy, one biscuit with gravy. Eggs were perfect, the biscuit and sausage gravy good, hash browns looked crispy but were soggy, (if you want crispy potatoes order the deep-fried latkes). And we are back to the bacon. Bramble's bacon is thick sliced pork belly with a very faint hint of smoke. Ours was served crispy as requested. My dislike is with the thickness. The fat part of the bacon is crisp on the outside. but not in the center. When you bite into it you get a gush of grease. It's just not for me. Just not that thick. No Complaints about the service. Hard to pass up a great brunch spot! Food is always great when we go in and the slices of bacon are top notch!! The pancakes are perfect every time and the bread bowl they have with the multiple cheeses and meats is the bomb! Great service anytime we go in! And the place is always well cleaned and love the decor style they went with for this place! This place will fill your belly for sure with the size portions they give you! Visited based on a friend's recommendation, to see the Christmas decorations. The food here was soooo good! I ordered the Carrot Cake Pancakes and my hubby ordered the Breakfast Poutine. My meal came with bacon, which went to my husband because don't eat meat. He said it was the best bacon he's had in a long time! Thick but still crispy. My pancakes were tasty but the icing was rich - I took half home to eat later. We were sat in the balcony seating area and got an awesome view of the trees hanging from the ceiling. I had never been here and the place is huge! I went for brunch on Sunday and it was packed with waiting list but the wait wasn't long and they seated us as soon as they could. My friend ordered the pancakes with lemon custard that came with scrambled eggs and bacon. It looked fantastic. I ordered their eggs Benedict menu item. We took our dog here because this is one of the restaurants in Tulsa that's let dogs on the patio. Please give me some references on GOOD restaurants. We got there @12:30 on Saturday and this place was packed! We sat at the bar cuz we didn't want to wait for a table. I ordered a fried chicken and waffle which came with a hash brown and eggs. Fantastic! Waiter was fabulous. We assumed he was the owner. He was not. Delicious food and drink. (Way to much ice in my alcoholic drink but not worth whining about.) Blueberry waffle for my bride and Chicken fried steak for me and they were generous, delicious portions of food. So we brought our friends on Friday at 10am. Quickly seated. Very pleasant waitress. I had the flight of Mimosa. Chose my 4 and it was fabulous. Will try others next time because they were all great. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. We shared the Carrot Cake Pancakes! Wowsa! I had the perfect bowl, the Bromwich I believe, sausage, biscuit two eggs (not cooked right but still good) and delicious gravy. I had two cocktails, the East bound and down and the shore thing, these two are a must. Between my in laws and hubby, they had bloody Mary's, the Sweeney Todd and the Prairie Fire. So, to start off, let me save you some time............ COME HERE AND EAT! DO IT, stop the search, some in, eat some food, feel good about your life choices and leave full. If you decided to keep going then many kudos to you! I am so glad we have a location in the Rose District (downtown Broken Arrow) to enjoy the faire that The Bramble has to offer. I have visited the downtown Tulsa location a few times and enjoyed it very much, every single time. Having something closer to my residence makes my belly and my heart so very happy. What's cool about this spot is has taken over what used to be a church. From the outdoor patio area, the large bar in the center of the main floor and even the upstairs area, this whole spot just has a cool vibe. I'm not a cool person but coming in here to dine makes me feel like one! The staff are super friendly and attentive which certainly adds to the cool factor here. The food though. Seriously the food. Next level delicious, over the top portion sizes and also just cool to look at. I can drone on and on about how much I enjoy it, but I think at this point you get it. In closing, make it a point (if you choose of course) to pop in and try some amazing meals. If you're new to this spot, come in for brunch.
