I have been to this location for the evening Shaky Jake's menu but had not tried it for Bramble. Had a brunch-work thing here. It was not too crowded and we were able to meet and work. Service was adequate but not overly friendly. I had the BramBowl and it was OK. A lot of gravy. In fact, were were laughing about all the "healthy" items on the menu. I would return especially to try what looked like Bloody Mary and mimosa flights. I do love that they kept part of the church architecture. read more

This is our first time patronizing this breakfast establishment. We've heard good things about the food. This is the Broken Arrow location and it is located in an abandoned Church. There is nothing fancy about this location. There are only tables and the chairs are literally cafeteria style chairs. They are not comfortable at all. The staff (Kim) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My wife ordered the lemon curd and blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, and crispy bacon. I ordered the Strawberry French Toast, over medium eggs and sausage patties. They serve Coca-Cola products. The service was very prompt and the food quantity was acceptable. My wife's order included 3 good sized pancakes and she said they were delicious. The eggs were done to her approval, and she loved the bacon. The French Toast comes with 3 half slices of bread, topped with 3-4 fresh strawberry halves and drizzled with the strawberry cream cheese icing. The French Toast, although tasting ok, was disappointing that it was not allowed to soak long enough in egg batter and the crust was very tough and hard to cut through with a fork. The eggs were done very well, and the sausage was very flavorful. I had a piece of my wife's bacon and I loved it and will be ordering it next time. Yes, the place has some work to do on appearance and upping their French Toast game, but we will be back to give them another chance on a different menu item as there are so many to choose from. read more

When we first walked in, it took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge us or greet us. And then they tried to shove 5 of us into a 4 person booth just to fit us in the server rotation. We asked to be moved and they found us a table that could actually accommodate 5 people. Food was not that great either. Nobody liked the bacon. It did not taste like bacon at all. When they brought out the plates with toast, we were told they were out of butter. But luckily the server went to the walk-in and found a few pats of butter. Chicken fried steak came out small and could tell it was frozen. The only good things we ate were the cinnamon roll and breakfast chimichanga. The food at Bramble never disappoints. I had the BA benedict, an english muffin topped with cured ham, paoched eggs, pickled red onions, avacado and jalapeno halendaise. They were a little understaffed, so the service was slower than normal. The restaurant ambiance is fresh and clean. Very interesting breakfast experience. I highly recommend this location, their menu is quite unique. Everything we got was wonderful. It was a very nice morning and we sat out on the patio. The waitress service was excellent. We plan to return the next time we are in Tulsa during the morning for breakfast It appears that during the midday and evening this establishment operates under a different name as a bar and grill. The first time I visited Bramble, I was disappointed with menu selections. One of the items we ordered was the quinoa breakfast bowl that seemed to lean a little too heavy on the quinoa versus having a balance with the other ingredients. Overall, the food, while still good, just didn't quite meet our expectations. I decided to give it another try, and the next visit was a hit on the target. The food was excellent and all members of our party were happy with the their selections. The breakfast tacos tasted great, were packed full, and seasoned perfectly. The omelette was packed full and also seasoned perfectly. It has been over 5 years since our visit. Last time breakfast was the Monte-Carlo Benedict for me and a French Toast Breakfast for my wife. Same thing again for my wife today. The plate of food looked and tasted as it did 5 years ago. Eggs cooked perfectly, delicious French toast, and well, the bacon. This time, I went with my usual, ordered as usual, two sunny side up, bacon crispy, hash browns crispy, one biscuit with gravy. Eggs were perfect, the biscuit and sausage gravy good, hash browns looked crispy but were soggy, (if you want crispy potatoes order the deep-fried latkes). And we are back to the bacon. Bramble's bacon is thick sliced pork belly with a very faint hint of smoke. Ours was served crispy as requested. My dislike is with the thickness. The fat part of the bacon is crisp on the outside. but not in the center. When you bite into it you get a gush of grease. It's just not for me. Just not that thick. No Complaints about the service. Visited based on a friend's recommendation, to see the Christmas decorations. The food here was soooo good! I ordered the Carrot Cake Pancakes and my hubby ordered the Breakfast Poutine. My meal came with bacon, which went to my husband because don't eat meat. He said it was the best bacon he's had in a long time! Thick but still crispy. My pancakes were tasty but the icing was rich - I took half home to eat later. We were sat in the balcony seating area and got an awesome view of the trees hanging from the ceiling. I had never been here and the place is huge! I went for brunch on Sunday and it was packed with waiting list but the wait wasn't long and they seated us as soon as they could. My friend ordered the pancakes with lemon custard that came with scrambled eggs and bacon. It looked fantastic. I ordered their eggs Benedict menu item. We took our dog here because this is one of the restaurants in Tulsa that's let dogs on the patio. Please give me some references on GOOD restaurants. We got there @12:30 on Saturday and this place was packed! We sat at the bar cuz we didn't want to wait for a table. I ordered a fried chicken and waffle which came with a hash brown and eggs. So FUN! Had friends coming into town last Friday and we wanted a unique to Tulsa/Broken Arrow brunch. Weekday brunches are hard to find. We read about Brambles amd took a trial run on Thursday. Fantastic! Waiter was fabulous. We assumed he was the owner. He was not. Delicious food and drink. (Way to much ice in my alcoholic drink but not worth whining about.) Blueberry waffle for my bride and Chicken fried steak for me and they were generous, delicious portions of food. So we brought our friends on Friday at 10am. Quickly seated. Very pleasant waitress. I had the flight of Mimosa. Chose my 4 and it was fabulous. Will try others next time because they were all great. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. We shared the Carrot Cake Pancakes! Wowsa! Like eating a warm scrumpcious cake for breakfast. She had the bacon and a side of eggs and everything was perfect. The ambiance was lively plus they have an outdoor eating patio. I swear.
