I LOVE this bar. It's about as dive-y as you can get around here in Broken Arrow. I love the bartenders, I love that I can get delicious snacks and drinks at the same time, I love the BARTENDERS! Did I mention that already? They make great drinks, they are kind, efficient, and the prices are awesome there. I never regret coming here. I'm a regular though, it's my favorite place to go with my husband when we have a night out together. 10/10. The vibe is dark and divey but I love that. Food was amazing, drinks were amazing tall beers and very cold, the inside was amazing as good tv sports, but the service of bartender gal was the worst ! Had to wait for ever to get food or a new drink and then try to pay my bill ! With only 6 people in the bar it shows exactly how she would spend every second talking soo much instead doing a round about check on other patrons? Little local bar & grill dimly lit and super nice people serving you. It's a cool little place that was just down the road from where I lived. The food here has ALWAYS been on point. I've eaten all of the hamburgers on the menu and even the specialty burgers when I get the chance. I love this place. It's a very pleasant pub atmosphere with somewhat loud music, a thick cloud of smoke, and locals that are friendly and chill. The bartenders are super fun, cute girls every time I go. They dance around and look like they are really having fun. I've been several times now, and go in every time I come to Tulsa. I see this hasn't had a review in a while and thought I'd chime in. This place has been great everytime I've been. Bartenders quickly learn names and faces, remember drinks well. Drinks are fairly priced in my opinion. Staff are attentive, food comes out hot and delicious. Feels like a very home-y environment, easy to let loose and kick back here. 4 stars only because I don't smoke and they could probably use some updated ventilation. It doesn't bother me personally, but it does bother some of my friends or maybe a date I bring here. Other than that, this place is worth a night out with the guys (or girls), or just to check out. The bar is just an insult to anyone who has ever been a bartender. Apperently the male bartender can remember 90 different drinks from a group of girls he thinks he's gonna get lucky with but can't remember a simple budweiser. Not to mention just watching him for the 40 mins I was there, the vast majority of the drinks he was making was either not enough alcohol or too much non alcoholic stuff. Like I get that cutting corners saves money but if you're gonna screw over your customers, don't do it where they can see then get mad when they call you out. Not to mention the idea of a tip is for good service, not skipping customers and insulting half of them. read more

This bar is a mile from me, so I've been here a couple of times. It takes the same mold as Sutures and Crawpappy's(b/c they all have the same owner). Its sits right of Elm behind the McDonald's on 101st. This is more a bar for the younger college crowd. Drink prices are moderate.Shots are not cheap. Does have big screens for sports, but no sound. Always a juke box. Seating is limited,especially on the weekends.But, hey, its a bar. Great atmosphere and staff. Everyone is friendly. read more

Bartenders are horrible and try to skim money from you. They try to make you pay for drinks twice the one bartender who is a male sometimes drinks there and has too many and wants to say that you owe the bar money. So belligerent to the point where his own coworkers kick him out. Super dirty and the service sucks. Drinks are overpriced and the hassle you over tips. If there was an option for zero stars it would be given. Worst service/scam ever! read more

Had this groupon for Potbellys PubandGrill. The place is NOT a pub and grill-its a bar...which is fine but you will smell of smoke after walking through the door- anyway.... 2 1/2 hours later we are still waiting for the 4 burgers and fries!!(they were out of the mushrooms and pickles for apps) We are across the street from Reasor's- You could walk to Reasor's buy raw hamburger, fixings, grill, cross the street and make burgers and still have time for a game of pool!!! It's a fairly clean place with good prices to attract a college/blue collar crowd. The day I went the place probably had about 30 people or so in it, but appeared to only have one person working behind the bar and running food at the same time. I also saw one guy working the kitchen. I was sitting at the bar for a good 5-10 minutes before I got to place my drink order and ask for a menu. Mind you the bartender herself was great. She was working hard, but just had no help. I would see a couple people get behind the bar to get something, but they spent most of the time sitting at the bar drinking. Wasn't sure if they worked there or if the bar is just that laid back. I noticed I had to wait on my beer because the tap was pouring too much foam. This is usually due to the temperature of the keg or tap being too warm. The beer tasted fine and was cold enough to enjoy, but probably not at the temperature it needs to be to prevent the foaming. I then ordered food off the menu. Simple stuff, chicken fingers, fries, etc. I was prepared for frozen food for the $6 they were charging for the basket. They brought out the food and on the plate was hand cut french fries and hand breaded chicken tenders. At first glance it looks good and there is a good amount of food on the plate. I pick up a couple fries and they are greasy and very soggy. Too much moisture in the potato mixed with oil from the fryer will do that. Then we have the chicken tenders. It was really tragic because the breading looks good and tastes well seasoned, but the breading falls right off the chicken, which is what happens when you don't use an egg wash. The chicken was a mixed bag. Some pieces were tender and cooked well, some were rubbery, and some were so tough I couldn't bite through. There's a lot of potential for this place and if they could get better service and consistency in the kitchen this could be a fun little place to eat and have a couple drinks. For all their issues they had a clean bathroom, they are in a decent part of town, and the staff they did have working was friendly. They also could spend some money and clean up the front of the building. A new sign and a fresh coat of paint would go a long way in pulling in customers. My folks used to go to Potbelly's years ago and they remembered the food being pretty good so I am not sure if I just had a bad experience or if things have gone downhill. read more

Went during off hours and was able to park close to front door, before we even got in the door you could smell the heavy cigarette smoke. And no one was smoking, just the smell from all the past smoking. Heard they had good food, but couldn't stand the smell long enough to order. Unless you can eat in a heavily smoked environment, don't even try. read more

I believe who was about a 35 year old male, not only messed up my order, but forgot what my boyfriend ordered & had to come back to keep asking us what we ordered because he didn't have a note pad & I guess he thought he would be able to memorize it.. WRONG ! I have previous serving experience & understood that if I messed up more than one thing, I probably wasn't getting a tip, so sorry to say we didn't tip.. I get "things happen" but the place was pretty dead, we were the only couple who was just now ordering food (others had already finished or were already eating) so I was unsure as to why our food took so long.. I wrote a note on the check saying that it wasn't busy, he messed up our order & it took way too long for just a burger, some wings & two tacos.. the server then comes outside to tell us "HEY, YOU GUYS FORGOT SOMETHING!" & proceeded to flip us off.. LOL tacky server, mediocre food, dingy place.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody ! EVER ! read more

Some co-workers and I have come to Potbellys the past few Fridays. The Friday lunch time bartender is so cute and personable. The smoke in there is sometimes a bit hard to take, but she makes up for it. Great dive bar, nice prices, great service! What else do you want? Chive on! read more

I personally think this is one of the best bars in the Tulsa broken arrow area. Amazing food, great prices for drinks and an all around good time. They also have a lunch special that changes everyday that is awesome! read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! They don't care about their patrons AT ALL! They called last call at 1:10, cut the jukebox at 1:30, and was telling everyone to 'get the f*** outta here' and 'get the f*** on!' You know, for people who've never been there before, that would be enough to make them never come back. This blonde girl, who doesn't even WORK there, got on the mic and was telling everyone 'f*** you' and 'I wanna go get f***ed up!' Uh, I'd say she already was! There was only one bartender and when I went to get our second round of drinks, I waited FIFTEEN minutes before he ever took my order! I will say he did acknowledge the fact that I'd been standing there so long. But, he was helping other people who had walked up AFTER me, so that was unappreciated. Then. at 1:40, they were literally pushing people out the door! This skinny punk with a tattoo on his right arm and his hat backwards came to our table and told us we'd better guzzle our drinks or he was going to take them away! Um, excuse me?? That pissed me off so I argued back and said I paid for the beer and CERTAINLY wasn't gonna give it to him without finishing it! So, the a***ole he was, he stood there and watched me until I finished it! I should've just sipped on it! Also, I told him they were open until 2AM, so my sister, mom, and we still had time to finish our drinks. He just kept saying 'it's bar time, it's bar time!' I asked 'what does that even mean?? He didn't have a reply, probably because he's too dumb to know the answer, so I looked it up later and it said it's the last fifteen minutes before closing to make sure no one else is served and finishes their drinks, SERVED! Not 'you have to finish your drinks by 1:45!' Then, I told him we will NOT be back and he gave me a sh**ty look and shrugged his shoulders and said 'that's fine!' I was completely in the right and I'm sure he didn't like that and probably thought I was drunk and that I was being belligerent and wasn't really hearing what I was saying. On the contrary, I had only had two drinks, so I was FAR from even buzzing at that point. Your establishment cares NOTHING about its patrons and your employee should've handled the situation VERY differently ! As mentioned before, I will NEVER set foot in your bar again and I will be sure to tell others about this experience! It's unfortunate because I had been there about 5 other times in the past. But, what happened during this visit is completely unacceptable! read more
