Well where do I start.... We came as a group of four, 3 of the 4 of us ordered the 2 for 1 drink special and I had a Long Island. Drinks weren't bad, no complaints there. We then went on to order. I got the chicken and waffles meal. The waffles were really sweet and so was the sauce and chicken. But besides the food, let's get to the part that gave them one star. As we were eating I started to notice little baby ants crawling all over the window ledge we were sitting under and on the table. My lady quickly jumped out the booth only to see that they were on the bench and a few were crawling on her leg. She even found a few in her bag later that night. At this point we are totally grossed out. The manager comes over and offers to give us the drinks for free. We are like whatever at this point. The check comes back and the drinks were discounted but still on there. We didn't want to make a scene so we just paid and left. In my opinion that whole meal should have been free. I literally paid to be grossed out and have ants crawl my lady and in our food. That night everybody had the creepy crawler feeling like the ants were still crawling on us when we got back to the house. I'm totally done with Chilis and I'm mad because out of Applebees, Friday's and Chilis, chilis was my favorite. Smh..... read more

I was here three months ago and thought that Chili's was getting back to its original greatness. I convinced my wife to give it a second chance. It was a huge mistake. I ordered the hamburger with the grass fed beef. I asked for it to be medium rare. The waitress said it comes in pink or non pink. I ordered pink. It came out brown and the fries were cold. I asked them to remake it. Fifteen minutes later it came out the same way with cold fries. By now we are too hungry to send it except for the fries. The waitress explained that it is really hard to make the grass fed beef medium. I explained that it is 4 minutes on each side. She said the manager would come out and talk to us. He walked by twice but never stopped. Now my wife is in "I told you so mode" and I am eating crow. When we explained to the manager he hands the impression that he was used to being complained to. After coming here and having a bad experience a year ago I decided to come back and give it another shot which was a huge mistake. The food is horrible and the service is even worse. The manager Darrell is an absolute asshole. I never leave bad reviews for restaurants. I use this app to spread the word of good food spots but I have to make an exception. Ricky is amazing. He's always attentive and always smiling which matters most. His vibrant attitude rubs off on you so easily it makes you feel better when you come here after a stressful day at work. He was a bartender for years until he moved up to management recently which i'm not mad about i am so happy for him. He will do so good in management. Great decision Chili's! Also, besides Ricky, Lisa never lets me down , she for a fact is the best bartender I have ever encountered in my entire life. She's so sweet, attentive and extremely humorous! Super easy to talk to. Our favorite! Everything we have ordered has been delicious. at this location! We had one bad experience with one sever a couple of years ago but that has changed. Over the past year or more we have had nothing but good things to say. We have eaten many different things and all have been cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. DUDEEEE I went here once right? And I got chicken tenders and they weren't that great. So the waiter somehow knew that I wasn't feeling it. And I was like nah man its all good, because I didn't wanna make a big deal. I was gonna pay the full price regardless and leave a tip. Just ate here today and the food was awesome. I ordered the new crispy chicken tenders honey-chipotle flavored. With this item, it comes with 2 sides. I decided to get black beans and french fries. All three options were very good. As for the beverages, I would recommend getting the flavored iced tea. Absolutely horrible service. Walked in at 1:15pm on 11/29 a rainy Tuesday. We stood at the entrance 5 minutes before being instructed to sit and another 5 for drinks. Ricky was the bartender who seated us and clearly running around solo. It seemed it was him and 1 other waitress working the entire store. We walked out after being there 20 minutes in total. I had the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life at this restaurant. I was looking for to an enjoyably dinner and drinks with my brother and Daughter's boyfriend. We were seated as soon as we arrived the waiter came over took our drink order. I ordered a Stella the waiter came out with two, he said two for one. I thank him. That was the end of the enjoyment. I took a drink of my beer and got a mouthful of what I can only describe as some spit....and that's being nice. I immediately dispossessed of it in a napkin. I told our waiter and he asked if I would like a new beer, I declined and asked for a bottle beer. Our order was taken and food brought out quickly and was very good, our waiter asked how everything was we said fine never saw him again until after dinner was finished when he showed up again we ordered another round which I would have preferred with dinner. When our check arrived he advised we could pay by card with a unit on our table. The pay station didn't work and had an old bill (half the price of our bill). the waiter couldn't get it to work and in not apologetic said if you want to know the amount you owe it's on the bill. My two drafts ( which were not consumed) were comped, I'm sure it was to adjust the bill. Bottom line we were there approximately an hour. I am one of those people who always tips 20% of Bill including tax amount. Given the COVID situation it's not unusual to give more. Individuals beside the wait staff are impacted by tips. A tip that was left tonight less than usual, but more than what was deserved. The worst part of the experience I doubt I will ever feel comfortable going back there and will not hesitate to say why. Another chain restaurant, but one of the better ones, in my opinion. Service is what makes the difference at a chain, since I tend to travel a lot, and I can compare how different locations perform against each other. The location in Poughkeepsie/Wappingers is one of the better ones in the service department. My only complaint with the food is the salsa they serve has no texture to it. It tastes like salsa, but it looks like tomato sauce. If they ever decide to create a chunkier salsa, I would upgrade their review. read more

We went to this Chili's with family for a quick meal. There were 7 of us. We ordered 3 of the Two for $20 meals. Each comes with one appetizer and two full meals from a list on the menu. The waiter was good to tell us that some other meals could be counted for this 2for20 - he failed to tell us that there was a small up charge - but that was no big deal. The up charge ended up being $2, just would have liked to know before we had to question the bill that was confusing. The food was very tasty, and fresh. The chips and guacamole was very good and the flatbread also was good. All the appetizers were completely finished. We had chicken and steak meals and all tasted very good. We would order again. The only small thing was my Mom asked if the Pico was spicy and was told not at all. The waiter was a bit off on that and it did have a bit of a kick but to be expected. We were there for lunch yesterday and had a truly bad experience. When we arrived, the restaurant was 3/4 empty. We waited to be seated. Our waitress took our order right away. It seemed great. We waited 20 minutes for our appetizers (and the manager brought those out). The nachos were kind of burned and cold and the Texas Cheese Fries were cold and soggy. It took an additional 30 minutes to get our meals. I got the pick 2 or 3. I had the chicken enchilada and the beef enchilada. The chicken was dry and the little bit of sauce on top had soaked into the tortilla and it was cold. The beef in the other enchilada was burned to a crisp (no exaggerating). It was blackened ground beef. It was cold. The Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich was passable. Through this all, we saw our waitress 2x. We won't be back. read more

Haven't been to this chili's in a while. Now I know why. Servers were nice and ours (mike) was top notch... I asked for extra pico and when my food came I got nothing, not even the one it was supposed to come with. I got the blooming petals... never again. The breading was just gross (the breading was kind of like the sweet and sour chicken at a Chinese restaurant, even tasted like it... gross) I got the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas , tasted bacon once and the shredded chicken looked so fake and pink it was such a MESS, so much cheese and it was all spilt out of the tortilla.. dessert, don't even get me started. Ordered it on the ziosk (our server even saw we did) and didn't get it for almost 30 min. The couple next to us orders their dessert after us and got ours before us... the cake came out almost cold and the fudge in the middle wasn't even warm.. my kids enjoyed their food and that's all that really matters. We were told wait time for 4 was 20-25 min we waited 10-15.. was in restaurant total of 2 hours.. my son wanted to come to chili's and that's why we did. Now that he got it out of his system don't think we will return anytime soon. read more
