I do not know what happened but this Chick-fil-A now is complete garbage. I was a regular and noticed allot of changes. Slower drive thru, smaller portions( like the parfait), food is always cold, and they were understaffed badly. I asked one of the guys on the register what was going on. He hesitated but said new owner and new management. Explains allot. I know changes happen but not at the cost for poor customer services. I thought Chick-fil-A was all about the customer not cutting corners and guest satisfaction. I guess saving money is more important. Short Story: Fantastically run location! Great Staff! Fast Service! CLEAN!! More Details: This location is one of the best run food services I have visited. The staff is friendly, custom orders come out correct, and someone is always cleaning! When I have visited and there was a line present (10 people deep) I was at the counter in about 3 minutes since they had all registers open and operating. How often do you visit a franchise and see all the registers open and taking orders during a rush? These people are serious about service! After the order I received my food in about 4 minutes and was in and out in about 10 minutes if I wanted to be. Highly recommend this location! Great first 100 event! Came all the way from California to make it to this event. The store is beautiful and is updated with the heritage design. There is a drive thru. What I found great was that they have this beautiful table in the store that is made by the men in a prison ministry. Food was great no complaints... Wonder if they use kosher pickles in their sandwiches. LOL I would ask that question to one of their workers... U should try it! read more

When ordering delivery, they are lightning speed fast with 100% order accuracy. This is the 2nd order I've placed with them for delivery in a one week time period. So impressive. I got in the tub today, placed the order, and before I could even turn the water off, I got a notification saying the driver is headed my way. I am amazed at the cleanliness and service of this Chick-fil-A, even compared to actual restaurants. My order was delivered to my table quickly (I think less than 5 minutes), everything was hot, and the staff delivering the order had a great attitude. I observed tables being cleaned very shortly after they were vacated, and the staff also took away our trash and got us drink refills. The environment is nice - again, it's clean, and the decor is a step above most fast food places. The food tasted like Chick-fil-A, and the chicken and fries were hit and crispy. Not only is their drive thru super fast still (I don't think I've ever been in the drive thru longer than 3 min total .. and my order has never been wrong) but during this crazy corona time.. they re still open, still fast, food is still on point, employees masked and gloved, but my entire drive Thru experience was completely contactless... I didn't even have to hand my card over when I paid .... they had me swipe it myself ... which I appreciated!! Dropped our car off for service at the auto dealers up the street and decided to walk to this location and have a quiet breakfast. As other reviewers state staff was friendly and service was quick. Food was up to the typical Chick-fil-A standard. The reason for the one star is they have to get a grip on the homeless population that comes in and out of the restaurant. While here there were at least three that came in, got water, went into the bathroom for an extended time and then left! Help the homeless seek out the appropriate resources, treat them respectfully but stop the baths in the bathrooms! Not a Chick-fil-A I can recommend to friends and family. Came to thus Chick-fil- A for lunch. Most of the time this place is busy but today with everything going on and only the drive thru open not that busy. The service was fast but it seems like they like to hurry you in the drive thru. They have people standing out in the drive thru with little menus taking your order making you feel rushed. When we revived our order I asked for some ketchup and salt and they said did you tell them you wanted it when you ordered. I said they didn't ask me. I felt that was kind of strange that it would be a big deal to ask for some ketchup and salt. Then what they gave me looked like there was a shortage of both. An absolute garbage fire of a restaurant. The employees are rude and poorly-trained, and the responsibility absolutely falls on the manager for training them this way. On my visit this evening, I ordered a Chick Fil A Chicken Sandwich Entree from a cashier named Deji. Keep in mind that I stated my order very clearly so as to be easily understood, and that there is only a single item on the menu that matches the name of what I ordered. The cashier pretended not to know what I ordered, and then asked me if I wanted a #1 or #2. This, I believe, was an effort to trick me into paying for an entire meal with fries and a drink rather than the single sandwich that I had ordered. I answered the cashier and told her that I had ordered neither a #1 nor a #2, and that I only wanted a Chick Fil A Chicken Sandwich Entree. I thought she had my order right, but then she continued to mess up my order and add things I didn't order. Again, this is what the manager is training his employees to do, and I know this is the case because their employees do this every time I go to Chick Fil A, and in fact, it's also commonplace at Habit Burger and Shake Shack! The only way to avoid the deceptive and deceitful upsell is to order online. Anyways, then the cashier asked me what kind of drink I wanted. I replied that I wanted no drink and had never ordered one. Then she asked if I wanted the fries that came with my meal. I asked what meal she was talking about, as I had ordered no meal. After far too much back-and-forth and unnecessary confusion, the cashier finally got my order correct on the bill, however, by this point, I was so upset at her rude and incompetent behavior, and so disappointed that the manager of this Chick Fil A is training his employees to change people's orders without their consent, that I had a big frown in my face the entire time I was at the restaurant eating my sandwich, and this is simply not how a visit to Chick Fil A of supposed to be for anyone.
