Instead, it served great food, at low prices in an attractive restaurant with several sports displayed including formula one racing. Service by Manager Raeshaun was outstanding. I also didnt know the difference between Louisiana Rub and Cajun tenders which she clarified well; so I chose the LR variety. I love wings! Recently, I tried Wingstop on a whim. I'd never been before, so it took me a minute to look the menu over. How complicated can a wing restaurant's menu be? So I asked for ten hot and ten parmesan garlic. She asks, "boneless or classic?" Classic. And a large seasoned fries. She seemed annoyed and said, "Whoa - let's do the wings first!" Then she asked, "What flavor?" I'm like, "other than hot and parmesan garlic?" It went back and forth like this, with this cashier treating me as if I was disturbing her. I'm a kind, patient person. This person didn't even look me in the eye. She made me feel unwelcome. Then she tells me about a survey that I can take. It asked what I ordered. All they wanted to know about was what I thought about the fries. I brought the food home to my family. The fries were still hot, and delicious! But the wings were cold - and had very little flavor. Now I see why the survey focused on the fries. It's their only good menu item. Perhaps the store should be called Fries-stop. For $32, I felt swindled. Expensive lesson learned. I like almost everything about this place except their delivery and communication. I've tried delivery a few times and it has been total fail. First, their app doesn't give accurate information, and when I have called, the people I spoke to were not helpful - they were just too busy. Second, they farm out the delivery to DoorDash, and I don't know how. DoorDash manages to screw it up, but they do. With all that in mind, the quality of the food is excellent, and the staff are quick and polite in person. So I've learned to place orders with the app and pick them up. A reasonable compromise if I'm willing to leave the house. Hopefully, when the huge labor shortage gets resolved after everyone gets vaccinated or has Covid & recovers, the delivery won't be as awful. I will update this review if that happens. read more

The shouted out 'Welcome to Wingstop' sounded genuine, unlike other places. My wings arrived in the promised window of 15-18 mins. Previous experiences were 13-15 mins but they did have a run of folks doing take-out. I ordered the small combo, which comes with six wings, any single flavor, one dip, one order of fries and a drink. The wings were hot, plump and juicy. Last night we decided to give it a try since it was close to home and it was getting late. WOW..are we ever glad we did! First off Nicky was excellent providing quality customer service, pleasant and easy to work with when ordering. She actually was a lot of fun...yes just ordering wings! Then the food arrived and it was delicious. If you haven't tried the fried corn..it's a must! The wings were good size, crispy and didn't have a bunch of grease dripping from them.
