The food was amazing! The ambiance was nice as well very colorful and bold in here! I love it!! The wings are 10/10 AMAZING!! Definitely the best wing spot I have been too. This is my families go to wing spot! Never disappoints!! The chicken Alfredo fries are so BOMB!!! We also love this we get it each time same with the garlic pita bread. Pros: place is pretty popular with the locals. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The tables, floors, general areas are all clean. The ventilation system is working well. The music and overall vibe is chill. The wings are pretty expensive and the quality was average. I ordered the 10pc lemon pepper traditional with a side of fries and paid $23.35. The wings are prepared twice fried style --- they're precooked and then finished again at time of order. This reduces customer wait time but impact taste and texture. The lemon pepper seasoning was quite bland IMO and didn't completely cover the wing. I tried a side of buffalo sauce which was average - store bought, low on flavor and heat level. We just left this place and I had to write a review! This place is family owned and they make these wings fresh everyday. They make these with love because these are banging! The place was empty but it's a Thursday evening and I feel like most people don't go out on Thursdays. It was very chill and relaxed atmosphere. One cool quirky thing is they have markers for you to write on the wall and it's a fun little thing to do. My 6 year old was so excited to write on the wall and while we were waiting, we looked around at different pictures. He loved drinking some kool-aid. He loved the wings as well! WOW! These wings were absolutely incredible. My husband still talks about them often and how they were his favorite he has ever had. I used to love Valley and went there all the time, never having any complaints. But it's gone downhill now. When I ordered my food, I asked for extra crispy (4x) wings. The guy taking my order chuckled and assured me he'd take care of it, but when I bit into the wings, they were rubbery and disappointing. I also ordered chicken bacon ranch fries, and to my surprise, the fries were crisper than the wings! They were so hard I could barely pick them up with a plastic fork, and they were barely coated in ranch. My fries looked completely dry. I'm not sure if the quality has changed because they've moved to a new location or if the original staff isn't there anymore, but it's just not the same. I'll never return to this location again. To top it off, I was told to wait five minutes for the manager to come give me a refund. I ended up sitting there for 30 minutes, and the manager never showed up, so I left. Not only was my food awful, but it also felt like my time wasn't valued. My money was wasted, and I will NEVER be coming back. The wings are good.....actually great! The traditional wings are gluten free and they have a few gluten free sauces (buffalo, lemon pepper, garlic parm, and honey hot....always double check when you order in case they have made any changes) The wings are not battered - just seasoned and cooked well! The skin is crispy and the meat is juicy. Also tried the boneless wings which do have a batter on them. Delicious as well.
