10 piece combo; wings fried too hard!!!
    Ebone' W.

Maybe it was an off night, but the appearance of my combo was way better than the quality of the meal. My wings varied in size, but what was consistent among all wings were all were fried extremely too hard-- and Im talking crunchy! I sauced mine in the honey mustard bbq flavor, and I couldn't imagine how hard a dry rub wing would've been. Again, maybe an off night. I like that they have a kool-aid dispenser and the fries were good. I may try them again and specify not crunchy wings, but I shouldn't have too as they were truly inedible.

I travel to the area from Texas for business often and this is typically my first stop from the airport. I always get the lemon pepper hot traditional wing combo and kool-aid. I usually have an amazing experience friendly service and clean restaurant and delicious foods. Today they were still on point mostly but my wings were too hard to consume. My first thought was that they were yesterday's wings since I arrived shortly after open...I was sooooo disappointed...I ate as much as I could and even tried their signature ATL sauce on a few of the wings. They have hit the mark all the times before so please check them out. Hopefully today was just a bad day and not the direction they are heading.

ATL wings off Goldwater is a must. This location is a bit hidden from the street, but has great parking. This location was clean and spacious. Lots of room for family seating. I had the pleasure of meeting Sasha one of the owners who's an absolute earth angel. Such great vibes. The wings were really delicious. I enjoyed the ranch rub and my kids had the Parmesan lemon.

The restaurant is in a small shopping center. They had plenty of parking at 5pm. The counter service was friendly. She explained the menu. I ordered 11 wings, large fry, 2 fried biscuits and a extra ranch. $26. The wings were small to average size to me. We ordered the garlic parm and ATL wings. They were good I'd say average not the best I've had not the worst The fries were good. Ranch was average and fried biscuits were ok. I forgot to take pics until we were done sorry. I would go back if someone I knew wanted to go. A big selling point was they gave Kool-aid. Place was clean

What's crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and will have you kicking your fingers? The wings at ATL Wings on Goldwater in Scottsdale. Being a Georgia girl, my first thought was that ATL meant Atlanta. But I was informed by T that it means All The Luv. Luv was certainly evidenced in the taste of the wings. Wings are discounted on Tuesdays with the purchase of fries and a drink. I think Taco Tuesday might have some competition .

Completely disappointed. Spent nearly $50 on two dozen wings to find out that all were over cooked and are super hard to eat. Tried and tried and ultimately threw most of it away as it was non edible! These wings we're tougher than the beef jerky. Really too bad as staff was good and friendly. Now I need to go and buy another dinner as I am still hungry!

There is a 'DJ' but he is more like an MC, because the music is on a preset playlist that syncs with the respective music video playing on all the TVs in the venue. The songs are only played a minute of the track before it plays the next tune, but it still gets the people moving. There is no dance floor , perse, but people will just find a corner or open space to do all their twerking. It is really casual, yet I did see a bachelorette party in there shaking bridesmaid booties. Be ready for when they play 'SHOTS' by LMFAO and Lil Jon, because that's when the waitresses stand on the bar counter and start pouring free liquor down anyone one's mouth who is willing get alcohol dripped all over them in the process. It is much like the bars in Mexico without the annoying whistles and gropey men, thank goodness! It stays warm throughout the bar, but there is some relief with misters on the patio and big industrial fans placed here and there on the inside. Working up a sweat will definitely make you want to drink more. Usually there is a line to get in but it goes fast. Guys will have to be checked by security to make sure you aren't carrying a blick or stabby objects. The good thing is that there is no cover charge, cuz entry fees are not cool.

We made a reservation ahead of time and had a table ready for us on the outdoor patio. We went on a Friday and could instantly tell this place is legit. The ambiance isn't modern it's more home-style but honestly, who cares when the food is this good? The service was excellent and incredibly fast. We were on a bit of a time crunch, and they helped us wrap everything up right on schedule. For drinks, I ordered a Cosmo and oh my one of the best cocktails I've had. The flavor was perfectly balanced and so smooth. For appetizers, we tried Emma's dumplings, beet salad, Brussels sprouts, and burrata. They started us off with house-made bread and homemade butter, I could eat that all day. So good! We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing vegetarian options. The Brussels sprouts, beet salad, and Emma's dumplings were definite winners each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. For mains, we ordered the penne vodka. I had high expectations, and while it was good, it was more on the average side compared to everything else. And finally the butter cake for dessert absolutely knocked it out of the park. You could literally taste the butter in every bite, Unreal. Pricing is very reasonable, and overall the service and food were beyond exceptional. We'll definitely be back!

"Double-Fried Delight: Tipsy Chicken Gets It Right"…read more Tipsy Chicken in Mesa brought me right back to the Korean fried chicken spot I really enjoyed in Seoul years ago. We ordered the 7-piece bone-in chicken wings with sweet and spicy and honey butter sauces, and it delivered on every level. The double-fried crunch was perfect, the meat stayed juicy, and both sauces were excellent--the sweet and spicy had a nice kick, while the honey butter was rich and addictive. The fried mandu and fried rice rounded out our meal nicely, giving us a satisfying variety of flavors and textures. The vibe is casual and unpretentious, which I appreciated. We even brought our own boba drinks and no one batted an eye. It's the kind of spot where you can just relax and enjoy good food without any fuss. Service was friendly and efficient. The woman kept checking on me, and I actually liked that the cook brings out the food that's a nice personal touch you don't see everywhere. That said, the portions were underwhelming. I understand it leans more toward a dine-in experience, but the oxtail serving felt small. The presentation almost plays tricks on you it comes on a large plate with separate bowls for the sides, which makes it look like more than it actually is. On top of that, having to choose between cabbage or plantains felt a bit limiting for sides. The rice was a little dry and slightly hard for my taste, but I will say the plantains were really good sweet and done right. I couldn't help but compare it to another Caribbean spot I recently tried in Glendale, where the portions were generous and the oxtail was big, tender, and full of flavor. Here, the flavor was good, but it didn't stand out. I've definitely had better, so my expectations were a bit higher. Overall, it's not a bad spot it just feels pricey for what you get. I spent around $60 total: two cocktails at $15 each, plus the oxtail at market price (which can run $30-$40). The biggest plus is convenience it's close to home, so it's an easy option when I'm craving Jamaican food. But if I'm being honest... next time, I might still find myself making that drive back out to Glendale.

It took us about 10-15 minutes to find two open spots next to each other; but we're glad we did. There were all kinds of people visiting, bachelorette parties, corporate employees in suits, casual patrons, and loud ones lol. Downside was that the waiter that served us was a little rude. I get that he was completely slammed but answering your kind and patient patron with "you already did" after I simply asked "can I ask you a question?" was just off putting.
