Really good food - it's all freshly made to order (you can taste the difference) and the seasonings & sauces are very tasty. Nothing was overly salted (as is usually the case when eating out at other places)! The service was very friendly and attentive - and it's a local/Phx business read more

Service - Was waited on promptly. Gave me advice on rub and sauce combos. Very nice and friendly. Ambiance - everything clean and in order. Food - a little disappointing. Chicken tenders were fairly burnt, and that kind of overwhelmed the other flavors. Would have liked tenders to have been golden brown not blackened brown. read more

Sneakybird - A little too burnt for my taste. - Chicken Shop Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Everything about Sneakybird pisses me off, and the reason it pisses me off is because it has the potential to fill a chicken wing spot void that Phoenix hasn't been able to fill in 10+ years. Sneakybird wings are GAS, but everything else SUCKS. You order 8 wings which come with fresh veggies (celery/carrots) and they give you ONE OUNCE of ranch to dip. ONE OUNCE wouldn't even be enough for the veggies, Nevermind the wings.. Whoever is in charge of these restaurants eats wings with a fork and knife or is simply an idiot. Sure you can get more ranch but it's literally a dollar an ounce (and the cup isn't even full) so you're paying over $128 a gallon for ranch dressing. They're literally making a 10x profit on ranch it's absolutely insane. Before you realize think that the Hormuz strait is causing a ranch uproar, you'll walk inside one of these places and be forced to go order at the counter. Then you'll wait 20+ minutes sitting there wasting time. Sneakybird is missing the point of a restaurant, give me servers, give me drink options, try to offer me anything delicious while I sit there for 20 minutes and take my money. If you're not going to be a real restaurant then just skip the rent and go ghost kitchen. MAYBE if they learned the business model of a restaurant they wouldn't need to 10x us on ranch dressing. Every other wing place SUCKS in PHX, ATL will steal your CC number, Zipps gets raided by ICE before your food comes out and everyone else gets the wings from Sodexo. Sneakybird has potential but whoever is making decisions is an idiot and needs to hand the reigns over to literally ChatGPT or anyone else. Abysmal business model, leaving so much on the table. read more

Sneakybird is everything you can ask for! We have tried 5 different dry rubs on the tenders, every single one uniquely flavored and very delicious! We also tried both versions of the tots and the maple dusted tots are a fan favorite! Featured in the photos are the sweet peach sauce, garlic, Nashville hot and sweet Thai! We would order every single one again! Prices are fair and nutrition facts are readily available on their website. We are return customers because Sneakybird is that girl! Expect your tenders to take around 10 minutes because they are made to order and it is so worth it. Only one star taken away because the area isn't the best, a peculiar transient who was barely standing up kept coming in and out of the establishment which made me a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that which I understand they have limited control over, this place is AWESOME. read more

Sneakybird - Tenders (4) Maple Tots, tenders (6) Tots, Sauce Flight (3) - Chicken Shop Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Excellent idea, but do not recommend take out. I love a healthy alternative to chicken tenders. Fast casual with an inviting feel and good service. We tried a few different flavors of tender All were decent but both the chicken and the tots would have been much better if we ate in and they were a lot crispier. Overall good option if you still want the feel of chicken tenders without the grease read more

I was happy to learn that this restaurant opened nearby after trying a sample from the Yelp Under the Stars event last year and my carryout experience was great. The inside of the restaurant was very open and sparkling clean. I thought it was especially cool that the kitchen is wide open to see everything they do. I ordered food for me and my team for lunch. The service from the staff was excellent. Everything was cooked to order and was still hot when I made it back to my workplace that's about 10mins away. I ordered the chicken wrap with tots which was very tasty. I also love chicken wings and ordered them a-la-carte. My coworkers had me order chicken sandwiches for them and they both raved about how big and good the sandwich was. We all enjoyed our food. We have added it to our lunch rotation list. read more

Let me preface my comment that I absolutely love their chicken sandwich, probably ordered them at least 10 times....sooo I figured I'd order some wings for the first time and watch some football, ordered in person, got home and this is what I got, with tip it came out to $16.25 Beyond unacceptable! Would anyone be happy spending $2/wing and be happy? read more

I loved it! Not fried. Tons of protein and the coleslaw is fabulous. Staff were helpful and the tenders are made to order. I will be back.

I've been to Sneaky Bird several times now and just love it. If you want a quick healthy meal that's absolutely delicious please give it a try. The staff are always so friendly and helpful picking the best seasonings and sauces. Such a great protein meal that is low calorie and very tasty and tender. read more

Food was boring and predictable. It's someplace I wouldn't go out of my way for. Service was fine for fast food. Just because it's air fried doesn't mean it's healthy. It's still loaded up with sauces and breading. Glad I tried it but nothing memorable. read more

Amazing food and great service! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to--highly recommend! read more

I've visited yesterday while picking up food from the restaurant next door and am very impressed with the quality and taste and nutrition profile of their chicken tenders. Service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was super clean. I will make this a regular spot. read more

Great food, stopped in for the first time today and it was a bit slower. Staff were friendly and explained the menu. Food was fresh and hot. Very good experience overall. Tried the naked and the home style tenders, both were good but I might lean more toward home style if I'm not watching carbs. read more

We tried Sneakbird - 4340 E Indian School Rd for the first time while we were in the area for a basketball tournament, and it did not disappoint. The food was so good -- crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. What really stood out though was the service. The staff took the time to walk us through the menu, made great recommendations, and genuinely made it easy to decide what to order. You can tell they care about the experience, not just pushing people through the line. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. read more

Cheyenne helped guide us through our first time here. Giving great recommendations for a yummy meal. Variety of rubs and sauces you can mix and match with your meal of choice. They had the most DELICIOUS cookie too! Don't snooze on the cookie. read more

The food is delicious. You get a good amount of food for the price you pay.The gentlemen working there at the front was very hospitable and the restaurant is clean and has good vibes read more

My first time recently, I tried the wings. Got their SPG rub with a side of sauce and I was delighted with my wings! They're baked not fried. So you can indulge without feeling guilty. The service was friendly and efficient. Next time I visit I want to try the chicken sandwich and their slaw. I will definitely be back!! read more

I hate to leave such a negative review but the food was extremely bland. I was excited to try their chicken, but the tenders (which WERE quality and cooked well!) were all breaded with what tasted like unseasoned breadcrumbs and the tots didn't taste like they had salt on them. The sauces were the saving grace. Though it was resolved, they also forgot one order of our tots which was frustrating. We were happy that it was a pretty inexpensive meal, though with the other issues we experienced, I'm not sure we'd try again. read more

I think this is a great concept and hope the food improves. I ordered takeout and at first glance the food looked great, the coleslaw not so much. I tried the coleslaw and I could not decide if it just had no flavor, or if it was stale. It had a slight aftertaste that made me think it was going bad so I threw it away. For some reason, the chicken had absolutely no flavor. I ordered 2 different rubs and even with the sauces I could not find any flavor to it. I could taste a slight burned flavor from the breading. The tots were ok. I do not think that just because chicken is air fried, it should be devoid of flavor. read more

Chicken and tater tots are soggy and the menu options are confusing. Overall not a great experience. The staff seemed confused by their own menus. Cookies were dry and crumbly. I would not go there again. read more

Had a recent visit to Sneakybird in Arcadia. Totally amazing! Cody, the Asst Manager, was so gracious & welcoming to me and my son. Definitely going back and keeping this place on my regular dining list! Try it! You won't be disappointed! Judy read more

The chicken tender meat was so dry. Tater tots were okay. It was kind of annoying the POS machine minimum tip was 15% for take out.

My wife and I were in the area and I always wanted to try a non deep fried chicken. I hate all the seed oils which are so bad for you. My wife went in and we decided on 6 tenders and tater tots. We ate in the car and we looked at each other after the first item and we said, Wow, very salty. We tried a different piece and it was just as salty. We tried some sauces to see if that would help, but no still very salty. The teriyaki sauce was very salty too. We ate the tots and threw away the Inedible tenders. Very disappointed. While driving home, we had to make a bathroom stop, I felt very sick. I luckily made it to the bathroom. When we got home, my wife was very ill too. It had to be the chicken because that is all we ate. Never going back. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

The food is excellent, juicy and tender with crispy crust. Assistant manager Cody gave very good service, kind and caring.

My mother-in-law is on oxygen and 86 years old and while picking up her meds.at Walgreens saw this place called "Sneaky Birds" and really wanted to try it. She and I went two days ago and it was such a wonderful experience. She's using a walker and has a little oxygen tank and had a lot of questions. Cody (The assistant manager) was at the register and helped us navigate all our choices and everything turned out great. The place was extremely clean. It was only Monday so I thought it would be quiet, but it was not. There were probably four or five walk-ins at 11:30 in the morning and tons of takeout. I really appreciated when I was watching their TV screen - the info. about all the community stuff they do all through the Valley. Food was great and want to do a great shout out for giving back to the community, appreciating your customers and providing really good food - so anyway, when you don't want to cook some night mid week, this is your spot - or really anytime!! read more

Loved the chicken and the sauces were awesome as well. My kids really enjoyed the tots.

Wasn't fried chicken which makes it much healthier, and it still had a nice rubbed crust which tasted wonderful, the sauces were great, they made sure we enjoyed the food and asked us if we needed anything. The food came out in a timely manner and was efficient. read more

Delicious chicken with tons of customization options. The staff is incredibly friendly. Try the maple tots.

The chicken tenders were dry. Im dissapointed. The coleslaw was dry and no flavor. The raw veggie side was not fresh. Cucumbers were limp. I spent $19.00 for 4 pieces of chicken. Slaw, small serving of raw veggies and ice tea. Not impressed by the food or price. No thanks. read more

We have had an excellent and delicious experience twice at the location on Frank Lloyd Wright and today was no different. This is the most amazing fried well unfried...everything is airfried food ever! Looks like it was a grand opening and we had a fabulous meal! We ordered the chicken tenders in jalapeño ranch dry rub with goldmine sauce and salt and pepper dry rub with sweet Thai sauce....DELICIOUS! And don't even get me started on the sweet potato puffs! Soooooo fantastic! This is a MUST try and we will definitely be back many times! Thanks for another AWESOME and healthy meal Sneakybird! The BEST!!! read more

The chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked! Service was wonderful, can tell the employees from the cashier to expo and especially the cooks take pride in what they do. The shop was clean and well kept. I had a wonderful lunch break and felt ready to get the rest of my works day done unlike some other chicken places where I just want to take a nap after I eat.
